1. EINLEITUNG
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unsere JOOULY entschieden haben. Dieser JOOULY
Bluetooth-Lautsprecher mit LED-Beleuchtung und Weinkühler ist als Lifestyle-Produkt
für den Innen- und Außenbereich gedacht und ist vor Staub und Spritzwasser geschützt
(Schutzklasse IP 66). Das Produkt dient als Licht- und Wiedergabeeinheit für Musik-
Streaming. Sein oberer Behälter kann zum Kühlen von Wein oder als Blumentopf
verwendet werden. Um einen sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten, sollten Sie als
Anwender diese Bedienungsanleitung beachten.
Die vorliegende Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieses JOOULY-Produkts und
enthält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung. Bitte berücksichtigen
Sie dies auch, wenn Sie die JOOULY an Dritte weitergeben. Bewahren Sie daher diese
Bedienungsanleitung zum späteren Nachlesen auf. The JOOULY ist ein eingetragenes
Warenzeichen, und dieses Produkt ist durch das Urheberrecht und die EU-Design-

3. VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
Setzen Sie die JOOULY nicht Feuer oder hohen Temperaturen aus.
Um das Risiko eines Stromschlags oder einer Veränderung der Wasserdichtigkeit zu
vermeiden, versuchen Sie nicht, die JOOULY auseinander- oder umzubauen - eine
Nichtbeachtung ist aus Zertifizierungsgründen (CE) unzulässig und führt zum
Erlöschen der Herstellergarantie.
Versuchen Sie nicht, die JOOULY mit einem anderen als dem mitgelieferten
Ladegerät aufzuladen. Stecken Sie nach dem Laden, bzw. wenn Sie den
Anschlussstecker aus der JOOULY ziehen, stets die Abdeckkappe auf die
Anschlussbuchse um diese vor Feuchtigkeit zu schützen. Das Netzteil sollte nur in
trockener Umgebung benutzt werden.
Vermeiden Sie es, das Gerät in Wasser zu tauchen oder längere Zeit heißer, extremer
Sonnenbestrahlung auszusetzen.
Versuchen Sie nicht, sich darauf zu setzen oder schwere Gegenstände darauf
abzulegen.
Verwenden Sie die JOOULY nicht für Zwecke, die in dieser Anleitung nicht
geschildert werden. Benutzen Sie die JOOULY nicht (und schalten Sie sie ab), wenn
Sie eine Überhitzung des Gerätes wahrnehmen oder die JOOULY ungewollte Töne

von sich gibt. Vermeiden Sie es, über eine längere Zeit Musik in hoher Lautstärke zu
hören, da dies Ihrem Gehör schaden könnte.
Platzieren Sie die JOOULY nicht dort, wo Kinder sie ohne Aufsicht eines
Erwachsenen ungehindert erreichen können.
Wir empfehlen, die JOOULY zu kälteren Jahreszeiten nicht außerhalb zu lagern.
Der Lederhandgriff und der Aluminiumring sind nicht wassergeschützt und müssen
stets trocken gelagert werden.
Batterien können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Bewahren Sie deshalb die
Batterie und Fernbedienung für Kleinkinder unerreichbar auf.
Lithium-Batterien können explodieren, wenn sie falsch eingesetzt werden. Achten
Sie deshalb beim Einsetzen auf die richtige Polarität (+). Verwenden Sie nur
denselben oder gleichwertigen Batterietyp (siehe „Verwendung der
Fernbedienung“)
4. BEDIENUNGSHINWEISE
1. Einrichten Ihrer JOOULY
Wichtig: Bevor Sie die JOOULY das erste Mal benutzen, muss der interne Akku 1x
vollständig aufgeladen werden.
Öffnen Sie die Ladeabdichtung an der Unterseite. Stecken Sie dann den Adapterstecker
in die freiliegende DC-Eingangsbuchse ein. Stellen Sie nach dem Aufladen sicher, den
Anschluss wieder mit der Dichtung abzudecken, um diesen vor Schmutz und
Feuchtigkeit zu schützen.
Vorsicht: Verwenden Sie grundsätzlich ausschließlich das mitgelieferte Adapter-
/Ladekabel. Schäden, die durch die Verwendung eines falschen Ladegeräts verursacht
werden, fallen nicht unter die Garantie.
Bei der ersten Verwendung des Produkts empfehlen wir, das Netzteil für mindestens 8
Stunden angeschlossen zu lassen, bis der interne Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.
Dieses Produkt hat einen eingebauten wiederaufladbaren Lithium-Akku, der es Ihnen
ermöglicht, Ihre JOOULY zu benutzen, ohne an die Steckdose angeschlossen zu sein.
Die LED-Anzeige am Adapter leuchtet während des Ladevorgangs rot auf und wird grün,
wenn der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.
2. Einschalten Ihrer JOOULY
a. Drücken Sie die EIN-/AUS-Taste unter der JOOULY neben dem Lautsprecher, um die
JOOULY einzuschalten –die LED-Lichter in der JOOULY leuchten auf.
b. Die JOOULY befindet sich nun im Bluetooth-Modus.
c. Gehen Sie in das Bluetooth-Menü Ihres Smartphones oder Computers, wählen Sie
„JOOULS 2020“und starten Sie das Koppeln mit der JOOULY. Dies kann bis zu 1
Minute dauern.
d. Der zu hörende Verbindungston zeigt an, dass die JOOULY erfolgreich mit dem
externen Gerät gekoppelt wurde.
e. Dies kann durch den Hinweis „VERBUNDEN“ auf Ihrem Smart-Gerät angezeigt
werden.

