* Kişisel Koyucu Donanım (KKD)
* Şok Emicili lanyard düşüş durdurma sisteminin bir parçasıdır. Şok emi-
cili lanyard bir ucu EN 361 Duşüş Durdurma Kemerinde A ile işaretli D
halkasına ve emniyet alınacak (ankraj noktasına ) bağlanılarak kullanılır.
Şok emicili lanyard boyu maksimum 2 m dir. Şok emicili lanyard düşüş
sonucunda kulanıcının vücuduna gelecek darbe kuvvetini sönümleyerek 6
kN ( 600 kg) altında kalması için tasarlanmıştır. Şok Emicili 89/686/EEC
direktifinde belirtilen EN 355:2002 standardına uygun olarak üretilmiştir
2- Sorumluluk
2.1Bu ürünü kullanmadan önce kullanım kılavuzunı okuyup anladığınızdan
emin olunuz. Kullanım amacına yönelik özel eğitim alması gerekir.
2.2 Yüksekte çalışma; ciddi yaralanmalara ve ölümlere yol açabilecek teh-
likeli aktivitelerdendir. Uygun kullanım tekniklerini ve güvenlik yöntemler-
ini öğrenmek ve pratikte uygulamak kullanıcının sorumluluğu altındadır.
Bu Şok Emicili Lanyardın yalnızca bu konuda eğitim almış uzman personel
tarafından veya bu personelin gözetiminde kullanılmalıdır. Yanlış kullanım
ya da uygun olmayacak şekilde kullanılması halinde ciddi yaralanmalara
ve ölümcül kazalara neden olabilir.
* Yüksekte çalışma sırasında oluşabilecek herhangi bir acil durumda uygu-
lanmak üzere bir kurtarma planı olması gerekmektedir.
* Bu Şok Emicili Lanyard tasarım amacı dışında kullanılmamalıdır. Bu
donanım tek başına yüksekte çalışmak için uygun değildir, bu donanımla
ile beraber CE sertifikalı Düşüş Durdurma Kemeri (EN 361), Karabinalar (EN
362), Geri Sarımlı Düşüş Durdurucular ( EN 360) v.b. ekipmanlar ile beraber
kullanılması zorunludur.
* Bu ürün minimum - 35 °C ve maksimum + 70 °C sıcaklıkları arasında
kullanılmalıdır.

- Tekstil aksamları % 100 Polyester veya polyamid
- Metal aksamları çelikten veya alüminyum
- Aksesuarları polyester, Polyamid veya PVC malzemeden imal edilmişti
4. Ürün Kullanımı: (EN 355:2002)
Uyarı
* Emniyet kemeriniz olası bir düşüşte yaralanma ihtimalini azaltacak şekilde
bedeninize göre ayarlanmış olmalıdır.
* Karabinanızın ağzı her zaman kilitli olmalıdır ve ana eksende ( mukaveti en
yükse kullanım yönü) kullanılmalıdır. Tercihen otomatik kilitli karabinaların
kullanılması karabinanın ağzının her zaman kilitli olmasını sağlayacaktır.
* Çalışırken keskin ve aşındırıcı kenarlara temaslardan kaçınınız.
4.1 Hazırlık: Her zaman şok emicili lanyard tercih etmeniz önerilir.
* Lanyard uçlarında çift emniyetli ve geniş ağızlı karabina tercih edilmesi
daha rahat çalışmanızı sağlar.
4.2 Montaj (Şekil-1)
Şok emici ucundaki karabinayı Şekil-1.1 de gösterildiği gibi Düşüş Durdur-
ma Kemerinizin (EN 361) göğüste “A” ile işaretli düşüş durdurma bağlantı
noktasına veya Şekil-1.2 de gösterildiği gibi Düşüş Durdurma Kemerinizin
(EN 361) sırtta “A” ile işaretlenmiş düşüş durdurma noktasına bağlayınız.
4.2.1 Kemer A bağlantı noktasının seçilmesi (Şekil-2)
Düşüş tehlikesine karşı düşüş sonrası çarpma riskinin bunulunan materyeller
vucüdunuzun ön tarafında ise Şok emicili lanyardınızı Şekil -2.1 de gösterildiği
gibi Düşüş Durdurma Kemerinizin göğüste “A” ile işaretlenmiş düşüş durdur-
ma noktasına veya düşüş tehlikesine karşı düşüş sonrası çarpma riski bulunan
materyaller vücudunuzun arka tarafında ise; şok emicili lanyardınızı Şekil-2.2
de gösterildiği gibi Düşüş Durdurma Kemerinizin sırtta “A” ile işaretlenmiş
düşüş durdurma noktasına takarak kullanınız
4.3 Yükümlülükler
* * Yasal olarak şok emcili lanyardınızın uzunluğu en fazla ( karabinalar ve
şok emici dahil) 2 metre olmalıdır.

