IMPORTANTI PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Quando si utilizzano elettrodomestici, alcune precauzioni di base vanno sempre seguite, incluse
le seguenti:
• Leggere tutte le istruzioni.
• Per proteggersi dal rischio di shock elettrici non posizionare i cavi elettrici o la spina in acqua
o in altri liquidi.
• E’ necessaria un’attenta supervisione quando il dispositivo e’ in uso in presenza di bambini.
• Staccare dalla corrente quando non in uso, durante la sostituzione di alcuni accessori e
prima della pulizia del dispositivo.
• Evitare il contatto con parti movibili.
• Se il cavo dell’alimentazione e’ danneggiato, va sostituito dal produttore o dai suoi agenti o
da personale qualicato per evitare incidenti.
• L’utilizzo di component accessori non consigliati o non venduti dal produttore potrebbe
causare incendi, shock elettrici o lesioni.
• Non utilizzare all’esterno.
• Non lasciare che il cavo di alimentazione oscilli dal bordo del tavolo o della cucina.
• Tenere le proprie mani e altri utensili lontano dalle lame durante la processazione del cibo
per ridurre il rischio di lesioni gravi alle persone e al mixer.
• Le lame sono molto a󰀩liate, maneggiare con cautela.
• Per ridurre il rischio di lesioni, non posizionare mai le lame o i dischi sulla base.
• Assicurarsi che il dispositivo sia ben chiuso prima di utilizzarlo.
• Non inserire mai il cibo con le mani ma sempre con il tubo apposito.
• Non cercare di forzare il meccanismo di chusura del coperchio.
• Utilizzare il frullatore solo quando il tappo e’ ben posizionato.
• Quando si stanno frullando cibi non liquidi, rimuovere la parte central del coperchio.
• Spegnere il dispositivo prima di sostituire dei componenti accessori.
• Utilizzare il prodotto e montare gli accessori solo in base alle speciche contenute nel
manuale.
• Spegnere il dispositivo prima di sostituire dei componenti accessori o parti che sono movibili
durante il loro utilizzo.

Rischio di lesione causa strumenti a󰀩lati e rotanti!
Mentre il dispositivo e’ in funzione tenere lontano le mani dal contenitore.
Non cambiare strumento nche’ il mixer non e’ fermo ed stato staccato dalla corrente. Dopo aver
staccato la spina, la rotazione continuera’ per un breve momento.
COME USARE IL GANCIO PER IMPASTO, LO SBATTITORE E LA FRUSTA
1. Posizionare l’apparecchio su una supercie piana, es. il bancone della cucina, e assicurarsi che
sia ben fermo.
Posizionare la protezione del frullatore (3) nel braccio girevole. (1).(vedere l’illustrazione)
2. Ruotare la manopola rilascio braccio (4) in senso orario. Nello stesso momento a󰀨errate con le
mani e alzate il braccio girevole no che non clicchi in posizione. Il braccio girevole si inclina verso
l’alto.
3. Fissare il coperchio del contenitore (26) al supporto coperchio (9) e ruotarlo leggermente in
senso orario, in modo che clicchi nella posizione corretta.
4. Posizionare il cibo nel contenitore mixer (29).
Fissare il contenitore mixer nella parte adibita del motore del mixer. (7).
Ruotare leggermente il contenitore mixer in senso orario in modo da bloccarlo in posizione
corretta.
5. Posizionare la protezione schizzi (27) sul gancio per impasto (31) come nella gura accanto.
Ruotare e bloccare in posizione il gancio. La protezione schizzi previene anche che l’impasto
arrivi alla cima del gancio.
Fissare l’accessorio richiesto (31 o 28 o 32) nel mandrino motore (10) nella parte inferiore del
braccio girevole.
A. Il gancio per impasto e’ utilizzato per impasti pesanti, carne tritata e altri impasti duri da
lavorare.
B. Lo sbattitore (32) e’ usato per impasti piu’ leggeri.
C. La frusta (28) e’ usata per frustare creme, albumi, etc.
Ruotare l’accessorio, in modo che le punte del braccio girevole siano allineate con ed entrino

