PREPARING FOR SEAT KIT INSTALLATION
To begin, place the hull of the watercraft on a
stable work surface at a comfortable working
height. Adjust the back rest to the loosest position
so that it lays flat.
You can also remove the seat back by carefully
removing the two screws that connect the back
rest to it’s cradle and the two screws and washers
that connect the back rest adjusting straps to the
watercraft.
Locate the four black Phillips head plastic screws
in the rectangular recesses in front of the seat
pad and carefully remove using a Phillips head
screwdriver or drill and set aside. Locate the two
black Phillips head plastic screws on the vertical
surface behind the seat back and carefully remove
using a Phillips head screwdriver or drill and set
aside.
INSTALLING THE SEAT KIT
Using a Phillips head screwdriver or drill, attach the
two frame seat clips provided in the rectangular
recesses in front of the seat pad with the four
longer Phillips head truss screws. The opening in
the clips should face the bow (front) end of the
watercraft.
NOTICE: Be sure to save all hardware removed. These can
be reinstalled if the frame seat kit is removed.
