CONTENTS:
Carefully remove the Rollator frame and parts
from the box and inspect them for any damage or
missing parts that may have resulted from shipping.
PARTS INSIDE BOX:
(1) Rollator Frame with Bag and Seat (See image 1).
(1) Padded Backrest (see image 2).
(2) Front Leg-Wheel Part, marked ‘L’ for Left and ‘R’
for Right (see image 3).
(2) Rear Leg-Wheel Part with Cable, Handle and
Hand Brake, marked ‘L’ for Left and ‘R’ for
Right (see image 4).
(4) Leg-Wheel Adjustment Knobs – longer,
and (2) Handle Adjustment Knobs – shorter
(see image 5).
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. OPEN THE FRAME
• Place frame on the floor with top of seat facing
up, (see image 6).
• Spread frame out, lift up padded seat and press
down on bottom of storage bag. User will feel
folding bar. Push down on folding bar until it
locks in place, (see image 6).
2. INSERT PADDED BACKREST
• Insert Padded Backrest into the plastic backrest
hinges, (see image 7).
• Using thumb, press down on the push button
and slide the Padded Backrest into the hinge
until the buttons engage into the hinge holes.
Ensure that the push buttons fully engage in
the hinge holes.
• Pull up on the Padded Backrest to ensure
it is properly installed
• Note: Padded Backrest can be folded up when
not in use

3. INSERT FRONT WHEELS
• Turn Rollator frame over so that it rests on it’s back
(Juvo logo on front of padded seat should
be facing up), (see image 8).
• Insert the right front Leg-Wheel Part labeled ‘R’
into the frame tubing so that it matches up with
the letter ‘R’ on the frame leg, (see image 9).
• Press down on the push button and slide the
Leg-Wheel Part to your desired height position,
(see recommended seat height below).
• Repeat process, above, for left front Leg-Wheel
Part, labeled “L”.
• Make sure that the push button is fully engaged
in the hole for both Leg-Wheel Parts and that the
legs are even.
• Once desired height is achieved, insert one of the
(4) Leg-Wheel Adjustment Knobs, threading from
the outside for both leg-wheel parts, (see image
10). Tighten firmly.
4. ATTACH REAR LEG-WHEEL PARTS (WITH BRAKES):
• With Rollator still resting on it’s back, insert the
right rear Leg-Wheel Part, (with handle and brake),
labeled ‘R’ into the frame tubing so that the Leg-
Wheel Part matches up with the letter ‘R’ on the
frame leg, (see image 11).
• Press down on the push button and slide the rear
Leg-Wheel Part to your desired height position.
Refer to Recommended Seat Height Instructions,
next section.
• Insert one of the (4) Leg-Wheel Adjustment
Knobs, threading from the outside, (see image 10).
Tighten firmly.
• Repeat above steps to attach the second rear
Leg-Wheel Part (with handle and brake),
(labeled L).
• Turn Rollator right side up. Make sure the Rollator
is level and that all four Leg-Wheel Parts are in the
same position on the frame, and that the (4) Leg-
Wheel Adjustment Knobs are firmly tightened.
5. RECOMMENDED SEAT HEIGHT:
• The user’s feet should be flat on the ground
when properly seated on the Rollator.
• There are three height adjustment positions on
the Juvo Rollator.
• Seat height on the Rollator is determined by the
positioning of the Leg-Wheel Parts, front and
back, on the frame.
• The first position, as the Leg-Wheel Part
engages the frame leg, is the tallest position,
for taller people.
• The second position, as the Leg-Wheel Part
enters the frame leg, is the middle position, for
people of medium height.
• The third position, as the Leg-Wheel Part enters
the frame, is the last position, for people of
shorter height.
• Make sure to test different positions to find the
proper height adjustment.
• Make sure that Rollator is level after adjustments
6. INSERT HANDLES:
• Take Handle attached to “R” Leg-Wheel Part
and insert handle tube into frame by sliding
into open tube in frame, (see image 12).
• To secure, thread one of the (2) Handle
Adjustment Knob bolts from the inside of
the frame, outward. The bolt head rests in an
opening of the same shape. Bolt head should be
flush with metal tube. Insert plastic washer and
Tightening Knob onto bolt from outward side of
tubing. Tighten firmly, (see image 13).
• Repeat above steps to insert second, “L” Handle.