3. Zusätzliche JOOULYS hinzufügen / koppeln
Es ist möglich, zusätzliche JOOULYs zu erwerben und diese mit der ursprünglich
gekauften JOOULY zu verknüpfen. Wenn Sie eine zusätzliche JOOULY anschließen und
synchronisieren wollen, schalten Sie diese ein, damit sie sich automatisch mit der
Master-JOOULY „A“ verbindet und die gleiche Musik und Beleuchtung wiedergibt.
Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung mit der ersten angeschlossenen JOOULY „A“ verwenden,
stimmen sich die Musik und die Beleuchtung auf allen anderen angeschlossenen
JOOULYS automatisch auf diese ab.
Anmerkungen:
•Diejenige JOOULY, welche als erstes mit Ihrem Bluetooth Gerät verbunden wird,
entspricht dem Master „A“.
•Wenn die EIN-/AUS-Taste des Geräts „A“ für 2–3 Sekunden gedrückt wird, werden
die Musik und die Beleuchtung des Geräts „A“ ausgeschaltet. Bei den anderen
synchronisierten JOOULYs (B/C/D...) schaltet sich nur die Musik aus, aber die
Beleuchtung bleibt eingeschaltet.
•Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung benutzen, um das Gerät „A“ ein- oder auszuschalten,
wird auch die Beleuchtung aller anderen Geräte ein- oder ausgeschaltet.
•Wenn Sie die EIN-/AUS-Taste einer SYNC-JOOULY (B/C/D...) drücken, trennt sich
diese JOOULY von dem Master „A“ - die Musik und die Beleuchtung der übrigen
JOOULYS bleiben jedoch verbunden.
•Wenn das Gerät „A“ ohne Stromversorgung ist, Sie es wechseln oder an ein
anderes Smart-Gerät koppeln möchten, müssen Sie zuerst die Kopplung des Geräts
„A“ aufheben und dann einen neuen Lautsprecher/ein neues Gerät anschließen.
•Alle Lautsprecher können entweder als „Master“ oder „Slave“ verwendet werden.
4. Verwendung der Fernbedienung
Die Fernbedienung ist sowohl für die Musikwiedergabe als auch für
Beleuchtungsfunktionen vorgesehen. Wenn die Fernbedienung nicht funktioniert,
überprüfen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch, ob die Akku-Trennlasche herausgezogen
wurde.
Hinweis: Die Test-Knopfbatterie vom Typ „CR2025“ ist werkseitig eingebaut und hat
möglicherweise nicht die volle Ladung. In diesem Fall setzen Sie eine neue Batterie ein.
Wenn Sie möchten, dass die JOOULY Musik ohne LED-Beleuchtung wiedergibt, drücken
Sie die rote „AUS“-Taste auf der Fernbedienung. Wenn Sie möchten, dass die JOOULY
wieder beides, sowohl Musik als auch Licht wiedergibt, drücken Sie eine der Farbtasten.