* Şok Emicli lanayrdınız boyu karabinalar dahil maksimum 1,2 metre kul-
lanmanızı öneririz.
* Şok Emicili Lanyard ile çalışırken emniyet noktası olarak kullandığınız
yüzeyin eğiminin 15 ° den fazla olmaması gerekmektedir. 15 ° den daha
fazla eğimli yüzeylerde düşüş 6,25 metreden daha fazla olabilir.
* İki adet şok emicili tek kol lanyard aynı anda yan yana ( paralel ) kullanıl-
mamalıdır. Bundan dolayı tek şok emiciye sahip çift kollu ( “Y” veya “V”) tipi
lanyard kullanılmalıdır.( Şekil-4.1, Şekil-4.2 )
4.4. Ankraj (Güvenli Emniyet ) Noktası
Emniyet alınan ankraj noktası veya sitem her zaman kullanıcın üzerinde
bir noktadan olmalıdır ve sistem EN 795 standardına uygun ve minumum
12 kN ( 1.200 kg) olmalıdır.
4.5 Şok Emicili Lanyard Kullanımı
* Şok Emici maksimumum bir düşüşte oluşan enerjiyi özel hazırlanmış
kolonu uzayarak sönümler ve darbe kuvvetini 6 kN altına indirir.
* Şok Emicinin düşüş sonrası uzamış makismum boyu 1,75 metredir.
* Lanyard şok emici olmadan bir düşüş durdurma ekipmanı olarak kul-
lanılamaz.
4.6. Güvenli Açık Düşüş Mesafesi (Şekil-3)
Şok emicili lanyard ile çalışırken ankraj alınan nokta ile düşüş sonrası
çarpma riski bulunan engel veya zemin arasındaki minimum açık yükseklik
minimum 6,25 metre olmalıdır.
Güvenli Açık Düşüş Mesafesi hesaplamak için Şekil-3 e bakınız.
A - Karabinalar ve lanyard dahil Şok emicinin uzunuluğu
B - Şok Emicinin yırtıldıktan sonraki uzunluğu
C - Kullanıcının yüksekliği (en az 1,5 metre ancak bu değer kullanıcı boyuna
göre değişir)
D - Kullanıcının çarpacağı engel veya zemin ile arasında olması gereken
emniyet yüksekliği.
Güvenli Açık Düşüş Mesafesi = A+B+C+D
= 2 + 1,75 + 1,5 + 1
= 6,25 metre olmalıdır.

