This system is the high function assembly conference system designed for the
conference discussion and auto-tracking camera integrated using. It has all kinds of function; it can
manage the conference discussion according to different request with different operation. This system
has covered all kinds of modern conference request. It is the high integrated features, simplified
installation and easy to use.
This system can work with computer or without it. Choose the working mode in the main board:
computer controlling mode and main unit controlling mode. This main unit has 400W power consumption,
single main unit can connects to 60 sets representative/ chairmen unit, the
communication ability for single main unit can reach 240 sets.
1.0 Computer manage conference system main unit
1. Main unit has following function without computer:
a. LCD reveal working mode;
b. Multiple conference working mode: Free, FIFO, Limit
c. Free mode: representative unit can speak free with press button and the button auto closes after
speak.
d. FIFO mode: (1~9) first in, first offer;
e. Limit mode: limit setting the number to speak (1~9)
f. C. mode choosing: C. mode and C. ordinarily mode, C. only (all representative units were closed down
after pressing the priority button, unless the chairman unit closed). Chairmen ordinarily mode: the
representative unit can open and close free even the chairmen priority button be pressed.
g. A.OFF: choosing representative unit whether auto closes after speaking within 45 seconds (setting in
computer)
h. The indicative sound for chairmen unit: yes or no;
i. Built in Feedback destroyer
j. Audio input and output for record Signal with volume control
k. RS 485 Control Port for camera interface
1.2 Main unit has following function connecting to computer Operating software
interface is simple and functional layout to achieve the scene. A dual-screen display
function.
The operator control the conference process
The system discussion mode as following:

Free mode: all participants can speak freely, all delegate units were effected by the priority button, the
operator or the chairman can open or close anyone delegate unit freely.
FIFO mode: setting the number to speak in the conference hall at the same time, when the unit reaches
the number, the delegated unit speak later will close the unit which opened at first automatically, keeping
the number as setting at the beginning.
Limit mode: limit the speaking number in the conference hall at the same time; when the units reach the
limit number, every unit which wants to speak must wait until one of unit set to speak at first out of the
speaking state.
Applied for speaking: Every representative would like to speak must get the permission from the
operator. And also let the speaking representative stop the speech.
Appointed speaking: the operator can choose any one of the microphones opened or closed down

10) The system power supply for all the delegate units is provided by the main unit at 18 safe voltages.
11) The unit has speaking button and indicator lamp, and control the speaking state freely
12) When opening the unit for speaking, the red indicative lamp will on at the same time, and can points
out the right place the speaker in.
13) Has auto-off function: the microphone will close down automatically after the silence for 45 seconds
14) Electric capacity type microphone, the MIC pipe adopted circle designed, equipped with windshield
cover. Extend pipe optional With SYSTEM D type cable. Has 8P-DIN socket for system “T” type
connecting. Prepare the extended cable according to real situation.
15) The chairman unit has priority button.
16) The chairman units and delegate units are designed by the latest digital technology.
2.1 Schematic diagram of microphone unit
1. MIC speaking button (TALK): Press and the indicative lamp and ring will on means in the state of
speaking, when speaking finished, press the button, the indicative lame and ring will off, turn into the
state of waiting to speak.
2. Lamp ring. It will on when in the speaking state.
3. Chairman unit priority. When the delegate unit in the speaking state, the chairman unit presses the
priority button can shut down the speaking unit, so that to keep the conference order.
4. MIC. Super-electret.
2.2 Operation of microphone unit
a. Delegate unit: Turn on the microphone by press the button (TALK), the red indicator is on, and then

the inner speaker is off, delegate can make a speech. Press the button again, the red indicator is off,
delegate can listening other delegate’s speaking.
b. Chairman unit: The chairman unit is the same as the delegate units except an additional priority button.
When this button is put on, the chairman microphone is turn on while the delegate units are being turned
off until the priority button is released.
c. All microphone units can debug the volume by volume control
3.0 Manage following functions connecting with computer and other equipments:
1）Open: All representative units can speak freely, the priority button effects all the delegate units. All
operators can appointed any delegate unit to be opened or closed.
2）FIFO: Setting the number for the conference, when the reaching the setting number, then the person
wants to speak later will be closed down by the first one who opening unit, for keeping the limit number in
conference.
3）LIMIT: Limit the speaking number in conference, when the opening number reach the setting number,
then the person wants to speak later have to wait until the speaking one sign out.
4) Chairman mode option: C. only and Chairman ordinary.
C. only: all the delegate units were closed down after press the priority button, unless the chairman unit
closed down. Chairman ordinary: All delegate units can be closed down but still can be opened freely
after press priority button
5) A. off: The units can closed 45 seconds later automatically after finished the speech.
Chairman music indicative option: Yes or No.
3.0 Camera Video Host JY-8000V functions:
1. Build-in video switching matrixes (8 inputs, 1 output).
2. 256 video camera auto-track control points. Multi-machine cascade
3. Support Pelco-D and VISCA protocol. (Pelco-D, Baud Rate: 9600, VISCA , Baud Rate:9600)
4. The processor can communicate with the equipments by RS232 interface, such computer or video
switching matrixes.
5. High speed dome follows the location for last opening of all speaking representative , when the
microphone which opened last was closed, the dome will follows back the last following camera spot,

and when all the speaking representative microphone were closed, the dome will automatically moves
back to the standby position.
6. When without the computer, set the camera spot advanced through pressing the button in main unit
board, and also set by the IR remote controller.
7. Support many kinds of meeting mode: Freely discussion mode, FIFO mode, and Speech-limit mode.
a. Freely discussion mode: All the representatives can give a speech freely.
b. FIFO mode: first in, first out; first indicators, first offers.
c. Speech-limit mode: MIC1-19 limit. Build-in video switching matrixes(8 input, 1 output).

13. Iris control: System defaults Auto Iris. Camera can rapidly adjust size of Iris, through the
automatically induct the changing of environment ray, and thus make the brightness of deferent image
stable. User may adjust Iris by controller keyboard open/close to get required brightness that you need.
User also can resume auto Iris by joystick operation. When controlling the Iris manually, the dome locks
current position you manually controlled; when operating joystick, the dome resume auto Iris.