nei fori nella parte superiore dell’accessorio. Premere l’accessorio contro il braccio e ruotarlo in
senso anti-orario no a che le punte non siano entrate e l’accessorio non sia ssato in sicurezza.
L’accessorio non deve essere allentato e non dovete essere in grado di rimuoverlo con facilita’.
6. Ruotare la manopola di rilascio braccio (4) in senso orario. Nello stesso momento a󰀨errate
con le mani e alzate il braccio girevole no che non clicchi in posizione. Il coperchio deve aderire
saldamente al contenitore mixer, altrimenti non e’ ssato correttamente. L’apparecchio e’ ora
pronto per essere utilizzato.
Inserire la spina della corrente nella presa.
Selezionare la velocita’ che si vuole utilizzare (1-10). La velocita’ 1 e’ la piu’ lenta mentre la
velocita’ 10 e’ la piu’ alta.
Le velocita’, i tempi e le capacita’ di carico consigliate sono riportate nella tabella vista in
precedenza.
Se dovete raschiare l’interno del contenitore mixer, attendete sempre che l’apparecchio abbia
smesso di funzionare. Usare una spatola, non usare mai le dita direttamente.
7. Spegnere l’apparecchio girando la manopola di controllo (5) sullo 0 quando avete nito il lavoro.
Spegnere l’apparecchio girando la manopola di controllo sullo 0 e staccare la spina prima di
cambiare lo strumento accessorio di lavoro, o prima di smontare il prodotto quando non in uso.
Ruotare la manopola di rilascio del braccio girevole in senso orario. Nello stesso momento
a󰀨errate con le mani e alzate il braccio girevole no che non clicchi in posizione. Il braccio girevole
si inclina verso l’alto.
8. Separare l’accessorio ruotandolo in senso orario.
Rimuovere il contenitore mixer con il vostro cibo pronto girandolo in senso anti-orario.
IMPORTANTE!
La temperatura dell’acqua che verra’ aggiunta all’impasto a 40+/-5°C quando si prepara l’impasto
e’ in progresso.

FRULLATORE
1. Posizionare la sezione motore su una supercie piana, es. il piano della cucina, e assicurarsi
che sia ben salda. Rimuovere la protezione del frullatore dal braccio girevole. (vedere gura).
2. Premere il pulsante di sblocco (13) e rimuovere il coperchio del frullatore (12).
Posizionate i cibi che intendete processare nel contenitore.
Rimettete il coperchio del frullatore (12) sul contenitore in vetro.
3. Posizionare il contenitore nel braccio girevole in modo che la freccia sia allineata con il cerchio.
Ruotare in senso orario, in modo che la freccia sia allineata con la freccia.
Inserire la spina nella presa principale della corrente.
Selezionare la velocita’ che si vuole utilizzare (1-10). La velocita’ 1 e’ la piu’ lenta mentre la
velocita’ 10 e’ la piu’ alta.
Le velocita’, i tempi e le capacita’ di carico consigliate sono riportate nella tabella vista in
precedenza.
4. Spegnere l’apparecchio girando la manopola di controllo sullo 0 quando avete nito il lavoro.
Spegnere l’apparecchio girando la manopola di controllo sullo 0 e staccare la spina prima di
cambiare lo strumento accessorio di lavoro, o prima di smontare il prodotto quando non in uso.
Separare il contenitore, ruotare leggermente per allineare la freccia con il cerchio e poi rimuovere.
Aprire il coperchio del frullatore e rimuoverlo. Potete ora prendere il cibo frullato.
5. Riposizionare la protezione del frullatore sul braccio girevole.

