Quick Start
 Charging
Charging Red light keeps on
Fully Charged Red light flashes slowly
Charging Time ≧2 Hours
Note: Please fully charge the device for first use.
 Insert Sim Card
 Insert the Nano SIM into the device.

 When putting the battery lid back, please align it and press it
lightly to lock it in.
 Power On / Off
 Power On: Long press the SOS button over 3 seconds to turn
on the device. Blue, Red and Green flicker alternately means
the device is on.
 Power Off: there are 2 ways to turn off the device
- With SIM card detected: Short press the SOS button for 5times.
- No SIM card detected: Press the SOS button over 3 seconds.

 Download “JIMIMAX” App
 Sign up and Login
 When first using, please click the “Sign Up” to create an
account.
 Fill in a valid email and click “GET CODE”. You will receive a
verification code by email.

 Type in the verification code, and set a password to sign up.
 After successful registration, log in with the email and
password you just registered to enter the homepage.
 Bind device to APP
 Click the middle icon “Add device” to add the tracker device.
 Scan or type in the IMEI barcode on the package or device.
 Device Online
 If the SIM card network is working properly, you should see
your device online in the list. You can tap the device to enter
the map page.

 If the device is offline, the APP will prompt you whether you
want run an offline analysis.
 Check the device or SIM card follow the analysis result. If you
cannot fix it, please click “Contact Us” or the floating “Get
Help” icon to chat with our technical support team.
