CONFIGURAÇÃO
A) Instruções de instalação do produto
1 - Desaparafusar a xação do antigo cilindro com uma ferramenta. Remova o cilindro mecânico antigo (para upgrade), instale
o iCylinder 05na frente e leia os painéis, painéis laterais (para nova instalação).
2 - Remova o iCylinder 05 e o botão (puxador).
3 - Instale a iCylinder 05 no painel frontal. Ajuste a posição de acordo com o parafuso de xação iCylinder 05.
4 - Instale o parafuso de xação da iCylinder 05.
5 - Depois de instalar o botão (puxador).
5.1 - Volte a colocar o botão (puxador); use uma chave de fenda para apertar os parafusos.
5.2 - Use o botão (puxador) traseiro para testar se o iCylinder 05 está instalado corretamente. Verique se o botão está aberto
normalmente.
B) Instalação da batería
1 - Retire a placa do botão frontal. Remova a tampa da bateria com a chave de fenda.
2 - Insira 3 baterias padrão“AAA”no compartimento da bateria. Preste atenção ao pólo positivo e negativo.
3 - Instale a tampa da bateria. Aperte o parafuso da tampa da bateria.
C) Testar após instalação completa
1 - Verique se o iCylinder 05 está rmemente montado na porta. Verique se o botão (puxador) traseiro pode abrir a porta
normalmente.
2 - Depois que a energia é conectada, o motor é invertido. Digite a senha inicial para que possa ser aberta normalmente.
D) Uso de chaves mecânicas de emergência
1 - Retire a placa de acrílico frontal.
2 - Insira a chave mecânica correspondente e gire 30 graus. o botão (puxador) frontal não pode ser girado.
3 - Gire o botão (puxador) frontal para abrir a porta.
CONFIGURAÇÃO DO APP
A) Principais funções de registro e login
1 - Registo e login
Os utilizadores de ITEC on Access podem registrar a conta por telemóvel e e-mail, que
actualmente suporta 200 países e regiões do mundo. O código de vericação será en-
viado para o telemóvel ou e-mail do utilizador, e o registo será bem-sucedido após a
vericação.
1.1 - Autenticação de login
Faça o login com seu número de telemóvel ou conta de e-mail na página de login. O
número do telemóvel é automaticamente reconhecido pelo sistema, não introduza o
código do país. Se esqueceu da senha, pode redenir sua senha. Ao redenir a senha,
pode pode receber um código de vericação do seu telemóvel ou endereço de e-mail.
Quando a conta é conectada a um novo telemóvel, precisa de ser vericada. Quando é
passado, pode fazer login no novo telemóvel. Todos os dados podem ser visualizados e
usados no novo telemóvel.

1.2 - Login bem sucedido
Na primeira vez que usar a aplicação, se não houver
dados de fechadura ou chave na conta, a página ini-
cial exibirá o botão para adicionar uma fechadura.
Se já houver uma fechadura ou chave na conta, as
informações da fechadura serão exibidas.

2 - Gestão da fechadura
A fechadura deve ser adicionada na aplicação antes de poder ser usado. Ao adicionar
uma fechadura refere-se ao início de comunicação da fechadura por Bluetooth. Por
favor, que ao lado da fechadura. Depois da fechadura ser adicionado com sucesso,
poderá gerir a fechadura com a aplicação, incluí o envio de uma chave, o envio de uma
senha e assim por diante.
Quando a fechadura é adicionada, quem adicionou torna se o administrador da fe-
chadura. Ao mesmo tempo, a fechadura não pode entrar no modo de conguração ao
tocar no teclado. Essa fechadura só pode ser adicionada de novo após o administrador
atual excluír a fechadura. A operação de excluir a fechadura precisa ser feita por Blue-
tooth ao lado da mesma.

