User manual

Congratulations on your new e-scooter!
Before using your Joyor scooter for the rst time, please read this user manual to
guarantee safe assembly and function. It will help you stay safe and keep your scooter
in good working order.
Joyor scooters can be used by adults and children of 14 years or more. Please read the
Warnings section of this manual to see if any limitations or restrictions apply to you.
Before using the scooter for the rst time, make sure to also check the instructions for
its safe use, maintenance, charging, storage and disposal.

The Joyor scooter is a means of transportation which you may want to use on your way
to work, school, nearby grocery store, or any other destination. By leaving your car at
home, you help to make our cities better places to live.
Before entering in the trac, please practice in a safe area. Please check the local
regulations for scooters and helmets’ use and follow the law restrictions.

Safety Instructions:
• This scooter is not only an entertaining vehicle. You need to improve your driving skills
through practice. Joyor Scooter is not responsible for any accidents or damages caused
by insucient driving experience or improper use of the product according to this user
manual.
• Joyor electric scooter is a personal transport vehicle and is designed for only one
person. Please do not transport a second passenger on this electric scooter.
• This product is an electric scooter for adults according to the regulations established
in each population. Minors should not use the product according to the standards.
• Please wear a safety helmet and other protective equipment when riding the scooter.
• Do not circulate with this product in unsafe or illegal areas, such as highways, roads
or any other unauthorized areas.

Safety Instructions:
• Practice in a trac-free area at level 1 speed before riding the scooter in authorized
areas.
• Always keep both hands on the handlebars and both feet on the footboard while
riding. Please do not jump on the foot board.
• Do not turn o the motor while riding the electric scooter.
• Check if the screws are loose and if the spare parts are damaged before each
operation. If the scooter emits an abnormal sound or alarm, stop riding immediately.
• Do not attempt to pass with the scooter on a step of more than 3 cm. This may cause
injuries to the rider and / or may damage the vehicle.
• When traveling on bumpy roads or any other bumpy surfaces, please reduce the speed

• Do not use Joyor electric scooter on slippery surfaces, such as oil or ice.
• Do not use Joyor electric scooter in weather conditions with temperatures below -5Cº.
• Do not immerse the product in a depth of more than 3 cm to avoid damage to the
electrical part of the vehicle.
• Avoid using Joyor electric scooter in adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow
or windstorms to avoid accidents. If you travel in these conditions, never exceed the
speed of 10 km/h.
• If the electric scooter is not used for more than one month, charge it regularly at least
every 30 days.

Safety Instructions:
• Only parts and accessories approved by Joyor can be used. Please do not modify your
scooter. The modication of the scooter may aect the functionality of the scooter,
resulting in serious injury or damage, and will lead to warranty failure.

Function Description:
Turn on and Turn o:
When the vehicle is turned o, press and hold the On/O button for 2 seconds to turn
it on.
When the vehicle is turned o and not in movement, press and hold the On/O button
for 2 seconds to turn it o.
Automatic shutdown:
If the vehicle is not in movement without any operation for 5 minutes, it shuts down
automatically.
Lights switch:
Double-click the On/O button to turn the lights on or o. When the lights are turned
on, the light indicator lights up.
Speed Level Shifting:
Quickly press the On/O button to change between dierent speed levels.

Function Description:
• When the S icon is not turned on, the scooter is on speed level 1.
• When the S icon light is white, the scooter is on speed level 2.
• When the S icon light is red, the scooter is on speed level 3.
If you use the App, when you lock the scooter, the S icon light turns red and white.
Remarks: The set speed level is saved when the scooter is turned o.
Battery Charge Level Indicator:
Each grid represents approximately 25% of the full battery charge.
The estimated distance range varies depending on the road conditions, type of the
terrain, weight of the rider.
Bluetooth icon:
The icon lights up when the device is connected to the scooter successfully.

Function Description:
Fault icon:
The icon lights up when there is an error in the display or the controller of the electric
scooter.
Speed unit:
Mph means miles per hour, km/h means kilometers per hour.
Electronic brake:
Press the brake lever (lever) to apply the brake force. The stronger the brake lever is
pressed, the stronger is the braking force. The rear light ashes when the brake lever
is pressed.
Accelerator Throttle:
Press the accelerator throttle to apply the acceleration. The stronger the accelerator
throttle is pressed the stronger the acceleration is.

Accelerator Throttle:
Supply voltage: 5V ± 0.5, throttle signal voltage range: 0.8-4.2V
Brake:
Supply voltage: 5V ± 0.5, brake signal voltage range: 0.8-4.2V
Connecting Cables:
Power supply voltage: 12.0V ± 1.0
Light cables:
Output voltage: 12.0V±1.0, constant current drive: 125mA±5
Speed Level Limits:
• 1st level: 6 km/h
• 2nd level: 15 km/h
• 3rd level: 25 km/h

Error Codes:
E0: Brake fault, when the brake is disconnected, this error code will appear.
E1: Gas fault, when the gas is disconnected, this error code will appear.
E3: Serial port failure. The controller cannot receive the output signal from the display.
E4: Hall failure, motor hall failure is detected.
E5: Phase loss failure. It is detected that one of the motor phase wires is not connected.
E6: Controller failure, it is detected that the output voltage of the op amp is abnormal,
or the bus voltage is abnormal.
E7: Stalling fault, the motor speed is detected to be 0, and the current is very large.
Short circuit fault, it is detected that the upper and lower bridges of the MOS tube are
straight through. Over current fault, it is detected that the current of a certain phase

line exceeds the detection current range.
E8: Low voltage fault, battery voltage detected below 31V. Overvoltage fault, battery
voltage detected higher than 46V.

For Android and IOS system, you can search for LENZOD in PLAY STORE/APP STORE.
1. After installing the app, please use the email to register
and login.
2. Turn on the scooter.

How to Connect the App:
3. Click on “Search device” and connect the device via Bluetooth, device name
“scooter”. Wait a few seconds until the control interface is displayed on the phone or the
Bluetooth icon appears on the scooter’s screen, indicating that the Bluetooth connection
was successful. For more details, see the conguration of the application interface.
