STEP 1A Open inner hardware bag IB-4030-1 and plastic parts bag PP-4030-1.
Attach base brace to bases with hardware shown.

Les produits de bois naturel neufs ont parfois un résidu ou un dépôt de surface. Pour préparer le produit à la première utilisation, il est
recommandé d'essuyer le bois d'un léger revêtement de poli à meuble résidentiel standard, tel que Pledge®. Vous pouvez aussi nettoyer le
produit avec une solution de détergent liquide et d'eau suivie d'un rinçage en profondeur.
Avec le temps et selon les conditions météorologiques actuelles et l'exposition, le fini protecteur du bois devra être réappliqué. Nettoyez bien et

Attach bearing assemblies to base using hardware and plastic spacers shown.

On both sides of the glider,the two (2) protruding ribs on
the bearing assembly must face outward and the hole
must be at the bottom.

STEPS 1-4 SHOW THE ASSEMBLY OF EACH GLIDER CHAIR.ONCE THE FIRST CHAIR IS ASSEMBLED, REPEAT TO
ASSEMBLE THE SECOND CHAIR.

PREMIER FAUTEUIL, RÉPÉTEZ POUR LE DEUXIÈME.
NOTE: As with all bearings, those on your glider will need
lubrication from time to time to ensure smooth, silent
operation. A drop of heavy household oil will provide the
necessary lubrication.
NOTE: Your Country Garden®hardwood Hi-Back Glider
comes with a natural wood protective finish already applied.
When new, natural wood products may have a surface
deposit or residue. To prepare for initial use, it is
recommended that the wood be wiped with a light coating
of standard household furniture polish, such as Pledge®. As
an alternative, the product can be cleaned with a liquid
detergent and water solution followed by a thorough rinse.
Over time, depending on actual weather conditions and
exposure, the protective wood finish will need to be
renewed. Clean thoroughly and refinish as needed with a
penetrating exterior stain or natural wood finish, available at
retail paint stores.

STEP 3 Open inner hardware bag IB-4090.
Attach the shaped top seat slat to the top of the 2 seat supports and a wide slat to the front using the hardware shown.
Tap bolt heads into holes in slats until fully seated.
Fasten the top 9 slats on all 3 seat supports with acorn nuts and the bottom 6 with hex nuts. Alternate wide and narrow
slats.
MAKE SURE THE ASSEMBLY IS SQUARE. TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE.
STEP 4 Open inner hardware bag IB-4060.
Attach seat to base using hardware shown.
TIGHTEN HARDWARE.
PASO 4 Abra la bolsa interna de ferretería IB-4060.
Una el asiento a la base usando la ferretería que se muestra.
APRIETE LA FERRETERÍA.
ÉTAPE 4 Ouvrez le sac de quincaillerie intérieure IB-4060.
Fixez le siège à la base avec la quincaillerie indiquée.
RESSERREZ LA QUINCAILLERIE.
STEP 5 Open inner hardware bag IB-4110-1.
Attach front and rear braces using the hardware shown. The gliders should face each other as shown. Braces can be attached
using a long screwdriver between the seat slates.
Attach the tray supports and tray to the braces using the hardware shown. The nuts are already installed in the bottom of the tray.
TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE USED IN STEP 5. ALSO NOW TIGHTEN THE HARDWARE FOR THE REAR BRACE IN STEP 1A.
PASO 5 Abra la bolsa interna de ferretería IB-4110-1.
Una los tirantes delantero y trasero usando la ferretería que se muestra. Las mecedoras deben quedar enfrentadas entre
sí como se muestra. Los tirantes pueden unirse usando un destornillador largo entre los listones del asiento.
Una los soportes de la bandeja y la bandeja a los tirantes usando la ferretería que se muestra. Las tuercas ya están instaladas
en la parte inferior de la bandeja. APRIETE TODA LA FERRETERÍA USADA EN EL PASO 5. ADEMÁS, AHORA APRIETE