5 Ürün Kontrolü ve Doğrulama
5.1 Her kullanımdan Önce: Yüksekte çalışma ürünleri kişiye özel olarak
kullanılmalıdır. Bu ürünler her kullanımdan önce ve sonra düzenli bir
şekilde kontrol edilmeli ve tespit edilen bilgiler ürün kontrol defterine kayıt
edilmelidir. Bu kontroller ışığın yeterli olduğu bir ortamda, ürünü düz bir
zemin üzerine yayınız ve ürünü aşağıdaki kontrol kriterlerine göre kontrol
ediniz.
* Dokuma kolonlarının veya halat renklerinin değişip değişmediğini,
* Dokuma kolonlarının veya halat üzerinde bir yıpranma olup olmadığı,
* Dikişlerin ve bağlantı noktalarının kontrolü (dikişler sökülmemiş ol-
malıdır),
* Metal aksamların kontrolü ( metal üzerinde çatlaklar, şekil bozuklukları
, paslanma,v.b. ),
Yüksekte çalışma donanımlarının kontrolünde yukarıdaki maddelerden
birinde bir bozukluk görüldüğünde ürün üreticiye gönderilip tavsiyesi
alınmalı veya ürün kullanımdan kaldırılmalıdır. Ürün üzerinde görülen
bozulmalar kesinlikle tamir edilmemelidir, bu konuda yalnızca üreticinin
yönlendirmesi ile hareket edilmelidir.
5.2 Her kullanım sırasında
Kullanım sırasında ürün bir sistem ile beraber kullanıldığında, tüm sistemin
doğru kullanıldığını kontrol etmek çok önemlidir. Sistem içindeki tüm ekip-
manların bir diğer ekipmana göre doğru konumlandığından emin olunuz.
6. EN 365 Standardına ilişkin genel bilgilendirme
6.1 Kurtarma Planı
Ürün kullanımız sırasında her hangi bir zorluk ile karşılaşılması kazzedenin
çok hızlı bir şekilde kurtarılması için bir kurtarma planının hazırlanmış ol-
ması zorunludur.
6.2 Ankraj noktası
Kullanılan sitemdeki ankraj noktası mutlaka kullanıcı konumunun üzerinde
olması gerekmektedir ve bu nokta EN 795 standardına uygun olmalıdır. EN
795 standardına göre ankraj noktası minimum
12 kN mukavemetinde olmalıdır.
6.3 Çeşitli Durumlar
* Bir Şok Emicili Lanyard sadece bir düşüş de bedenin korunmasını sağla-
mak amacı ile kullanılmalıdır.
* Bir Düşüş Durdurma sisteminde, her kullanımdan önce bir düşüş durum-
da kullanıcının zemine veya başka bir yüzeye çarpmasını engellemek için
kullanıcının altındaki mesafenin ölçülmesi gerekir.
* Birçok ürün beraber kullanıldığı zaman tehlikeli bir durum ortaya çık-
abilir. Bunun için bir ekipmanın güvenlik fonksiyonunun diğer ekipmanın
güvenlik fonksiyonunu tehlikeye atmamalıdır.
* Kullanıcı tıbben olarak yüksekte çalışmaya uygun olmalıdırlar. Emniyet
kemerinin ölümcül kazalara neden olabileceğine dair uyarılmalıdırlar
* Ürün sadece düşüş durdurma sistemi olarak kullanılmalıdır, yük kaldır-
ma için kullanılmamalıdır.
* Yüksek sıcaklıklar, keskin kenarlar, kimyasal etkiler, aşınma, elektrik teh-
likeleri ürünü negatif etkilemektedir.
* Ürünü kullanmadan önce yapılan risk analizinde eğer keskin kenarlar ile
çalışma görülüyor ise gerekli önlemler alınmalıdır.
* Kullanıcı bir düşme riskinin olduğu yerde şok emicili lanyardı uzunluğunu
ayarlamamalıdır.
* Gerekli olduğunda ürün ucundaki göz boğma yapılarak kullanılamaz.
* Ürün üzerine düğüm atarak kullanmayınız.
7.2 Ürün Depolanması: Ürün kendi özel çantasında ve kullanım kılavuzu
ile birlikte, üzerinde modeli, standardı yazılı olarak satışa sunulmuştur.
Ürünü kendi çantası içinde muhafaza ediniz. Ürünün depolama alanların-
da aşağıdaki kriterler göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır;
- Kuru bir yerde, güneş ışığına doğrudan maruz kalamayacak şekilde, oda
sıcaklığında saklanmalıdır.
- Depolama alanında ( asitler, solventler v.b. ) ürüne zarar verecek mad-
delerden uzak
tutulmalıdır.
- Ürün ısı kaynaklarından uzak tutulmalıdır.
- Ürün depolama sırasında rutubetlenmiş ise oda sıcaklığında kurutulduk-
tan sonra kullanılmalıdır.
7.3 Ürün Bakımı:
- Ürüne her kullanımdan sonra bakım yapmak ürünün kullanım ömrünü
uzatır. Ürünün zarar görmemesi için maksimum 30°C de su ile nötr (pH 5,5)
olan deterjan ile yıkadıktan sonra oda sıcaklığında kurutunuz. Ürün direkt
bir ısı kaynağına maruz bırakmayınız. Ürüne solvent veya kimyasallar ile
temas ettirmeyiniz.
7.4 Değişim ve Tamir
- KAYA dan önceden yazılı izin alınmadan ürün üzerinde herhangi bir
değiştirme, tamir veya ekleme yapılmamalıdır. Ürün üzerinde herhangi bir
tamirin sadece üretici ( KAYA ) tarafından yapılabilir. Aksi takdirde oluşacak
tehlikelerden KAYA sorumlu değildir.
7.5 Ürünün Taşınması: Ürün bir çantası içerisinde, nem ve kimyasallardan
uzakta, başka diğer cisimler ile temas etmeyecek şekilde taşınmalıdır.
7.6 Ürün Periyodik Kontrolü: Ürününüzü her kullanımdan önce veya belir
periyotlarda mutlaka en az yılda 1 defa (12ayda)üreticiyegöndererek veya tanım-
lanmış yetkin bir personel tarafından kontrol ettirip kullanım için tavsiye alınız.
Ürün kontrolünden sonra aşağıdaki bilgilerin mutlaka kayıt altına alınması tavsiye
ederiz.
-Ürün Tipi, Model, Üretici iletişim bilgileri, Serin Numarası, Üretim Tarihi,Satınalım
tarihi, İlk kullanım tarihi, Bir sonraki periyodik kontrol tarihi, problemler, yorumlar,
kontrolü yapan uzmanın isim ve soy ismi. Daha fala bilgi için www.kayasafety.com
7.7 Garanti: Bu ürün her türlü malzeme ve üretim hatlarına karşı 3 yıl
garantilidir. Garanti süresi şu durumlarda geçerli değildir: Yanlış kullanım
alanları, kesilme, yırtılmalar, oksitlenme, ürünün tamir edilmesi veya üze-
rinde değişim yapılması, kazalarda oluşan ürün yıpranmaları.
8. Belgelendirme: Bu ürün 89/686/EEC direktifi gereğince TÜV SÜD Prod-
uct Service (n°0123) no’lu onaylı kuruluş tarafından test edilerek EN 355:2002
standardına uygun olduğu tespit edilmiş ve sertifikalandırılmıştır.
* KAYA,TÜV SÜD Product Service (n°0123) no’lu onaylı kuruluş tarafın-
dan 89/686/EEC 11 B Kalite Güvence Sistem Sertifikasına sahiptir. Kalite
Güvence Sistem Sertifikası teste gönderilen ürün ile üretilen ürünün aynı
özelliklere sahip olduğunu teyit eder.

