WARNINGS
Using the trampoline at a high frequency can cause injury.
The trampoline propels the user in heights and causes unusual movements. All appropriate
precautions should be taken when using this trampoline.
Always inspect the trampoline before use.
Assemble neatly, pay attention and keep your device in shape.
All safety instructions are in this manual.
All users and supervisors should read this manual.
Each person using this trampoline must be aware of his/her possibilities and limitations
regarding the consequences of rebounds.

4
Before you start using this trampoline, you should read all the information in this manual. As with any
type of physical activity, the use of this trampoline requires special attention because participants
can be injured. To reduce the risk of injury, please read the appropriate safety rules and advice
carefully.
Misuse and/or abuse of this trampoline is dangerous and can cause serious injury !
Trampolines are bouncing devices that allow the user to perform unusual jumps at unusual
heights through various movements. Always be careful when jumping/playing on a trampoline.
Always inspect the trampoline before each use.
This manual contains assembly instructions, maintenance instructions, safety tips, as well
as danger warnings and appropriate techniques for jumping and bouncing on the trampoline. All
users and supervisors should read and familiarize themselves with these instructions. Anyone who
chooses to use this trampoline should be aware of their own limitations in performing various jumps
and bounces.
At the beginning, we advise you to get used to the feeling and rebound of the trampoline. The
focus should be on your body position and you should practice each recommended bounce
before moving on to more difcult and advanced jumps. Do not behave recklessly on the
trampoline, it is important to control its movements and master the different bouncing techniques.
No more than one person is allowed on the
trampoline ! Multiple jumpers increase the risk
of a mid-air collision resulting in injury.
Do not make ip jumps as this will increase
the chances of landing on your head or neck.
Paralysis or even death can occur.
Caution : Always jump in the middle of the mat.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Placing the trampoline
The minimum space around the trampoline must be 2m, this space must be clear of any object
(walls, electrical wires, tree branches, fence, fence, garage etc.). Please note the following tips :
- Place the trampoline on a non-slip horizontal surface
- Clear the space around the trampoline
- No obstruction under the trampoline
- No obstruction above the trampoline
The trampoline is not intended to be buried in the ground. Place the trampoline on a at surface
and on a soft surface, preferably on grass. Placing the trampoline on a hard surface (concrete and
asphalt) will contribute to the fragility of the structure and will cause damage over time that is not
covered by the commercial warranty.
Placing the trampoline on uneven surfaces can cause the trampoline to tip. In addition, it must not
be placed near incompatible installations (paddling pools, swings, slides, climbing structures, etc.).
Never place the trampoline near water and keep a space around it for safety.
Do not place any foreign objects inside the trampoline.
2. Mounting instructions
Before starting to assemble the trampoline, read all the instructions in the manual. The trampoline
must be properly installed before use.
The trampoline must be carefully assembled by at least two non-disabled adults. If in doubt, ask a
qualied person.
Remove all materials and place them in an empty space. This gives you an overview and simplies
the assembly procedure.
Check with the spare parts list to ensure that no parts are missing. You can dispose of the packaging
material when the assembly is completed.
Caution, when using tools or technical work, there is always a risk of injury; assemble the product
carefully.
Create a safe environment. For example, do not leave tools scattered in the workspace. Do not
place any objects under the trampoline.
Store packaging material in a safe place.
Never install the trampoline in rainy, windy or stormy conditions, especially in hazardous weather
conditions. It is recommended that the trampoline to be dismantled and stored in bad weather. Do
not use the trampoline if it is wet. Strong winds can knock down the trampoline. If strong winds are
forecast, the trampoline must therefore be moved to a protected area and dismantled or secured to
the ground with ropes and mooring lines.

6
The metal structure of the trampoline can conduct electricity. Lightning, extension cords and all
electrical equipment must never come into contact with the trampoline.
When mounting or dismounting, please use gloves to protect your hands.
For added stability, you can place sandbags on the trampoline feet. This will prevent the trampoline
from tipping over in the event of lateral force.
In some countries, during the winter period, snow load and very low temperatures can damage the
trampoline. It is recommended to remove the snow and store the carpet and structure inside.
Check that the mat, protection, springs and structure are free of defects. That is, sun, rain, snow and
extreme temperatures reduce the resistance of these parts over time.
Secure the trampoline against unauthorized use.
The trampoline must be attached with anchors in windy conditions or dismantled and stored.
Carefully climb onto the trampoline. Do not jump in directly. Do not use the trampoline as a springboard
for other items or objects. For more information, see the assembly and disassembly sections.
3. Operating and safety instructions for trampolines
The product is intended for domestic, family and leisure use and is not suitable for professional or
medical use. The maximum weight is between 75 and 150kg depending on the model. Exceeding
this maximum weight will result in an overload on the trampoline and the commercial warranty will
not be valid.
When using the trampoline, do not leave children unattended. Perform the necessary safety
measures and supervise trampoline activities. Be aware that packaging materials are not suitable
for children. There is a risk of suffocation!
Trampolines over 51 cm high are not recommended for children under 6 years of age. Children are
not aware of the potential dangers of this product. Keep the children away from this trampoline, it’s
not a toy. The product must be stored out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not modify the product. Use only original spare parts. Repairs must be carried out by qualied
technicians. Improper repairs can compromise the safety of your trampoline. Use this product only
as described in this manual.
Protect the trampoline from moisture and high temperatures. The trampoline should always be used
in a quiet place.
The trampoline must be inspected before each use to detect wear or defective parts, as this can
make the overall safety of the trampoline difcult. Damaged, worn or defective parts must be replaced
immediately.
In the meantime, the trampoline must be closed.
It is the responsibility of the supervising adult to inform users of the safety instructions to be followed
when using the trampoline.
Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use in case of high blood pressure. Do not eat while jumping.
Do not jump out.
Do not wear shoes when jumping. This will damage the jump mat that is not covered by the