5. Bedienung via JOOULY App
Um die JOOULY App auf Ihrem Smartphone zu installieren, klicken Sie bitte auf den
Download-Link auf www.joouls.com. Oder Sie öffnen den App Store (iOS) bzw. den Play
Store (Android) auf Ihrem Smartphone und suchen Sie nach „JOOULY“. Dann laden Sie
die App auf Ihrem Smartphone. Nach erfolgreicher Installation können Sie die App nun
öffnen.
Die JOOULY App hat folgende Funktionen:
Die Startseite „Home“ zeigt Ihnen an, ob die
JOOULY mit einem bluetooth-fähigem Endgerät
verbunden ist. Ebenfalls angezeigt wird die
prozentuale Stromreserve.

Auf „Lights“ können Sie, wie mit der mitgelieferten Fern-
bedienung, die statische Lichtfarbe der JOOULY
wählen sowie einen der vier unterschiedlichen
Farbmodi auswählen.
Auf „Music“ können Sie die Musikwiedergabe über die
JOOULY steuern. Sie können die Musik stoppen, in der
Playlist vor- und zurückspringen und die Lautstärke
einstellen.
5. WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Die Wartung oder Reparatur darf nur von einer Fachkraft oder Fachwerkstatt
durchgeführt werden. Dieses Produkt enthält keine Teile, die von Ihnen gewartet
werden müssen. Öffnen Sie daher niemals das Gehäuse der JOOULY (mit Ausnahme
der in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Verfahren zum
Einsetzen/Auswechseln des Ladesteckers oder der Batterie der Fernbedienung). Ein
weiches, trockenes und sauberes Tuch reicht aus, um die Außenseite zu reinigen.
Verwenden Sie niemals scheuernde Reinigungsmittel, Alkohol oder andere
chemische Lösungen, die das Gehäuse beschädigen könnten (Verfärbung).
6. GARANTIE
Die JOOULY hat eine 1-Jahres-Garantie. Das auf der Rechnung angegebene Kaufdatum
markiert den Beginn der Garantiezeit. Die Rechnung ist ein Garantieschein. Bewahren
Sie deshalb bitte die Rechnung auf. Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung dieser
Betriebsanleitung entstehen, erlischt die Gewährleistung. Wir übernehmen keine
Haftung für Folgeschäden! Wir übernehmen auch keine Haftung für Sach- und
Personenschäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Nichtbeachtung der
Sicherheitshinweise entstehen. Im Zuge von Produktverbesserungen behalten wir uns

PRIVATHAUSHALTEN
Dieses Symbol auf dem Produkt oder auf der Verpackung weist darauf hin, dass
dieses Produkt nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Stattdessen liegt
es in Ihrer Verantwortung, Ihr Altgerät zu entsorgen, indem Sie es einer dafür
vorgesehenen Sammelstelle für das Recycling von Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräten

7. TECHNISCHE HILFESTELLUNGEN
Im Folgenden haben wir häufig gestellte Fragen mit den dazu gehörigen Lösungen
aufgeführt:
1. Die JOOULY lässt sich nicht einschalten.
Grund a: Die JOOULY ist nicht aufgeladen.
Lösung a: Die JOOULY an das Netzteil anschließen und über Nacht aufladen.
Grund b: Sie nutzen irrtümlich den On-/Off-Schalter auf der Fernbedienung
Lösung b: Bitte nutzen Sie den An-/Aus-Schalter auf der Unterseite der JOOULY. Die
Schalter auf der Fernbedienung schalten nur das Licht an/aus.
2. Der JOOULY-Lautsprecher knistert und rauscht.
Grund: Der Akku ist beinahe leer.
Lösung: Die JOOULY an das Netzteil anschließen und aufladen. Sobald die
Kontrollleuchte am Netzteil grün leuchtet, ist die JOOULY vollständig
aufgeladen.
3. Meine JOOULY lässt sich nicht mit anderen JOOULYs koppeln.
Grund a: Sie haben die JOOULY Non-Sync Version mit dem
schwarzen Ledegriff.
Lösung a: Diese JOOULYS lassen sich nicht mit anderen koppeln.
Grund b: Die zweite JOOULY ist bereits mit einem anderen Bluetooth-Gerät
verbunden.

