DESCRIPTION OF REMOTE CONTROL
SPECIFICATIONS
In order to ensure safety and efciency of the product, please read this manual carefully before operating.
Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference.
INTRODUCTION
1.Use this apparatus in moderate climates only.
2.No naked ame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
3.To preserve our environment, dispose of used batteries according to your local laws or regulations.
4.To reduce the risk of re or electric shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture.
The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that objects lled with liquids, such
as vases, shall not be placed on apparatus.
5.The battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the like.
6.The AC mains plug is used as the power disconnect device and it should remain readily accessible and
operable during intended use.
7.The ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as
newspaper, table-cloths, curtains etc.
8.This equipment is a Class II or double insulated electrical appliance. It has been designed in such a
way that it does not require a safety connection to electrical earth.
9. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
10. This product is not a toy! Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
Please adhere to the above-mentioned safety suggestions. If there are malfunctions found during operation,
please turn off, unplug and contact customer service.
The unit uses AC 100-240V ~50/60Hz. If the AC exceeds this range, the unit will get damaged.
If the unit is in need of repair, please contact a qualied service technician.Do not attempt to
repair it yourself.
In order to prevent hazards such as re or electric shock, please keep the unit away from rain.

Before rst use, please insert the 2 x AAA batteries
provided separately.
The power cord of the unit
should be unplugged from
the outlet when the unit
will not be used for a long
time.
To clean this unit, unplug it from
the supply and wipe it with a
soft cloth with a small amount
of diluted detergent.
Keep the unit away from heat
sources such as radiators,
refrigerators, stoves or other
appliances that may radiate
heat.
Do not use this unit in a
humid or dusty environment.
Objects containing water,
such as vases, should not
be placed on the device.
The unit should be repaired by qualied
service personnel
in the following cases:
a. The power plug or cable
has been damaged;
b. Objects have fallen or
liquid has been spilled
on the appliance;
c. The unit has been exposed to rain;
d. The unit is functioning abnormally.
Never pull the plug from the
socket by means of yanking
on the cord. Pull the plug from
the socket by means of a rm
grasp on the plug.
PRECAUTIONS
Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive
cleaners.
Do not let water enter the unit. Make sure
the unit is completely dry before
reconnecting to the supply.

4.Press to select previous/next channel. 
1.Press FM button on the unit (or MODE button on
the remote control) to switch to FM Radio mode.
2. Press SCAN on the remote control to search
and save the channels automatically.
3. Press SCAN again to stop the search.
PLAY/PAUSE: Press to pause
the song, press again to
resume playback.
EQ: Press for six different
sound effects (Pop/ Rock/
Jazz/ Classic/ Court/ Normal).
Note: EQ effects are available
in BT and USB modes only.
Bluetooth Mode: Press this
button to switch to Blueooth
mode directly.
1. Press the Bluetooth icon button on the front
control panel or MODE button on the remote
control to switch to the BLUETOOTH mode,
(bLUE)will be displayed and blink on the
screen.
2. Open the Bluetooth on the external device
(must have Bluetooth function), search the
Bluetooth device name "XS-N438BA".
Select and pair with this unit.
3. Once connected, you will hear a connected
sound.
4. You can use the / or button on
the front panel to control the songs of the
external device.
Previous:
Press this key to go to Previous
track in BT/USB mode, or to
previous channel in FM mode.
Next:
Press this key to go to next track
in BT/USB mode, or to
next channel in FM mode.
Aux input: Connect to the AUX
output of your external device
to play compatible les (aux
cable provided).
(The MAX memory size of USB:16G)
Connect USB memory device to
play compatible mp3 les.
Problem
No Power
No sound or poor sound

Troubleshooting method
1. Ensure that the AC power plug of the speaker in
connected properly.
2. Ensure that there is power at the AC outlet.
1. Inspect the function and adjust the volume.
2.Check if speaker is on Mute mode.
Check if the effective connection distance is exceeded or
whether there are obstacles between the speaker and BT device.
1. The formats of these les are not supported.Only mp3 les
can be played.
2. The USB device is incompatible with the speaker or the
USB is damaged.
At the end of its working life, do not throw this product out with your household rubbish. Electrical and
electronic products contain substances that can have a detrimental effect on the environment and
human health if disposed of inappropriately. Observe any local regulations regarding the disposal
of electrical consumer goods and dispose of it appropriately for recycling. Contact your local
authorities for advice on recycling facilities in your area.
Please keep the original packaging carton and materials in a safe place. It will help to prevent any
damage if the product needs to be transported in the future.
Please recycle all packaging material where possible.
Troubleshooting Responsible disposal

1. Ensure that the right source is selected.
2. Use the remote control within its range without any objects
between the remote control and the unit.
3. Try replacing the batteries ensuring correct polarities as
marked.
4. Aim the remote control towards the receiver on the display
screen of the unit.
1. If other bluetooth devices are connected to your phone, try
disconnecting these rst, then search and connect again.
2. Turn off the speaker and turn on again, then switch to
bluetooth mode.
3. Turn off and turn on bluetooth on your external device.
