RECOMMENDED WINDSURF PRACTICE:
• Windsurng is a HAZARDOUS activity and the use of windsurng equipment involves the risk of serious
personal injury to any part of the user’s body or death.
• Do NOT exceed the recommended pressure of 15 psi/1bar and do NOT leave the board in the sun
when not in use.
• Injuries are an INHERENT RISK of windsurng and the participation in windsurng implies the user’s
acceptance of those risks.
• Wear a helmet when appropriate.
• Children should always be under adult supervision.
• It is strongly recommended that beginners take lessons from a licensed or certied instructor.
• Always inspect your equipment for signs of wear and tear each time before sailing.
• IF any product is found to show signs of wear & tear this should be repaired or replaced immediately
and before further use. If in doubt about any signs of wear & tear, please contact your local JP-Australia
Dealer and/or distributor.
• Make sure that your n screw and the foot straps are tightened rmly.
• Make sure that your rig is connected to your board rmly.
• NEVER place yourself in a situation where breakage of any one of the various windsurng components
would pose a risk to yourself or others, or make it impossible to return to the shore safely & unassisted.
• Take time to study the conditions including sea state, tides, currents and weather forecasts before you
decide to go sailing. Beware of sailing in offshore winds.
• Familiarize yourself with any new location before venturing onto the water. Ask the locals to tell you about
any hazards.
• Watch out for other beach users, especially swimmers, divers and small children. Make sure you keep
your board and rig under control at all times and that they don’t get blown about on the beach or in the
water.
•

• As you learn the sport, work within your own limitations and do not exceed them.
• Make sure to stay hydrated. Windsurng is a physically demanding sport and dehydration can also occur
in cold temperatures.
• Do not alter, modify or change this product.
• This product is designed and manufactured only for windsurng on water.

Instructions to inate your board:
3- Connect the
pump hose to the
valve, insert and
rotate it to the
right
1- Carefully roll out
the board
2- Pull the valve pin
counter-clockwise
and up
5- Turn from
double action

4- Keep
your feet

the foot
rests
and start
pumping
6- Pump your
board to 15 psi
(1 bar)
Any use of an air compressor may
result in poor performance or damage
to the board, and automatically avoids
all warranties. If you leave your board
exposed to the hot sun, check the
pressure and deate it slightly. Otherwise
the board may become over inated
and stretch the material. The ambient
temperature affects the tube’s internal
pressure: a variation of 1°C/ 1.8°F
causes a variation of the pressure in the
tube of +/- 4 mBar (0.06psi).

Deating the board:
1- Push
the valve pin
clockwise and
down
2- After deation,
roll up the board from
the tail part
3- Store the board
into the bag for
protection
Whenever you take your board out of the water and deate
it, allow time for it to air out and dry. Neither the skin/hull
nor the inside chambers will suffer from water damage, but
stagnant water could cause mildew and foul odor.
HOW TO REPAIR SMALL PUNCTURES
Make sure that the board is fully deated and lies at.
1. Prepare a round patch no less than 3 inches or 7
centimeters in diameter.
2. Clean the patch and the area surrounding the leak with
alcohol.
3. To contain excess glue, use masking tape to tape off the
area around the patch.
4. Apply 3 thin, even coats of repair kit adhesive to both the
surface of the board and the patch. Wait 5 minutes between
each coat.
5. After the 3rd coat, wait 10-15 minutes before applying
the patch. Use a hand roller to apply the patch evenly. Pay
special attention to the edges.
6. Wait 24 hours before re-inating.
• Perform all of your repairs in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid inhaling glue vapors.
• Avoid contact with the skin or the eyes.
• Keep all repair materials (glue, solvents, etc.) away from
the reach of children.
• The repairs on the welds must not be glued. Only the
manufacturer of the board can perform repairs on the welds
themselves.
MAINTENANCE
1. Clean and check the board as well as all the accessories.
Make sure the board is completely dry before putting it
away. Make sure that neither sand nor gravel remains inside
the board or between the hull and the inner chambers: this
could result in abrasion or even punctures while storing the
board.
2. When storing your inatable, keep it in a clean and dry
place.