Lösung b: Entkoppeln Sie die zweite JOOULY von dem anderen Bluetooth-Gerät. Dann
und entfernen Sie die JOOULY aus dem Bluetooth-Menü des Gerätes.
4. Die JOOULY reagiert nicht auf die Fernbedienung.
Grund a: Der Abstand zwischen Fernbedienung und JOOULY ist zu groß.
Lösung a: Die ideale Entfernung zwischen JOOULY und Fernbedienung beträgt 2-3
Meter.
Grund b: Die Tastatur wird nicht korrekt bedient.
Lösung b: Ein kurzes Drücken auf den Tastenmittelpunkt.
Grund c: Die Batterie in der Fernbedienung ist entladen.
Lösung c: Eine neue Batterie in die Fernbedienung einsetzen.
5. Die JOOULY lässt sich nicht mit einem Bluetooth-fähigem Gerät verbinden.
Grund: Die JOOULY ist bereits mit einem Bluetooth-Gerät verbunden.
Lösung: Entkoppeln Sie die JOOULY von dem Bluetooth-Gerät und löschen Sie die
JOOULY aus dem Bluetooth-Menü des Gerätes. Nun kann man die JOOULY
neu verbinden.
6. Die JOOULY lässt sich nicht aufladen.
Grund: Das Netzteil und Ladekabel sind nicht verbunden.
Lösung: Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass das mitgelieferte USB-Kabel fest sowohl
am Netzteil als auch am DC-Eingang der JOOULY verbunden ist.
7. Die JOOULY lässt sich gar nicht mehr bedienen.
Grund: Durch häufiges und zu schnelles Drücken der Tasten auf der Fernbedienung
kann sich die JOOULY “aufhängen” und für jegliche Steuerungen kurzzeitig
unempfänglich sein.
Lösung: Entladen Sie die JOOULY komplett. Lassen Sie sie hierfür eingeschaltet, bis
sie von selbst ausgeht. Nun laden Sie die JOOULY erneut vollständig auf.
8. Die JOOULY geht immer wieder schon nach kurzer Zeit aus.
Grund: Die JOOULY ist nicht aufgeladen.
Lösung: Die JOOULY an das Netzteil anschließen und über Nacht aufladen.
9. Die JOOULY lässt sich nicht ausschalten.
Grund: Die JOOULY hat sich „aufgehängt“.
Lösung: Entladen Sie die JOOULY komplett. Lassen Sie sie hierfür eingeschaltet bis
sie von selbst aus geht. Nun laden Sie die JOOULY erneut vollständig auf.
10. Die Ladestands-LED am Netzteil leuchtet grün, aber die JOOULY schaltet sich
immer wieder ab.
Grund: Das Ladekabel ist defekt.
Lösung: Bitte kontaktieren Sie den JOOULY-Service für ein Ersatz-Ladekabel.
11. Der Akku der JOOULY entlädt sich zu schnell.
Grund: Die JOOULY wird nur an der Fernbedienung ausgeschaltet und nicht am An/
Aus-Schalter unter dem Gerät.
Lösung: Die JOOULY über Nacht vollständig laden und nach der Nutzung nur am
unter dem Gerät angebrachten An-/Aus-Schalter ausschalten.

1. INTRODUCTION
Dear Customer,
thank you for purchasing our JOOULY Bluetooth Speaker with LED Light. This JOOULY
Bluetooth speaker with LED light and Wine Bucket is intended to be used as a lifestyle
indoor and outdoor product and is additionally dust and splash proof (protection class IP
66).
The product serves as a light and playback unit of music streaming. Its top bucket can be
used for chilling wine or as a flower pot.
To ensure safe operation, you as the user must observe these operating instructions.
These operating instructions are part of this JOOULY product and contain important
information on commissioning handling. Also consider this if you pass on the JOOULY
to any third party. Therefore, retain these operating instructions for reference. JOOULY
is a registered trademark, and this product is protected by Copyright and by EU Design
Registration. All rights reserved. This device complies with the national and European
legal requirements.