Istruzioni di sicurezza:
1. Per raggiungere il risultato migliore quando schiacciate ingredient solidi, posizionateli a piccole
porzioni nel contenitore invece di immettere il tutto in una volta sola.
2. Se state lavorando ingredient solidi, tagliateli prima in pezzetti piu’ piccoli (2-3cm).
3. Quando mescolate ingredient solidi iniziate prima con una piccola quantita’ di liquido.
Aggiungete gradulamente piccole quantita’ di liquido man mano dall’apertura nel coperchio.
4. Tenere sempre la mano sopra al frullatore quando e’ in uso.
5. Per mescolare ingredient solidi o liquidi molto densi consigliamo di usare il frullatore in modalita’
a impulsi, per evitare che le lame si incastrino.
6. NB: Operare il motore per un massimo di 2 minuti per evitare surriscaldamento o eventuali
danni.
7. E’ consigliabile di lavare l’apparecchio prima del primo utilizzo.
8. Pulire l’apparecchio dopo ogni uso, in modo da evitare incrostazioni dei liquidi.
9. Il pulsante non puo’ rimanere bloccato in modalita’ ‘P’. Dovete tenerlo premuto per usare la
modalita’ ‘P’.
Capacita’ del contenitore.
1500 ml
TRITATUTTO
1. Posizionare la sezione motore su una supercie piana, es. il piano della cucina, e assicurarsi
che sia ben salda.
Rimuovere la protezione del frullatore dal braccio girevole. (vedere gura).
2. Rimovere il coperchio (19) dal contenitore per tritatutto (21) ruotandolo in sendo anti-orario.
Posizionare il contenitore tritatutto nell’apposito connettore (22) assicurandovi che la freccia sul
contenitore sia allineata a quella del connettore, tenere fermo il contenitore e ruotare il connettore
in senso orario no a che non si blocchi in posizione.
3. Posizionare il disco (23 o 24 o 25) sul motore. La parte superiore e’ quella con la lama.
Maneggiare i dischi con cura, sono estremamente taglienti. Tenerli per l’impugnatura centrale.
Fissare il coperchio al contenitore, con la freccia allineata al cerchio. Ruotare in senso orario, con
la freccia allineata all’altra freccia.
Se avete di󰀩colta’ nel ssare il coperchio, rimuovete il tutto e accendete brevemente il mixer.
Provate a ssarlo ora nuovamente.

4. Posizionare il contenitore nel braccio girevole, con la freccia allineata al cerchio. Ruotare in
senso orario, con la freccia allineata all’altra freccia.
5. Selezionare quale pusher volete utilizzare. Il pusher ne contiene uno piu’ piccolo al suo interno
per processare ingredienti piu’ piccoli e sottili.
Per usare il pusher piccolo (17)
Inserire il pusher grande (18) nel tubo di ingresso del cibo.
Per usare il pusher grande.
Usare entrambi i pusher insieme.
Inserire la presa nella spina della corrente.
Selezionare la velocita’ desiderata usando i tre pulsanti della velocita’.
Inserire il cibo nel tubo di ingresso.
Spingere verso il basso in modo omogeneo con il pusher. Non inserire mai le dita nel tubo di
ingresso. Per la maggior parte delle operazioni usate la velocita’ 1, se e’ necessario aumentate
no a velocita’ 7. Non premere troppo forte per evitare di danneggiare l’apparecchio.
6. Completata la processazione del cibo, alzare e abbassare il pusher alcune volte puo’ aiutare a
limitare la quantita’ di cibo rimasta attaccata al disco di taglio.
Spegnere l’apparecchio ruotando la manopola della velocita’ su 0 quando avete terminato il
mixaggio, poi rimuovete la spina dalla presa della corrente.
Rimuovere il pusher.
7. Per separare l’apparato del tritatutto, ruotare il contenitore tritatutto no a che la freccia non sia
allineata con il cerchio e rimuovere.