2.1 - Suporte da fechadura
A aplicação ITEC on Access suporta vários tipos de fechadura, incluindo fechaduras de
porta, cadeados, fechaduras de segurança, cilindros de fechaduras inteligente, fechaduras
de estacionamento e fechaduras de bicicleta. Ao adicionar um dispositivo, deve primeiro
selecionar o tipo de fechadura. A fechadura precisa ser adicionado à aplicação depois de
entrar no modo de conguração. Uma fechadura que não tenha sido adicionado entrará
no modo de conguração quanto tocar no o teclado da fechadura. A fechadura que foi
adicionada precisa de ser excluído primeiro no App de outro, caso esteja.
2.2 - Upgrade da fechadura
O utilizador pode usar o rmware da fechadura na aplicação ITEC on Access. A atualização
precisa de ser feita por Bluetooth ao lado da Fechadura. Quando a atualização for bem-su-
cedida, a chave, a senha, o cartão IC e a impressão digital originais poderão continuar a ser
utilizados.
2.3 - Diagnóstico de erros e calibração do relógio
O diagnóstico de erro visa ajudar a analisar os problemas do sistema. Precisa ser feito via
Bluetooth ao lado da fechadura.
Se houver um gateway, o relógio será calibrado primeiro pelo gateway. Se não houver
gateway, ele precisa ser calibrado pelo telemóvel Bluetooth.
C) Principais funções - gerir ekey
3 - Gerir Ekey
Depois do administrador adicionar a fechadura, possui os direitos administrativos mais
altos da fechadura. Pode enviar chaves para os outros. Enquanto isso, pode aumentar a
gestão de chaves que estão prestes a expirar.
Clique no tipo de fechadura que mostrará a ekey limitada por tempo, ekey único e ekey
permanente.
Ekey com limite de tempo: a ekey é válida pelo tempo especico.
Ekey permanente: a ekey pode ser usada permanentemente.
Ekey única: a ekey será automaticamente excluída depois de usada.
3.1 - Senha única
A ekey enviada pela APP tem a função de obter uma senha única.
3.2 - Gestão Ekey
O gerente pode excluir ekey, reiniciar ekey, enviar e ajustar o ekey, enquanto isso pode
procurar o registo da fechadura.

3.3 - Aviso de prazo
O sistema mostrá duas cores para aviso de prazo. O amarelo signica perto de expirar e o
vermelho signica que expirou.
3.4 - Pesquisa de registo de fechadura
O administrador pode consultar os registos da fechadura de cada chave.
3.5 - Diagnóstico de erros e ajustar de hora
O diagnóstico de erro visa ajudar a analisar os problemas do sistema. Precisa ser feito por
Bluetooth ao lado da fechadura.
Se houver um gateway, a hora será ajustada primeiro pelo gateway. Se não houver ga-
teway, precisa de ser ajustado com o telemóvel por Bluetooth.

D) Principais funções - tipos de senha
4 - Tipo de senha
Depois de introduzir a senha no teclado da fechadura, pressione o botão de desbloqueio
para abrir. Os códigos de acesso são classicados em permanente, limitado por tempo,
único, vazio, loop, personalizado, etc.
4.1 - Senha permanente
A senha permanente deve ser usada dentro de 24 horas após gerada, caso contrário, ela
expirará automaticamente.

4.2 - Senha com limite de tempo
A senha com limite de tempo pode ter uma data de expiração, que é de no mínimo uma
hora e no máximo três anos. Se o período de validade é dentro de um ano, o tempo pode
ser exato para a hora; se o período de validade for superior a um ano, a precisão é mês.
Quando a senha com limite de tempo é válidada, ela deve ser usada dentro de 24 horas,
caso contrário, ela expirará automaticamente.
Depois de inserir a senha, pressione o botão de bloqueio ou # no canto direito para tran-
car a porta.
A maneira de alterar a senha: insira a senha original para desbloquear e insira“10 # senha
original # nova senha (entre 4 números e 6 números) # insira nova senha novamente #”.
4.3 - Senha única
A senha única só pode ser usada por uma vez e está disponível por 6 horas.
4.4 - Senha limpeza
Senha limpeza é usado para excluir todas as senhas que a fechadura deniu e que está
disponível por 24 horas.
4.5 - Senha cíclica
A senha cíclica pode ser reutilizada dentro de um período de tempo especicado, in-
cluindo tipo diário, tipo de dia da semana, tipo de m de semana e muito mais.
4.6 - Senha personalizada
O utilizador pode denir as senhas e o período de validade que deseja.
4.7 - Compartilhamento de Senha
O sistema adiciona novas formas de comunicação do Facebook Messenger e WhatsApp
para ajudar os utilizadores a compartilhar a senha.
4.8 - Visualização e gerir senhas de acesso
Todas as senhas geradas podem ser visualizadas e geridas no módulo de gestão de se-
nhas. Isso inclui o direito de alterar a senha, excluir a senha, redenir a senha e desblo-
quear a senha.

E) Principais funções - Gerir Cartões
5 - Gerir cartões
Precisa de adicionar o cartão IC primeiro. Todo o processo precisa de ser feito através da aplicação ao lado da fechadura. O perí-
odo de validade do cartão IC pode ser denido, permanente ou limitado no tempo.
5.1 - Visualizar e gerir cartão
Todos os cartões IC podem ser consultados e geridos através do módulo de gestão de cartões IC.
A função de emissão de cartão remoto é exibida no caso de um gateway. Se não houver gateway, o item cará oculto.
F) Desbloquear via Bluetooth
6 - Bluetooth
O usuário pode trancar a porta via Bluetooth e também pode enviar o Bluetooth ekey para qualquer pessoa.
Duas maneiras de abrir a porta: a. pressione o botão de desbloquear na aplicação; b, toque e acenda o painel da fechadura.
6.1 - Use APP para desbloquear
Clique no botão redondo para desbloquear a porta. Como o sinal Bluetooth tem uma certa cobertura, use o APP dentro da área
especíca.
6.2 - Toque para desbloquear
Você pode abrir a aplicação e tocar no teclado para desbloquar a fechadura.
Clique no pequeno botão para abrir a porta remotamente quando instalado o gateway.