3. PRECAUTIONS
Do not expose the JOOULY to fire or high temperatures. To avoid the risk of electrical
shock or alteration of water-proof performance, do not attempt to disassemble the
JOOULY - failure to comply will lead to invalidation of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Do not try to charge the JOOULY with another charger –only the one supplied. After
charging or when detaching the plug from the JOOOULY, make sure to cover the
receptacle with the lid in order to protect it from moisture. The power adaptor should
only be used in dry areas.
Avoid submerging the unit in water or exposing it to hot sun for a long time.
Do not try to sit on it or place heavy objects on it.
Do not use the JOOULY for any purpose not described in this manual. Do not use
the JOOULY (and turn it off) if you notice the device is overheating or if the JOOULY
is emitting unintended sounds. Avoid listening to music at high volume for long
periods of time as this may damage your hearing.
Do not put it where children can easily get at it without adult supervision.
We recommend not to store the JOOULY outside during the colder seasons.
The leather handle and the aluminium ring are not waterproof and must always be
stored in a dry place.

Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed. Therefore, store batteries and remote
control out of the reach of small children.
Lithium batteries can explode if used incorrectly. Therefore, make sure to observe
the correct polarity (+) when inserting them. Only use the same equivalent type of
battery (see “Using the remote control”).
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Setting up your JOOULY
Important: Before you can use your JOOULY, the internal battery must be fully charged
once.
Open the DC charge seal in the bottom panel. Then insert the adaptor plug into the
exposed DC input socket. After charging, ensure you cover the port with the seal again
to protect it from dirt and moisture.
Caution: Always only use the adaptor/charging cable that came with your JOOULY.
Damage caused by using an incorrect charger will not be covered by the warranty.
The first time the product is used, we suggest you leave the power adaptor connected
for a minimum of 8 hours initially until the internal battery is fully charged.
This product has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, which allows you to use your
JOOULY without being connected to the electrical socket.
The LED indicator light on the adaptor will light up red while charging and will tum green
when the battery is fully charged.
2. Switching on the JOOULY
a. Press the ON/OFF button to switch the JOOULY on - the LEDs will light up.
b. The JOOULY is now in Bluetooth mode.
c. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your smart device or computer, select “JOOULS
MUSIC” and start pairing with the JOOULY.
d. The connection sound you hear then indicates the JOOULY is successfully paired
with the external device.
e. This can be confirmed by the sign/word ‘CONNECTED’ on your smart device.
3. Adding Additional JOOULYs
It is possible to purchase additional JOOULYs to link with the one originally purchased.
If you wish to connect and synchronise an additional JOOULY, switch it on, it will
automatically connect with the Master JOOULY ‘A’ and will have the same music and
lighting. When using the remote control with the first connected JOOULY ‘A’, the music
and light on all connected JOOULYs will match.
Notes:
▪Whichever JOOULY is connected initially to your Bluetooth device is the Master ‘A’.
▪If the ON/OFF button on ‘A’ is pressed for 2-3 seconds, the music and lighting on
‘A’ will go OFF. On the other synchronised JOOULYs (B/C/D…), only the music will
go OFF, but the lights will remain ON.
▪If you press the remote control to switch ‘A’ ON or OFF, all the other units’ lighting
will go ON or OFF.
▪If you press the ON/OFF button of a SYNC JOOULY (B/C/D), this JOOULY will
disconnect from the Master “A” –the other JOOULYs’ music and lighting will
remain connected.

▪If ‘A’ is without power, or you wish to change ‘A’, or change to another smart
device, you first need to cancel the pairing of ‘A’ and then connect a new
speaker/device.
▪All speakers can be either a ‘Master’ or ‘Slave’ device.
4. Using the Remote Control
The remote control is for playback as well as lighting functions.
If the RC does not work, check the battery isolation tab has been pulled out before initial
use.
Note: The button type ‘CR2025’ test battery is factory fitted and may not have full
charge. In this case insert a new battery.
If you want the JOOULY to play music without LED lighting, press the red "OFF" button
on the remote control.
If you want the JOOULY to play music with lighting again, press any of the colour
buttons.