ÉTAPE 5 Ouvrez le sac de quincaillerie intérieure IB-4110-1.
Fixez les renforts de support de plateau avant et arrière avec la quincaillerie indiquée. Les patins devraient être face à face tel
qu'indiqué. Des renforts peuvent être ajoutés en utilisant un long tournevis entre les lattes du siège.
Fixez les supports du plateau et le plateau aux renforts avec la quincaillerie indiquée. Les écrous sont déjà installés au bas

LA QUINCAILLERIE POUR LE RENFORT ARRIÈRE DE L'ÉTAPE 1A.
STEP 2 Open inner hardware bag IB-4040-1.
Attach 2 armrests with hardware shown. Attach seat brace to arms using hardware shown. Attach end seat
supports to arms with hardware shown.
DO NOT TIGHTEN HARDWARE.
PASO 3 Abra la bolsa interna de ferretería IB-4090.
Una el listón superior modelado del asiento a la parte superior de los 2 apoyos del asiento y un listón ancho al frente
usando la ferretería que se muestra.
Golpee las cabezas de los pernos en los orificios de los listones hasta que estén totalmente asentadas.
Ajuste los 9 listones superiores en los 3 apoyos del asiento con tuercas ciegas y los 6 inferiores con tuercas

PASO 2 Abra la bolsa interna de ferretería IB-4040-1.
Una 2 apoyos de posabrazos con la ferretería que se muestra. Una el tirante del asiento a los posabrazos con la
ferretería que se muestra. Una los apoyos laterales del asiento a los posabrazos con la ferretería que se
muestra.
ÉTAPE 2 Ouvrez le sac de quincaillerie intérieure IB-4040-1.
Fixez les 2 accoudoirs avec la quincaillerie indiquée. Fixez le renfort du siège aux accoudoirs avec la quincaillerie
indiquée. Fixez les supports d'extrémité du siège aux bras avec la quincaillerie indiquée.
NE RESSERREZ PAS LA QUINCAILLERIE.
ÉTAPE 3 Ouvrez le sac de quincaillerie intérieure IB-4090.
Fixez la latte supérieure du siège formée sur le dessus des 2 supports du siège et une latte large à l'avant avec la
quincaillerie indiquée.
Taraudez les têtes des écrous dans les trous des lattes jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien installées.
Fixez les 9 lattes supérieures sur les trois supports du siège avec les écrous borgnes et les 6 du bas avec les
écrous hexagonaux. Alternez les lattes larges et les lattes étroites.
ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE L'ASSEMBLAGE SOIT D'ÉQUERRE. RESSERREZ TOUTE QUINCAILLERIE.

WARNING: Assemble the seat to the base with the rear base brace behind the seat as shown. If the rear
base brace is under the front of the seat, the product can tip over backwards and cause serious injury.

Your glider Tete-A-Tete is complete. TIGHTEN ALL HARDWARE. Periodically check the tightness of all bolts and nuts.
NOTE: Your assembled glider Tete-A-Tete has several free moving parts. As a result, improper handling when moving could
result in hand or finger injury should they become pinched between a bearing assembly and the glider frame. TO PREVENT
POSSIBLE INJURY, SECURE EACH SIDE OF THE GLIDER TETE-A-TETE BEFORE MOVING. (Using light rope or cord,
secure the bottom portion of the bearing assembly to the glider Tete-A-Tete arm and inside base to prevent glider movement.
Hobble each side of the glider Tete-A-Tete prior to moving.
Su mecedora Tete-A-Tete está terminada. APRIETE TODA LA FERRETERÍA. Revise periódicamente los pernos
y tuercas para comprobar que estén ajustados.
NOTA: su mecedora armada Tete-A-Tete tiene varias piezas de movimiento libre. Como consecuencia, la manipulación

assemblage de palier et l'armature du fauteuil. POUR ÉVITER LES BLESSURES POSSIBLES, FIXEZ LES DEUX CÔTÉS
DU FAUTEUIL AVANT DE LE DÉPLACER. (Utilisez une corde ou un cordon léger et fixez la partie inférieure du palier au bras
et à la base intérieure pour éviter le déplacement du fauteuil coulissant). Arrimez chaque côté du fauteuil coulissant