I) Gerir principais funções do gateway
9 - Gerir de gateways
O ITEC on Access está diretamente conectado via Bluetooth, por isso não é atacado pela rede. O gateway é uma ponte entre
fechaduras inteligentes e redesWIFI domésticas. Através do gateway, o utilizador pode visualizar e calibrar remotamente o reló-
gio da fechadura, ler o registos da fechadura. Enquanto isso, pode excluir e modicar remotamente a senha.
9.1 - Adicionar gateway
Por favor, adicione o gateway através das etapas do APP:
A - Conecte seu telemóvel à rede Wi-Fi à qual o gateway está conectado.
B - Clique no botão no canto superior esquerdo e no gateway. Clique em OK e insira a senha para autenticação.
C - Pressione e segure o botão de conguração no gateway por 5 segundos. A luz verde indica que o gateway entrou no modo
add-on.
9.2 - Manual
Após um curto período de tempo, pode ver quais fechadura estão na sua cobertura na aplicação. Depois que a fechadura é
ligada ao gateway, a fechadura pode ser gerida pelo gateway.

CONFIGURATION
A) Product installation Instructions
1 - Unscrew the old lock cylinder xing screw with a tool. Remove the original mechanical lock cylinder (for upgrade), install the
lock cylinder, front and read panels, side panels (for new installation).
2 - Remove the iCylinder 05 and the knob
3 - Install the iCylinder 05 into the front panel. Adjust the position according to the iCylinder 05 xing screw.
4 - Install the iCylinder 05 xing screw.
5 - After installing knob
5.1 - Put back the knob; use screw driver to tighten the screws.
5.2 - Use the back knob to test if the iCylinder 05 is installed correctly. Check if the knob is open normally.
B) Installing the battery
1 - Take out front knob pressure plate. Remove the battery cover with screw driver.
2 - Insert 3“AAA”standard No.7 batteries in the battery compartment. Pay attention to the positive and the negative pole.
3 - Install the battery cover. Tighten the battery cover screw. Replace the front acrylic plate.
C) Teste after installation is completed
1 - Check that the iCylinder 05 is securely mounted on the door. Check that the back knob can open the door normally.
2 - After the power is connected, the motor is reversed. At this time, the knob is idling before turning. Enter the initial before
turning. Enter the initial password so it can be opened normally.
D) Use of emergency mechanical keys
1 - Take the front acrylic plate out.
2 - Insert the corresponding mechanical key and turn 30 degrees. the front knob cannot be rotated.
3 - Turn the front knob to open the door.
APP CONFIGURATION
A) Main functions-registration and login
1 - Registration and login
ITEC on Access users can register the account by mobile phone and Email which cur-
rently support 200 countries and regions on the world. The verication code will be
sent to user’s mobile phone or email, and the registration will be successful after the
verication.
1.1 - Login authentication
Log in with your mobile phone number or email account on the login page. The mo-
bile phone number is automatically recognized by the system and does not input the
country code. If you have forgotten your password, you can go to the passward page to
reset your password.When reset the password, you can receive a verication code from
your mobile phone and email address. When the account is logged in on the new mo-
bile phone, it needs to be veried. When it is passed, you can log in on the new mobile
phone. All the data can be viewed and used on the new mobile phone.

2 - Lock management
The lock must be added on the app before it can be used. The addition of a lock refers
to the initialization of the lock by communicating with the lock via Bluetooth. Please
stand beside the lock. Once the lock is added successful, you can manage the lock with
the app including sending a key, sending a password, and so on.
When the lock is added, the adder becomes the administrator of the lock. At the same
time, the lock cannot enter the setup mode by touching the keyboard. This lock can
only be re-added after the current administrator has deleted the lock. The operation of
deleting the lock needs to be done by Bluetooth beside the lock.