5. Using the JOOULY App
In order to install the JOOULY App on your smartphone, please press the download
button on www.joouls.com. Alternatively, please open your smartphone’s App Store
(iOS) or Play Store (Android) and enter „JOOULY“ in the search bar. After downloading
and installing the app, it will now be ready to be used.
The JOOULY App comes with following features:
The „Home“ front page displays, whether your
JOOULY is connected to a bluetooth-device.
Additionally, you will be able to keep track
of your JOOULY’s battery status
On the page „Lights“ you can, just as with the remote,
change the static color of your JOOULY/JOOULYs, as
well as choose one out of four different pre-set color
modes.
On the page „Music“, you will be able to control the music
replay by your JOOULY. You may pause the music, change
the song or modify the volume.

5. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or specialist workshop. This
product contains no parts that require servicing by you. Therefore, never open the
JOOULY's casing (except for the procedures described in these operating instructions for
insertion/replacing the charger plug or battery of the remote control). A soft, dry and clean
cloth is sufficient for cleaning the outside. Never use any abrasive cleaning agents,
alcohol or other chemical solutions that would damage the casing (discolouration).
6. WARRANTY
This JOOULY has a 1-year Limited Warranty. The date of purchase stated on the invoice
is the starting date of the guarantee period. The invoice is a guarantee certificate.
Therefore, please keep the invoice. The warranty will be invalidated if damage is incurred
resulting from non-compliance with these operating instructions. We do not assume any
liability for consequential damage! Nor do we assume any liability for damage to property
or personal injury caused by improper use or failure to observe the safety information. In
the course of product improvements, we reserve the right to make technical and optical
alterations of the article.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
In the following section, you may find a series of technical difficulties that may occur
and what you can do to solve them:
1. The JOOULY does not turn on:
Reason a: The battery of the JOOULY is empty.
Solution a: Charge the battery by using the charging cable that came with your
JOOULY.
Reason b: You are using the ON/OFF buttons on the remote control.
Solution b: The remote control only controls the light of the JOOULY, once it is turned
on. Please use the ON/OFF button on the bottom of your JOOULY to turn it
on and off.
2. The JOOULY makes scratching noises:
Reason: The battery is almost empty.
Solution: Charge the battery by using the charging cable that came with your
JOOULY. Once the light of the charging device turns green, the JOOULY’s
battery is fully charged.
3. My JOOULY cannot synchronize with other JOOULYs:
Reason a: You have the JOOOULY non-sync version (with a black leather strip).
Solution a: This JOOULY product is unable to synchronize with other JOOULYs.
Reason b: Your JOOULY is already synchronized with another JOOULY.
Solution b: De-synchronize your JOOULY by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom
of the JOOULY once shortly. Then remove the JOOULY from the Bluetooth
menue of your device.
4. The JOOULY does not respond to the remote control:
Reason a: The JOOULY is too far away from the remote control.
Solution a: We recommend a distance of 2 to 3 meters between JOOULY and remote
control.
Reason b: The buttons of the remote are not correctly used.
Solution b: Please press the button in the middle of the circle.
Reason c: The remote’s battery is empty.
Solution c: Please replace the remote’s battery with a new one.
5. The JOOULY cannot connect to a Bluetooth device:
Reason: The JOOULY is already connected to another device.
Solution: De-synchronize your JOOULY by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom
of the JOOULY once shortly.
6. The JOOULY cannot be charged:
Reason: The plug-in device and the USB-cable are not properly connected.
Solution: Please make sure that the plug-in device and USB-cable are tightly
connected.