8. Rimettere la protezione sul braccio girevole.
PULIZIA
Durante la pulizia del dispositivo, si prega di prestare attenzione ai seguenti punti:
• Rimuovere spina dalla presa corrente, lasciare che il dispositivo si ra󰀨reddi prima di pulirlo.
• Non immergere la sezione motore del dispositivo in acqua e assicurarsi che l’acqua non entri
nell’apparecchio.
• Pulire la sezione motore passando un panno umido. Una piccola quantita’ di detergente puo’
essere aggiunta se l’apparecchio e’ molto sporco.
• Non usare panni abrasivi,pagliette di ferro o altre forme di agenti solventi o abrasivi, in quanto
potrebbero danneggiare la supercie dell’apparecchio.
• Smontare l’apparecchio e pulirne tutti i componenti separatamente. Il tritacarne e altre
parti possono essere lavate in acqua calda con sapone o nella lavastoviglie. Assicurarsi che
i componenti non siano incastrati alla lavastoviglie durante il lavaggio in quanto potrebbe
modicarne la forma.
• Attenzione a non toccare le lame o altre parti a󰀩late durante la pulizia.
• IMPORTANTE! Lasciare asciugare completamente dopo la pulizia e prima di usare di nuovo.
Non usare l’apparecchio se bagnato.
• Consigliamo di lubricare alcune parti in metallo con olio lubricante vegetale dopo la pulizia e
conservarle in un involucro a prova di sporco per evitare incrostazioni o perdita di colore.
• Dopo il lavaggio e aver lasciato ad asciugare, posizionare immediatamente nelle buste protettive
e conservare.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTION
When using electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed including the

• To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the appliance unit cord or plug in water
or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when a appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use, changing accessory and before cleaning.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or a

Risk of injury from the rotating tools!
While the appliance is operating, keep ngers clear of the mixing bowl.
Do not change tools until the appliance is at a standstill and have been unplugged. When switch
o󰀨, the drive continues running briey.
HOW TO USE KNEADING HOOK ,FLAT BEATER ,WHISK
1. Place the appliance on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it is standing rmly.
Place the blender protective cover (3)into the swivel arm (1).(see illustration)
2. Turn the arm release button (4) clockwise. at the same time lift the swivel arm with hand so that
it locks into place with a click, The swivel arm tilts up.
3. Fit the bowl lid (26) onto the lid bracket(9) and turn it slightly clockwise, so that it locks into
position securely.
4. Place the food in the mixing bowl(29).
Fit the mixing bowl in the recess on the motor house(7).
Turn the mixing bowl slightly clockwise, so it locks into position.
5. Put the splashguard (27) onto the kneading hook (31) as shown in the picture. Turn and x the
hook. The splashguard can prevent the dough from climbing to the top of the hook.
Fit the required accessory (31 or 28 or 32) onto the motor spindle (10) on the underside of the
swivel arm.
A. The kneading hook is used for heavy dough, minced meat or other demanding kneading jobs.
B. The at beater (32) is used to mix lighter types of dough.
C. The whisk (28) is used for whisking cream, egg whites, etc.
Turn the accessory, so the pins on the spindle are aligned with the depressions on the accessory
top edge. Press the accessory against the swivel arm and turn it anti-clockwise at the same time
until the pins engage and the accessory locks into position securely. The accessory must not be
loose nor should you be able to pull it free.

6. Turn the arm release button (4) clockwise. at the same time lift the swivel arm with hand so
that it locks into place with a click. The lid must t tightly with the mixing bowl, otherwise it is tted
incorrectly. The appliance is now ready for use.
Plug the power cord into main power outlet.
Select the speed you want using (1-10). Speed 1 is the slowest and speed 10 is the fastest speed.
Recommended speeds, time and capacity are shown in the table above.
If you need to scrape inside the mixing bowl, wait until the accessory has stopped completely. Use
the spatula, never your ngers.
7. Switch o󰀨 the appliance by turn the speed control knob (5) to 0 when you have nished mixing.

The temperature of water which will be added into dough at 40+/-5 °C degree when preparing for
dough is on progress.
BLENDER
1. Place the motor section on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it is standing
rmly. Remove the blender protective cover from the swivel arm(see illustration).

