This User Guide is intended to provide you with guidelines to ensure that operation of
this product is safe and does not pose risk to the user. Any use that does not conform

Care and Handling
• Always make sure the player is turned off and disconnected from power before cleaning.
• Use a soft dry towel with mild detergent to clean the housing.
• Disconnect from power source if not used for a long period of time.
• Ensure the operating temperature is within 23°F (-5°C) – 104°F (40°C).
• Do NOT use abrasive cleaners, waxes or solvents to clean the player.
• Do NOT use under the following conditions:
- In extremely hot, cold or humid environments.
- In areas susceptible to excessive dust or dirt.
- Near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field or electric field.
- In direct sunlight.

Connect the player to your PC USB port
using the provided USB cable.
The player will turn on automatically and
will appear as a drive letter on your computer
[Mass Storage Class (MSC) device], and
behave as a detachable drive for file
transfer in one or both directions.

Adding/Removing MP3 Files and Folders
This player can also be used for USB file storage.
1. Connect the PC USB port to the MP3 USB port with the USB cable provided.
2. Add MP3 files/folders to the USB storage folder.
a. Open files/folders to be transferred on your computer.
b. Open “My Computer” →“Removable Disk” from the desktop.
c. Select the files/folders to be transferred from your computer and drag and drop
them to a folder of your choice in “Removable Disk” (you can also transfer files on
your PC to the player using the "Copy" and "Paste" functions).
3. Delete MP3 files from the removable USB storage using the "Delete" command.

Disconnecting Player from PC/Laptop
1. Left click the icon on the taskbar at the bottom right corner of the desktop.
2. Click the "Safely remove USB Mass Storage Device – Drive (G:)" column.
3. Disconnect the player from your computer.
CAUTION:
• Do not remove the player while files from the USB Mass Storage are playing on your
PC/Notebook.
• Do not disconnect the player from your PC/Notebook while transferring files. This may
cause damage to the player or loss of data.
General Operation
Adjusting the Volume
In music playback mode, press and hold the [-/ +] button to decrease or increase the
sound level.
Playing Music Files
1. Connect the earphones to earphone jack
2. Press and hold the [ ] button to turn power on. The red LED light will start to flash,
and the player will begin to play music.
a. To pause, quickly press the [ ] button.
b. To repeat track, quickly press the [ ] button again.
c. To return to the previous track, quickly press the [-] button.
d. To skip to the next track, quickly press the [+] button.
3. To turn power off: Press and hold the [ ] button. The red LED light will flash for three
(3) seconds.
Note: If you turn on the player with no music files stored, it will power off automatically.

Waterproof function
The player features a waterproof rating of IPX-8 (waterproof up to 10 feet/3 meters).
Charging
1. Connect the PC USB port to the MP3 USB port with the provided USB cable.
2. Once fully charged, shut off the power. Charging time is approximately three (3) hours.
3. To stop recharging, disconnect the USB cable.
Notes
• Fully charge this player before first use.
• Your computer must be turned on while connected to your player in order to charge.
• Do not overcharge your player, as this may shorten the battery life.
• The charge/discharge time is no less than 300 cycles.
• The Li-polymer battery is consumptive material. Recharge semiannually even if the
player is not being used.
• While charging with adapter, make sure the rated voltage of your adapter is 5V±0.25V.
• After removing your player from PC or charger, the player will turn off.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Be aware that water in a swimming pool and the ocean is corrosive. To keep your MP3
player in good condition, rinse with fresh water after use.
1. Wash and rinse under clean, running tap water.
2. Submerge in clean water for approximately two (2) or three (3) minutes to remove any
salt or dirt.
3. After washing, gently shake the player several times.
4. Use a clean, soft cloth (without loose fibersg) to wipe off excess water.

5. Use a cotton swab to thoroughly remove water from the seams.
6. Dry completely a cool, well ventilated place.
