Registrazione di un account
1- Selezionare Email come tipologia di registrazione account
2- Selezionare il paese (Italy) ed Inserire un indirizzo email
3- Selezionare Ottieni Codice di Verifica. Verrà inviato un codice di 6 cifre via email
4- Inserire il codice ricevuto via email
5- Impostare una password per il vostro Account
6- Selezionare Fine
Connettere HEY GAS ad un router Wifi e aggiungendolo all’APP
Connettere lo smartphone al Vostro router Wifi e a
Il Led WIFI deve lampeggiare velocemente (modalità connessione), In caso contrario, tenere premuto il
tasto Network per 5:6 secondi.
1- Quando il Led WIFI lampeggia, selezionare +

3- Selezionare Conferma che il Led Lampeggia
4- Verificare che sia riportat

Il router deve lavorare in wifi con frequenza 2,4GHz. Se stesse
lavorando a 5GHz, non potrebbe consentire la connessione del
sensore. In tal caso occorrerebbe accedere al menu del router
da PC e attivare la frequenza 2,4GHz. In alcuni casi sarebbe
opportuno disattivare momentaneamente la banda 5GHz
lasciando attiva solo la banda 2,4GHz. Al termine dell'associazione del sensore al router, si potrà
riattivare anche la banda 5GHz.
L'SSID del router wifi non deve avere più di 20 caratteri.
l'SSID è il nome dello spot wifi del router che vede sullo smartphone quando vuole connetterlo.
Es. il router Infostrada si presenta come Home&Life.....seguito da una lista lunghissima di caratteri.
Se così fosse, dovrebbe accedere da un pc al menu del router e modificarne la lunghezza.
Inserire la password di connessione Wifi: NON deve contenere caratteri speciali né spazi vuoti.
Lunghezza massima di 32 caratteri.
Selezionare Conferma
5- Attendere che la HEY GAS completi il tentativo di connessione.
6- Individuato il dispositivo, selezionare Fine. Il Led Wifi sul sensore rimarrà spento.
Condividere il dispositivo con un altro account
1- Selezionare Impostazioni
2- Selezionare Condivisione dei Dispositivi
3- Selezionare Aggiungere Condivisione
4- Insemail di un altro utente. Questo deve preventivamente aver creato un proprio account.
5- Confermare selezionando Fine
6- Condivisione creata
7- Se si desidera eliminare la condivisione, trascinare verso sinistra e selezionare Cancellare.
Eliminare il dispositivo dall’account principale

HEY Smart, Register an account and add the device
During the procedure, bring your smartphone closer to the HEY GAS module and make sure that the Wifi
signal strength is at least 50%. The Module does NOT support 5GHz Wifi. The router's SSID must NOT
contain more than 20 characters
Download the app: Hey Smart from Google Play or Apple Store.
Register an account
1- Select Email as the type of account registration
2- Select Your country and Enter an email address
3- Select Get Verification Code. A 6-digit code will be sent by email
4- Enter the code received via email
5- Set a password for your Account
6- Select Finish
Connect HEY GAS to a Wifi router and add it to the APP
Connect the smartphone to your Wifi router and start the Hey Smart app
The WIFI LED must flash quickly (connection mode), if not, hold down the Network button for 5: 6
seconds.
1- When the WIFI LED flashes, select +
2- Select Protection sensor> Wifi GAS detector
3- Select Confirm that the LED is flashing
4- Check that the SSID of your router, to which the smartphone is
connected, is reported.
The router must work in wifi with 2.4GHz frequency. If it were working at
5GHz, it could not allow the sensor connection. In this case it would be
necessary to access the menu of the router from the PC and activate
the 2.4GHz frequency. In some cases it would be advisable to
temporarily disable the 5GHz band leaving only the 2.4GHz band active.
After pairing the sensor with the router, the 5GHz band can also be
reactivated.
The wifi router's SSID should be no more than 20 characters long.
Enter the Wifi connection password: it must NOT contain special characters or empty spaces. Maximum
length of 32 characters.
Select Confirm
5- Wait for the HEY GAS to complete the connection attempt.
6- Find the device, select Finish. The Wifi LED on the sensor will remain off.
Share the device with other account account
1- Select the Settings icon
2- Select Device Sharing
3- Select Add Sharing
4- Enter another user's email. This must have previously created its own account.
5- Confirm by selecting Finish
6- Sharing created
7- If you want to delete the share, drag to the left and select Delete.
Delete the device from the main account
Removing the sensor from the main user account will free the device from any constraints and make it
available for association with a new user.
1- Select the Settings icon
2- Select Remove a Device and confirm
The Sensor will be deleted from the App, returning to being available for association with a new
account.
Deleting from a main account obviously eliminates sharing with other users, previously programmed..
PUSH Notification:
In order for HEY GAS to send a notification to the user's smartphone, following a GAS detection, it is
necessary to activate the receipt of notifications on the Hey Smart app.
1- Select APP Settings at the bottom right
2- Select Configure
3- Select App Notification Messages
4- Activate the two cursors to send notifications following a change in image.
Notifications will also be sent to users who share the HEY GAS Sensor.