7. The JOOULY does not respond to any signal:
Reason: By quickly pressing buttons and sending signals to the JOOULY, the
JOOULY may experience an error that makes it impossible to receive
further signals.
Solution: Let the battery of your JOOULY run out completely. To achieve this, let
it stay turned on until it goes off automatically. Now, you may charge
the JOOULY again until the battery is filled and may use it again.
8. The JOOULY promptly turns off by itself:
Reason: The JOOULY’s battery is empty.
Solution: Charge the battery by using the charging cable that came with your
JOOULY.
9. The JOOULY cannot be turned off:
Reason: The JOOULY has frozen.
Solution: Let the battery of your JOOULY run out completely. To achieve this, let
it stay turned on until it goes off automatically. Now, you may charge
the JOOULY again until the battery is filled and may use it again.
10. The control lamp on the plug-in device lights green, but the JOOULY turns off
automatically:
Reason: Your plug-in device is defect.
Solution: Please reach out to the JOOULY Service team.
11. The JOOULY’s battery runs does not last as long as advertised:
Reason: You are using the “ON”/”OFF” buttons on the remote control.
Solution: The remote control only controls the light of the JOOULY, once it is turned
on. Please use the ON/OFF button on the bottom of your JOOULY to turn it
on and off.

L'enceinte Bluetooth avec lampe LED et seau à vin JOOULY est destinée à être utilisée
comme un produit d'intérieur et d'extérieur lifestyle. Il s'agit d'une lampe et d'une
enceinte combinées dans un seul appareil. Son seau supérieur peut être utilisé pour
rafraîchir le vin ou en guise de vase.
Afin d'assurer un fonctionnement sûr, vous, en tant qu'utilisateur, devez respecter ce
mode d'emploi.
Le présent mode d'emploi fait partie de ce produit JOOULY et contient des
informations importantes sur sa mise en service et sa manipulation. Si vous donnez le
JOOULY à un tiers, pensez à le transmettre également. Conservez ce mode d'emploi à

3 PRÉCAUTIONS / PRÉCAUTIONS D’EMPLOI
N'exposez pas la JOOULY au feu ou à des températures élevées.
Afin d'éviter tout risque de choc électrique ou d'altération des performances
d'étanchéité, n'essayez pas de démonter la JOOULY - le non-respect de cette
consigne entraînera l'annulation de la garantie du fabricant.
N'essayez pas de recharger la JOOULY avec un autre chargeur que celui fourni.
Lorsque le chargement de la batterie est terminé ou lorsque vous débranchez le
cordon d'alimentation, veuillez toujours bien refermer le clapper de la prise femelle
afin de la protéger de l'humidité. Le bloc d'alimentation doit être stocké dans un
endroit sec.
Évitez d'immerger l'appareil dans l'eau ou de l'exposer longtemps au soleil.
N'essayez pas de vous asseoir dessus ou d'y placer des objets lourds.
Ne le placez pas à la portée des enfants, sans la supervision d'un adulte.
En cas d'ingestion, la pile peut être très dangereuse pour la santé. Pour cela la pile et la
télécommande doivent être gardées hors de portée des enfants.
En cas de mauvaise utilisation, les piles au lithium peuvent exploser. Veuillez faire
attention au sens de la polarité (+) lors de l'insertion de la pile dans l'appareil.
Utilisez seulement le type de pile original ou équivalent (cf « Utilisation de la
télécommande »).