2.Press the unlock button(13) and remove the blender lid(12).
Place the foodstu󰀨 you wish to process into the jar.
Put the blender lid (12) on the glass & tumbler.
3. Place the jar assembly in the swivel arm, so that the arrow is aligned with the circle. Turn it
clockwise, so the arrow is aligned with the arrow.
Plug the power cord into main power outlet.
Select the speed you want using (1-10). Speed 1 is the slowest and speed 10 is the fastest speed.
Recommended speeds, time and capacity are shown in the table above.

Switch o󰀨 the appliance by turn the Switch knob to 0 and unplug it before you change the
accessories, or before you take the appliance apart or when not in use.
To detach the jar assembly, turn the jar so the arrow is aligned with the circle and then remove.
Open the blender lid and take out the blender lid. You may put processed food out.
5. Fit the blender protective cover to the swivel arm again.

Safety instructions:
1. To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions into the jar
one by one instead of placing a large quantity all at once.
2. If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) rst.
3. When mixing solid ingredients start o󰀨 rst with a small amount of liquid. Gradually add more
and more liquid through the opening in the lid.
4. Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device.
5. For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients we recommend that you use the blender in
impulse mode to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.
6. NB: Operate the motor for a maximum of 2 minutes to prevent overheating or consequent
damage.
7. It is advisable to wash appliance before using it for the rst time.
8. Clean the appliance after each use, thereby avoiding liquid incrustations.
9. The switch does not permanently engage in the ‘P’ setting. You have to hold the switch in the ‘P’
setting

FOOD PROCESSOR
1. Place the motor section on a at surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it is standing
rmly. Remove the blender protective cover (3) from the swivel arm (see illustration).
2. Remove the food processor bowl cover (19) from the food processor bowl (21) by rotates it
anti-clockwise.
Place the food processor bowl onto the food processor connector (22) ensuring that the arrow
in the bowl is aligned with the arrow on the connector, hold the bowl and turn the connector
clockwise until it locks into position.
3. Place the cutting plate (23 or 24 or 25) onto the connector driver. You choose cutting side must
be uppermost. Handle the cutting plates with care, they are extremely sharp. Hold the plates by
the center grip
Fit the food processor bowl cover onto the bowl, so that the arrow is aligned with the circle. Turn it

clockwise, so the arrow is aligned with the arrow.
lf you experience di󰀩culty in tting the lid, remove the attachment and switch on the mixer briey.
Ret the attachment.
4. Place the food processor assembly in the swivel arm, so that the arrow is aligned with the
circle. Turn it clockwise, so the arrow is aligned with the arrow.
5. Choose which pusher you want to use. The pusher contains a smaller pusher for processing
individual items or thin ingredients.
To use the small pusher(17)
Fist put the large pusher(18) inside the feed tube
To use the large pusher
Use both pushers together
Plug the power cord into main power outlet.
Select the speed you want using the three speed buttons.
Put the food into the feed tube.
Push down evenly with the pusher. Never put your nger in the feed tube. For most operations
use speed 1, if more power is required increase to speed 7. Do not presses too hard or you may
damage the appliances.
6. At the completion of the processing operation, raising and lowering the pusher several times
may help to reduce the amount of food left on the cutting plate.

the appliance by turn the Switch knob to 0 and unplug it.
Remove the pusher.
7. To detach the food processing assembly, turn the food processing bowl so the arrow is aligned
with the circle and then remove.

8. Fit the blender protective cover to the swivel arm again.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
• Remove plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the
appliance.
• Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the
appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents
to clean the appliance, as they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
• Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately. The meat grinder body and
other parts can be cleaned in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Make sure the parts are not
xed rmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
• Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
• IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the appliance if
damp.
• We recommend you lubricate the meat screens with vegetable oil after cleaning, and store them
in grease-proof paper to minimise the risk of rust and discolouration.
• After washing and drying, immediately place attachment into the protective sleeve for storage.