1. General Specification:
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Engery Absorber Lanyard is a part of the fall arrest system. Engery Ab
-
sorber Lanyard should be used with a EN 361 Full Body Harness during
work and lanyard should be connected to a safe anchorage point. Engery
Absorber Lanyard is designed for works at 2 m height maximum and limit
the impact force on the user at 6 kN (600 kg) in case of a fall. During work
-
ing at height with energy absorber, special textile of the energy absorber
starts tearing when the force on the energy absorber approaches to 6 kN
and limits the impact transmitted to the user in case of a fall. This lan
-
yard with energy absorber, is manufactured in comply with standard of EN
355:2002 specified in the directive 89/686/EEC.
2. Responsibility:
* Before using this equipment you must read and understand this instruction.
* Working at height is one of the most dangerous activities that can lead to
serious injuries and death. It is under the responsibility of the user to learn
and apply it in practice of an appropriate techniques and safety methods.
In this regards, this Lanyard with energy absorber should be used by only a
trained personnel or under the supervision of such personnel. Improper use
can cause serious injuries and fatal accidents.
* There must be a plan of rescue that is to be applied in case of emergency
which can occur during working at height.
* Energy Absorber lanyard is a component of a fall arrest system and is
aimed to prevent user from falling.

* This enhancement itself is not suitable for working at height, it must also
be used together with CE certificated Full Body Harnesses (EN 361), connec-
tors (EN362) and Retractable fall arresters (EN 360).