2.1 - Lock supporting
The ITEC on Access App supports multiple types of lock, including door locks, padlocks,
safe locks, smart lock cylinders, parking locks, and bicycle locks. When adding a device,
you must rstly select the lock type. The lock needs to be added to the app after entering
the setting mode. A lock that has not been added will enter the setting mode as long as
the lock keyboard is touched. The lock that has been added needs to be deleted on the
App rst.
2.2 - Lock upgrade
User can upgrade the lock rmware on the ITEC on Access APP. The upgrade needs to be
done via Bluetooth next to the lock. When the upgrade is successful, the original key, pas-
sword, IC card, and ngerprint can continue to be used.
2.3 - Error diagnosis and time calibration
Error diagnosis aims to help analyse the system problems. It needs to be done via Bluetoo-
th beside the lock.
If there is a gateway, the clock will be calibrated rstly through the gateway. If there is no
gateway, it needs to be calibrated by the mobile phone Bluetooth.
C) Main functions-ekey management
3 - Ekey management
After the administrator successfully adds the lock, he owns the highest administrative ri-
ghts to the lock. He can send keys to others. Meanwhile he can increase the key manage-
ment that is about to expire.
Click the type of lock it will show the time-limited ekey, one-time ekey and permanent
ekey.
Time-limited ekey: The ekey is valid for the specied time.
Permanent ekey: The ekey can be used permanently.
One-time ekey: the ekey will be automatically deleted once it has been used.
3.1 - One-time passcode
The ekey sent from the Room Master APP has the function of obtaining a one-time pass-
code.
3.2 - Ekey management
The manager can delete ekey, reset ekey, send and adjust the ekey, meanwhile he can
search the lock record.

3.3 - Deadline warning
System will show two colors for deadline warning.The yellow means close to expiring and
the red means it has expired.
3.4 - Search lock record
The administrator can query the unlock records of each key.
3.5 - Error diagnosis and time calibration

D) Main functions-types of passcode
4 - Type of passcode
After inputting the passcode on the keyboard of the lock, press the unlock button to
unlock. Passcodes are classied into permanent, time-limited, one-time, empty, loop, cus-
tom, etc.
4.1 - Permanent passcode
The permanent passcode must be used within 24 hours after it is generated, otherwise it
will automatically expire.

4.2 - Time-limited passcode
The time-limited passcode can own an expiration date, which is a minimum of one hour
and a maximum of three years. If the validity period is within one year, the time can be
accurate to the hour; if the validity period is more than one year, the accuracy is month.
When the time-limited passcode is valid, it should be used within 24 hours, otherwise it
will automatically expire.
After inputting the passcode, please press the lock button or # on the right corner to lock
the door.
The way to change the passcode: input the original passcode to unlock, then input “10
# original passcode # new passcode (between 4 numbers and 6numbers) # input new
passcode again # ”.
4.3 - One-time passcode
One-time passcode can only be used for one time, and which is available for 6 hours.
4.4 - Clear code
Clear code is used to delete all the passcodes the lock has set, and which is available for
24 hours.
4.5 - Cyclic passcode
The cyclic password can be reused within a specied time period, including daily type,
weekday type, weekend type, and more.
4.6 - Custom passcode
User can set any passcodes and validity period he wants.
4.7 - Passcode sharing
The system add new communication ways of Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp to
help users share the passcode.
4.8 - Passcode view and management
All generated passcodes can be viewed and managed in the password management mo-
dule. This includes the right of changing the password, deleting the password, resetting
the password, and unlocking the password.

E) Main functions-card management
5 - Card management
You need to add the IC card rst. The whole process needs to be done via the app beside the lock. The validity period of the IC
card can be set, either permanent or time-limited.
5.1 - Card view and management
All IC cards can be queried and managed through the IC card management module.
The remote card issuance function is displayed in the case of a gateway. If there is no gateway, the item is hidden.
F) Unlock via Bluetooth
6 - Bluetooth
User can lock the door via Bluetooth and can also send the Bluetooth ekey to anyone.
Two ways of unlocking the door: a. press the unlock button on the APP; b, touch and light the lock panel.
6.1 - Use APP to unlock
Click the round button at the top of the page to unlock the door. Since the Bluetooth signal has a certain coverage, please use
the APP within the certain area.
6.2 - Touch to unlock
You can Open the app and touch the keyboard to unlock the door.
Click the small button to open the door remotely when you have installed the gateway.

I) Main functions-gateway management
9 - Gateway management
The ITEC on Access is directly connected via Bluetooth, that is why it is not attacked by the network. The gateway is a bridge
between smart locks and home WIFI networks. Through the gateway, the user can remotely view and calibrate the lock clock,
read the unlock record. Meanwhile, it can remotely delete and modify the password.
9.1 - Add the gateway
Please add the gateway via APP steps:
A - Connect your phone to the WIFI network which the gateway is connected to.
B - Click the button in the upper left corner and gateway. Click OK and input the passcode for authentication.
C - Press and hold the setting button on the gateway for 5 seconds. The green light indicate that the gateway has entered the
add-on mode.
9.2 - Manual
After a short period of time, you can see which locks are in their coverage in the app. Once the lock is bound to the gateway, the
lock can be managed through the gateway.
