de votre boitier.

Cette durée de g r ntie est de deux (2) ns si l’ACHETEUR réside d ns l’Union
Européenne.
Cette g r ntie est limitée et v l ble uniquement d ns les juridictions où les
produits sont vendus p r l’entreprise JAGGER & LEWIS elle-même ou p r
l’intermédi ire de son revendeur ou gent gréé et est v lide d ns l mesure
permise p r les lois pplic bles de ces juridictions.
Si le déf ut est véré, JAGGER & LEWIS procéder d ns les 30 (trente) jours,
u choix de l’ACHETEUR si celui-ci est consomm teur u sens de l loi, u
rempl cement et/ou à l rép r tion du m tériel ou des pièces défectueuses, s ns
que l’ACHETEUR ne puisse prétendre à l’obtention de domm ges et intérêts,
pour quelque c use que ce soit, et sous réserve des conditions de coût prévues
p r l’ rticle L. 211-9 du code de l consomm tion. L’ACHETEUR, s’il est un
consomm teur u sens de l loi, est dispensé de r pporter l preuve de l’existence
du déf ut de conformité du bien dur nt les six mois suiv nt l délivr nce du bien.

d’une utilis tion norm le ou du f it de l’ACHETEUR, de l’ nim l dont lui ou

First, choose the rubber b nd th t works best with
your coll r. The thicker the coll r, the bigger the rubber
b nd will h ve to be.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
J gger & Lewis gu r ntees th t the items provided to the Buyer re free of ny
defects, in ccord nce with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Should
l tent defect ppe r, the Buyer sh ll inform J gger & Lewis within thirty (30)
d ys of discovering s id defect. A l tent defect is understood to me n defect
in the item th t renders s id item unfit for us ge nd which could not h ve been
detected by the Buyer before using the item. A design fl w is not l tent defect
nd the Buyer is considered to h ve received ll technic l inform tion rel ting to
the forementioned items. If there is shown to be l tent defect, within thirty (30)
d ys of receiving notice, J gger & Lewis sh ll repl ce nd/or rep ir the defective
p rts or items, s per the choice of the Buyer, if th t person is consumer s
defined by French l w; this is in ccord nce with Article 1644 of the French Civil
Code. Under these conditions, the Buyer m y not cl im ny d m ges for ny
re son.
J gger & Lewis gu r ntees the items g inst ny m nuf cturing or function l
defects for one (1) ye r from the d te of purch se by the Buyer.
The dur tion of this w rr nty sh ll be for two (2) ye rs if the Buyer resides in the
Europe n Union.
This w rr nty is limited nd is v lid only in jurisdictions where the products re
sold by the comp ny J gger & Lewis itself or by its pproved gent or reseller. This
w rr nty is v lid s permitted by pplic ble l ws in s id jurisdictions.
If there is found to be defect, J gger & Lewis sh ll repl ce nd/or rep ir the
defective p rts or items, s per the choice of the Buyer, if th t person is
consumer s defined by French l w; under these conditions, the Buyer m y
not cl im ny d m ges for ny re son. These provisions re subject to the cost
conditions set forth in Article L. 211-9 of the French Consumer Code. The Buyer,
if they re consumer s defined by French l w, is exempt from providing proof
of the existence of the defect in the item during the six-month period following

s those resulting from bnorm l us ge or c used by the Buyer, by the nim l
owned by the Buyer or by the ctu l User of the items, or by the gents of

p rty, include subjecting the products to weight, imp cts, dropping, or improper

the Services, including, not bly, ny implicit gu r ntee of the merch nt bility of

It is not gu r nteed th t the functions of the Services will s tisfy the requirements
of the Buyer.