4. MODE D’EMPLOI
1. INSTALLATION DE VOTRE JOOULY
Avant toute utilisation de votre JOOULY, la batterie interne doit être complètement
chargée une 1re fois.
Vous devez charger complètement la batterie interne de votre JOOULY si vous souhaitez
l'utiliser sans fil. Ouvrez le cache de charge DC au niveau du panneau inférieur. Insérez
ensuite la fiche de l'adaptateur dans la prise d'entrée prévue à cet effet. Une fois
l'appareil chargé, assurez-vous de remettre le cache sur le port afin de le protéger de la
saleté et de l'humidité.
Attention : N'utilisez que l'adaptateur/câble de chargement fourni avec votre appareil
JOOULY. Les dommages causés par l'utilisation d'un chargeur incorrect ne seront pas
couverts par la garantie.
Lors de la première mise en service du produit, nous vous suggérons de laisser
l'adaptateur secteur branché pendant au moins 8 heures, jusqu'à ce que la batterie
interne soit complètement chargée.
Ce produit est équipé d'une batterie au lithium rechargeable intégrée, qui vous permet
d'utiliser votre JOOULY sans être connecté à la prise électrique.
Le voyant LED de l'adaptateur est rouge pendant la charge et vert lorsque la batterie est
complètement chargée.
2. MISE SOUS TENSION DE L'ENCEINTE
a. Appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF pour mettre la JOOULY sous tension - les LED
s'allument.
b. La JOOULY est maintenant en mode Bluetooth.
c. Allez dans le menu Bluetooth de votre smartphone ou de votre ordinateur,
sélectionnez « JOOULS MUSIC » et commencez le couplage avec la JOOULY.
d. Le son de connexion que vous entendez indique que la JOOULY a été appairée avec
succès à l'appareil externe.
e. Ceci peut être confirmé par l'icône/mot « CONNECTED » sur votre smartphone.
3. L'ajout de JOOULYS supplémentaires
Il est possible d'acheter des JOOULYS supplémentaires et de les connecter à votre
premier.
Si vous souhaitez connecter et synchroniser une JOOULY supplémentaire, allumez-la,
elle se connectera automatiquement à la JOOULY « A » (« Master JOOULY ») et
diffusera la même musique et arborera la même lumière.
Lors de l'utilisation de la télécommande avec la première JOOULY « A » connectée, la
musique et la lumière de tous les JOOULYS connectées seront identiques.
Remarques:
•Quel que soit la JOOULY initialement connectée à votre appareil Bluetooth, elle sera
le Master « A ».
•Si vous appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF de « A » pendant 2 à 3 secondes, la musique
et l'éclairage de « A » se couperont. Sur l'autre JOOULYS synchronisée (B/C/C/D...),
seule la musique s'éteint, mais la lumière reste allumée.
•Si vous appuyez sur la télécommande pour allumer ou éteindre « A », l'éclairage de
toutes les autres unités s'allume ou s'éteint.

•Si vous prenez un SYNC JOOULY (B/C/D/D...) et appuyez sur le bouton ON/OFF, la
musique et l'éclairage de cet appareil s'éteignent, mais la musique et l'éclairage des
autres JOOULYS restent connectés.
•Si vous appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF d'une SYNC-JOOULY (B/C/D...), celle-ci se
sépare du Master « A » ; la musique et les lumières des autres JOOULYS restent
connectées.
•Si « A » n'est pas sous tension, ou si vous souhaitez changer « A » ou changer de
smartphone, vous devez commencer par annuler l'appairage de « A » et ensuite
connecter une nouvelle enceinte ou un nouvel appareil.
•Toutes les enceintes peuvent être « Master » ou « Slave ».
4. UTILISATION DE LA TÉLÉCOMMANDE
La télécommande peut être utilisée pour la lecture de la musique comme pour le
contrôle de l'éclairage.
Si la télécommande ne fonctionne pas, vérifiez que la languette d'isolation de la
batterie a été retirée avant la première utilisation. Remarque: La batterie de test de
type « CR2025 » est montée en usine et peut ne pas être complètement chargée.
Dans ce cas, insérez une nouvelle pile.
Si vous voulez écouter de la musique sur JOOULY sans éclairage LED, appuyez sur le
bouton rouge « OFF » de la télécommande.
Si vous voulez que la JOOULY diffuse de la musique et de l'éclairage, appuyez sur l'un
des boutons de couleur

5. Commande via l'application JOOULY
Pour installer l'application JOOULY sur votre smartphone, il vous suffit de cliquer sur le
lien de téléchargement à l'adresse www.joouls.com. Vous pouvez aussi ouvrir l'App
Store (iOS) ou le Play Store (Android) sur votre smartphone et recherchez « JOOULY ».
Ensuite, vous devez télécharger l'application sur votre smartphone. Une fois
l'installation terminée, vous pouvez ouvrir l'application.
L'application JOOULY a les fonctions suivantes :
La page d'accueil « Home » vous indique si votre
JOOULY est connectée à un terminal compatible Bluetooth
Le pourcentage d'autonomie restante est également affiché.
Sur « Lights », à l'aide de la télécommande fournie,
vous pouvez choisir la couleur de la lumière statique de
votre JOOULY, ainsi que sélectionner l'un des
quatre modes de couleur.
Sur « Music », vous pouvez régler la musique diffusée sur
votre JOOULY. Vous pouvez arrêter la musique, faire des
allers-retours dans la liste de lecture et régler
le volume.