7. DETERMINING HANDLE HEIGHT:
• User should stand behind Rollator with their
arms hanging at their side and both feet lined
up with the rear wheels, (see image 14).
• Rollator handles should be even with the wrist
of the user.
• Adjust Handle Tube positions accordingly,
per Insert Handles instructions above.
8. CABLE CLIP
• Rollator comes with two Cable Clips to keep
brake cables secured to side of unit, (see
image 15).
• Make sure that both brake cables are connected
to the Cable Clips on both front left and front
right frame sections, (see image 15).
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. TO OPEN ROLLATOR
• Place unit upright on floor.
• Lift up Padded Seat and press down on
bottom of Storage Bag. User will feel Folding
Bar. Push down on Folding Bar until it locks
in place, (see image 16).
2. TO CLOSE, FOLD ROLLATOR
• Lift up on Padded Seat.
• Lift up on the nylon handle at bottom of
Storage Bag. This engages the Folding Bar,
(see image 16).
3. BRAKES
• Squeeze the brakes to stop the Rollator, (see
image 17).
• Push the brakes straight down to the locking
position, (see image 18).
• BRAKES MUST BE IN THE LOCKED POSITION
WHENEVER SITTING ON THE ROLLATOR.
ALWAYS ENGAGE, DISENGAGE BRAKES
SIMULTANEOUSLY.
4. CHECK HAND BRAKES
• Hand Brakes should be in working order
after assembly
• Check Hand Brakes periodically for proper
function
• Squeeze the Hand Brakes and check to ensure
that the metal brake shoes engage the wheels
and stop the Rollator, (see images 19 and 20).
• Push the Hand Brakes DOWN into their locking
position and check to ensure that the metal brake
shoes engage the wheels and stop the Rollator,
(see images 19 and 20).
5. HAND BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
• Hand Brakes should be in working order after
assembly.
• However brakes can loosen during normal use
TIGHTEN BRAKES
• Place Rollator upright on floor
• Loosen nut at top of brake shoe assembly,
near wheel. Turn counter-clockwise until
desired tension is achieved, (see image 21).
• Test by squeezing hand brake — ensure that
metal brake shoe fully engages the wheel.
LOOSEN BRAKES
• Place Rollator upright on floor
• Loosen nut at top of brake shoe assembly,
near wheel. Turn clockwise until desired
tension is achieved, (see image 21).
• Test by squeezing hand brake — ensure that
metal brake screw fully engages the wheel.

ROLLATOR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Juvo takes great pride in providing products of superior quality, design
and function.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to Rollator manufactured by or on behalf of
Juvo Products, LLC, (Juvo), under the brand name “Juvo® and referred to in this
Limited Lifetime Warranty as “Product.”
Product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
so long as the original owner owns such Product. In the event of any such defect
during the warranty period, Juvo® will remedy the defect as described herein,
without charge to the purchaser, as soon as practicable. The remedy will consist
of repair or replacement of the Product, or refund of the purchase price, at the
discretion of Juvo® after opportunity to inspect the alleged defect or photographs
thereof. All freight and labor charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original owner only and is
non-transferable. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
• Labor for any inspection.
• Labor for replacement of any defective item(s).
• Incidental or consequential damages.
• Minor cosmetic defects, which do not affect performance or integrity of
a part or the entire Product.
• Non-durable parts that are subject to normal wear and tear, such as Wheels,
Hand Grips, Padding, Cables-Brakes, Upholstery, Bag, Plastic Parts.
• Vandalism, improper use, or negligence of the owner.
• Scratches or scrapes to materials or parts, dents, tears in fabric, or other
issues that arise out of normal use of the Product.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to Product purchased for personal use
only. Product purchased for institutional multi-use environments are excluded
from this warranty.
Juvo® Products have been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications
made to the original Product could damage the structural integrity of the unit
leading to failure and possible injury. Modification of the original Product voids
any and all warranties and Juvo® assumes no liability for any modified Products
or consequences resulting from failure of a modified Product.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
1. READ ALL ASSEMBLY, OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
2. Please make sure Rollator is fully opened, seat is down and the
Folding Bar under seat is pushed down, locked into position
3. Make sure all knobs, nuts, bolts are fully tightened. Check regularly
to ensure they are secure at all times
4. Make sure Leg-Wheel Parts are in same height position; Rollator
is level
5. Test Rollator for stability before applying full weight to hand grips
6. Test brakes before using
7. ALWAYS LOCK BRAKES BEFORE SITTING, please refer to Operating
Instructions, #3 Brakes and Image 18
8. Replace tires when significantly worn or damaged
9. This Rollator is a walking aid only. It is not designed as a Transport
Chair or Wheelchair and therefore is not intended for one person
to push another while seated
10. Caution: Keep hands clear of frame when folding

Warranty Claims: The purchaser must notify Juvo directly of any claims under
this Limited Lifetime Warranty within seven (7) days following the discovery
of the problem. To make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Buyer

A copy of the original purchase receipt should accompany any claim under this
Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Juvo shall have no obligations under this Limited Lifetime Warranty if the
purchaser fails or refuses to reasonably cooperate in Juvo’s investigation of the
claim (such as failing to provide photographs and or written documentation of
the claim). If Juvo determines there are defects covered by this Limited Lifetime
Warranty, Juvo will have up to thirty (30) days after receipt of notification to
process the purchaser’s claim.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well
which vary from state to state or province to province. This warranty excludes
all consequential damages, however, some states do not allow the limitation or
exclusion of consequential damages and therefore this limitation may not apply
to you.