7
commercial warranty.
Do not use the trampoline under the inuence of alcohol or drugs.
Do not sit or lean on the cushion as it must be exible to be able to move with the jumping mat. Be
careful that small children do not get up using the cushions. Tears caused by bearing blockage are
not covered by the commercial warranty.
Do not expose the trampoline to direct contact with ames.
BE CAREFUL
1. Please ensure that the safety net is closed and reattached before jumping.
2. Do not intentionally jump into the safety net, it is only designed to prevent people from falling off the
trampoline. An intentional jump into the net can tip the trampoline or damage your net. Solicitations
of the safety net is considered abusive, which is not covered by the commercial warranty, please
refer to the warnings.
All trampoline users need a supervisor, regardless of the age or experience of the user.
Somersaults should be avoided. Incorrect landing on the trampoline can result in injuries, including
back, neck or head injuries. Injuries can include paralysis or even death.
Learn the basic jumping techniques. Before trying difcult jumps, check the fundamental technical
jumps section. For more information or exercise instructions, you can contact a trained trampoline
teacher.
3.1 Accident categories
We detail the cases around which you must be particularly vigilant in order to avoid any accident.
Jump : the most delicate one is the landing phase on the head or neck, even on the middle of the
mat. This type of landing can cause severe back and neck injuries with the risk of paralysis or death.
This can happen if the user makes a mistake and falls forwards or backwards.
Multiple users on trampolines : the risk of injury increases if a second person uses the trampoline
at the same time. Indeed, one of the users could lose control and push or injure the rst one.
Generally, the risk is greater for the smallest or lightest person. They are more likely to jump high
and uncontrolably.
Up and down : Users must take every precaution to get on and off the trampoline. To do this, they
must simply grab the frame with their hands and stand on the mat, avoiding as much damage as
possible to the protective foams. Going up and down the trampoline must be then carried out by the
ladder provided for this purpose.
Do not climb by grasping the protective foams or climbing on the springs or jumping directly onto the
oor mat with any object. Young children must be assisted to get in and out.
Hitting the frame or springs : When using the trampoline, jump on the centre of the mat. This
reduces the risk of shocks to the frame or springs. Therefore, it is always necessary to ensure that
the protective foams are present and in good condition. Try to avoid walking or jumping on these
foams to prevent from deforming them.

8
Loss of control : When users lose control, they may not land properly on the mat, chassis or
springs. Always keep the protective foams on top of them. Before performing more complicated
jumps, you must rst master the basic jumps. If the user is tired or tries to make a jump that exceeds
his or her abilities, there is a risk of injury. To regain control, simply bend your knees when landing.
Foreign bodies : Do not use the trampoline if there are people, animals or objects under it. This
increases the risk of injury. Do not hold objects in your hands or put foreign objects in the trampoline
when someone is inside. Please take the necessary precautions regarding objects above the
trampoline (tree branches, electrical cables, etc.).
3.2 Accident prevention method
User’s role in accident prevention : the user must be aware of the basics for his safety.
Everyone must rst learn to perform small basic jumps, before performing more complex ones.
A controlled jump is a jump where you jump and land in the same place. See the « basic jump
techniques » section of this manual.
4. Maintenance and cleaning
Our maintenance instructions must draw attention to the need to carry out checks and maintenance
operations on the main parts (frame, suspension system, belt, protection, etc.) at the beginning of
each season and at regular intervals, and if these checks are not carried out, the trampoline could
become dangerous.
Inspect the trampoline regularly to ensure that there is no damage, abrasion or worn parts to replace
directly with your dealer.
After installing the trampoline according to the instructions, make sure that all bolts and nuts are
properly installed and tightened.
Check that all spring connections are intact and do not risk disengaging during play. Also check all
covers and sharp edges and replace them if necessary.
Make sure that the Velcro fasteners are properly closed when using the trampoline.
Inspect the trampoline regularly to check for damage, abrasion or worn parts to be replaced directly
with your dealer.
A minimum of two adults is required to move the trampoline. Be careful that the chassis does not
twist when manoeuvring.
Do not use abrasives to clean the trampoline, please use a soft cloth and clean water. Make sure to
dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning.
This product is delivered with packaging to protect it during transport. Most of its packaging is
recyclable. Please dispose of them in recycling bins. Be careful not to leave your protective packaging
within reach of children.
It is recommended to change the safety net at least every two years.
