IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Whe usi g electrical applia ces, basic safety precautio s should
always be followed, i cludi g the followi g:
 After removing the wine coo er from the package, make sure it is
in good condition. In case of doubt, do not use it and contact an
authorized service centre.
 P astic bags, nai s, etc. shou d be kept out of the reach of
chi dren
 Check that your mains vo tage corresponds to that stated on the
app iance.
 Never eave the app iance unsupervised when in use.
 Never eave the app iance unsupervised when taking beverages
out or putting them in the coo er. Keep out of reach of chi dren or
incompetent persons.
 From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the
app iance if cord or app iance shows any signs of damage.
 Never move the app iance by pu ing the cord. Make sure the

POLARIZED PLUG INSTRUCTIONS
Some app iances are equipped with a po arized p ug (one b ade is
wider than the other). To reduce the risk of e ectric shock, this p ug
wi fit into the po arized out et on y one way. If the p ug does not
proper y fit into the out et at first, reverse it. If it sti does not fit,
contact a qua ified e ectrician.
Do ot attempt to modify the plug i a y way.
For app iances equipped with a standard p ug, simp y insert the p ug
into the out et without paying attention to the way you p ug it.

NOTE: The inside temperature of the thermoe ectric wine coo er
depends on the room temperature. To reach the minimum
temperatures indicated be ow, it shou d be ocated in a room whose
temperature is maximum 75°F / 25ºC.
Temperature co trol a d display
The upper zone of the app iance is for storage of white wine with
temperature from 45°F to 54°F (7°C to 12°C) The ower zone is for
storage of red wine with temperature range from 54°F to 64°F (12°C
to 18°C).
The temperature range of the wine coo er is intended for 45°F to 64°F
(7°C to 18°C).
Average temperature for red wine is 54°F to 64°F (12°C to 18°C).
Average temperature for white wine is 45°F to 54°F (7°C to 12°C).
The disp ay usua y shows the average temperature of the app iance
at that moment.
Ma ual temperature setti g
The temperature is factory preset when the ce ar is off the
assemb ing ine. If you want to change the temperature in the
cabinet, p ease se ect the right zone and change according y.
The temperature of the wine coo er can be set by pressing the
temperature “up” and temperature “down” buttons as fo ows:
1) By pressing the button C/F on the contro pane , se ect if you
want to disp ay the temperature in Fahrenheit (F) or Ce sius (C).
The temperatures in Fahrenheit are a ways the highest va ue.
2) There are four buttons on the pane : on the eft, push “UP” to
increase the temperature or push “DOWN” to decrease the
temperature in upper zone. On the right, push “UP” to increase
the temperature or push “DOWN” to decrease the temperature
in ower zone.
3) When the power switch is connected, coo ing system starts to
work. The temperature is set on certain temperature eve , which
means that when the inner temperature reaches the set point,
the app iance wi stop coo ing, so that the temperature in the

cabinet rises gradua y.
4) When the inside temperature rises above the set point, coo ing
wi resume unti reaching this set point, the ce ar enters into
coo ing cyc es.
You can turn the interior ight ON or OFF by pressing the ight switch
on the contro pane .
Note:
• this wine coo er needs to be p aced on a f at f oor, with 2cm
/1in. space on each side; and 10cm / 4 in. space at the
backside.
• Make sure to p ace the wine coo er perfect y eve for best
function.
• Avoid p acing in direct sunshine or near a heating source, or in
an unventi ated area.
• Do not p ace heavy items on top of the app iance

CLEANING
• Unp ug the app iance before c eaning it.

of vinegar.

app iance and c ean with water and iquid detergent. Do not put
any part in the dishwasher.

date of purchase against defects in materia and workmanship. This

During this period, the KALORIK product that, upon inspection by
KALORIK, is proved defective, wi be repaired or rep aced, at
Ka orik’s option, without charge to the customer. If a rep acement
product is sent, it wi carry the remaining warranty of the origina
product.

NOTA: La temperatura dentro de a bodega termoe éctrica
depende de a temperatura ambiente. Para a canzar as
temperaturas mínimas indicadas a continuación, e aparato debe
estar situado en una habitación cuya temperatura máxima es. 75 ° F
/ 25 º C.
Co trol de la temperatura y pa talla
La zona superior de aparato se uti iza para poner vino b anco, con
temperaturas de 45°F a 54°F (7°C a 12°C). La parte inferior se uti iza
para poner vino tinto, con temperaturas de 54°F a 64°F (12°C a
18°C).

La temperatura de a bodega puede programarse pu sando os
botones temperatura arriba “UP” y temperatura abajo “DOWN”.
1) A pu sar e botón C / F en e pane de contro , se eccione
si desea visua izar a temperatura en grados Fahrenheit (F)
o Ce sius (C). Las temperaturas en grados Fahrenheit son
siempre e va or más a to.
2/ Hay cuatro botones en e pane de mandos. En a izquierda,
presione « UP » para aumentar a temperatura o presione « DOWN»
para disminuir a temperatura en a zona superior. En a derecha,
presione « UP » para aumentar a temperatura o presione « DOWN »
para disminuir a temperatura en a zona inferior.
3/A conectar e aparato en a red, e sistema de resfrío se
pone en marcha. La temperatura está preajustada de
a guna manera, o que significa que si a temperatura
a canza cierto punto, un sistema automática de contro
de a temperatura va a parar e sistema de resfrío y a
temperatura dentro de aparato va a aumentar
progresivamente.
4/Cuando a temperatura dentro de aparato sobrepasa a
temperatura preajustada, e sistema de contro automática de a
temperatura va a ponerse otra vez en marcha, o que significa que
e aparato empieza a resfriar otra vez.
Puede encender o apagar a uz interna presionando e interruptor
situado en e pane de contro .
Nota:
• Este refrigerador de vino tiene que ser co ocado sobre un sue o
p ano, con 2 cm / 1 pu gada de espacio a cada ado y 10 cm / 4
"de espacio en a parte trasera.
• Co oque a bodega en un ugar perfectamente nive ado para su
mejor funcionamiento.
• Evite co ocar o en un ugar donde e egue a uz directa de so ,
cerca de una fuente de ca or, o en un área sin venti ación.

LIMPIEZA
