1) Returns are only accepted within a week. It must
also be in the original packaging.
2) For the change of mind return, shipping fee will
be charged
5. Miscellaneous
1) For those who cannot confirm purchase date,
warranty start date will be correspondent to
activation date.
2) Repair fee will be charged for the following
cases
- Damage due to the user's fault or lack of
knowledge
- The device that has been tempered with
reconfiguration, repair, willful constructional
variations, modifications and adjustments
- Damages caused by acts of God, floods, fires,
lighting or other natural disasters, wars,
unexpected events, inappropriate voltage,
defective supply materials or other external
factors;
- Defects resulting from the usage of improper or
non-genuine supply materials;