4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ( EN 355:2002)
Caution
* Harness should be adjusted according to your body in order to prevent the
possible injuries in case of a fall.
* Carabiners should be locked and carabiners with automatic lock should
be used.
* Avoid contact with sharp and abrasive surfaces while working.

4.2 Connection
4.2.1 Connection to Harness (Figure-1)
As shown on Figure-1.1, connect to sternal fall arrest attachment ele-
ment of EN 361 Full Body Harness ( marked with “A”) or as shown on
Figure-1.2 connect to the dorsal fall arrest attachment of EN 361 Full Body
Harness (marked with “A”).
As shown on figure-2.1, connect your energy absorbing lanyard to the
sternal A anchorage point if there is a chance of hitting obstacles in front in
the case of a fall or as shown on figure-2.2 connect your lenergy absorbing
lanyard to the dorsal A anchorage point if there is a chance of hitting
obstacles at the back in the case of a fall
* Legally maximum length of the lanyard is 2 meters including the energy
absoreber and the used connectors. ( Figure-3 )
* Our advised length of the energy absorber lanyard should be 1.2 meters
maximum including the carabiners.
* While working with the lanyard with energy absorber, slope of the
working surface which is used as an anchorage point should not exceed 15°.
Surfaces exceeding 15° of slope might cause falls more than 6,25 meters.
* Two separate lanyard each with energy absorber should not be used side
bye side (i.e.paralel) There for a “Y” shape or “V” - version should be used,
where 2 lanyards are used with one energy absoreber.
4.4 Anchorage Point ( EN 795:2012)
Anchorage point or the system should always be secured at a point above
the user; it should have a minimum 12 kN strength and should be in
accordance with EN 795 standard.
4.5 Using Energy Absorber Lanyard
* It must be ensured that the impact force is less than 6 kN in the event of
a fall.
* Engery Absorber Lanyard is designed for works at 2 m height maximum
and limit the impact force on the user at 6 kN (600 kg) in case of a fall.
During working at height with energy absorber, special textile of the energy
absorber starts extend when the force on the energy absorber approaches
to 6 kN and limits the impact transmitted to the user in case of a fall.
* The lenght of energy absorber after extend is 1,75 meter.
* Lanyard can not be used without energy absorber as fall protective
equipment.
4.6 Fall Clearance (Figure-5)
* Fall clearance is the minimum length required to prevent an impact with
the ground in case of a fall. Fall Clearance is defined as necessary distance
between the anchorage point and the ground (or first obstacle) to avoid
crashing into the ground in case of a fall.
* Fall clearance in between the anchorage point and the ground should be
minimum 6,25 meters.
Elements needed to calculate fall clearance are;
A - Length of the Energy absorber with lanyard and connectors.
B - Energy Absorber Extension
C - Height of User ( at least 1,5 meter but the height can change from user )
D - Safety Margin

Fall Celarance = A+B+C+D

5 Control of product and validation
5.1 Before every single use: Working at height equipment must be
personalized. These products must be controlled on a regular basis before
and after each single use. Findings must be recorded into product record

surface, apply following controls;
• Webbings or ropes should be checked for cuts, abrasions, color change,
broken stitches and undue stretching
• Metal parts should be checked for signs of wear, cracks,
deformation, corrosion or other damage.
• Connectors should be checked for sign of wear, cracks,
deformation, corrosion, dirt. The gate and the locking mechanism should
work at ease and without any problem. The gate should open and close
completely.
• Labels should be secure and legible.
During the controls if at least one of these deviation is found, usage
of the equipment should be suspended or retired and immediately
send back to producer for detailed inspection. No repair is allowed
by unauthorised person. Only producers directions should be
applied.
5.2 During each use:
During the working at height if you need to use this product connected with
other systems, make sure that all pieces of equipment in the system are
correctly positioned with respect to each other.
6. Supplementary information regarding standard; EN 365
6.1 Rescue Plan
A worker who has been incapacitated by an injury or medical condition and
who is suspended by the full body harness must be rescued immediately.
So you must always have a rescue plan for such emergencies. Adequately
trained personnel and rescue equipment must be on hand for rescue.
6.2 Anchor Point
The anchor point of the system comprises this product should preferably
be located above the user or should at least located at the waist level of
the user. An attachment point below this level will cause a serious injury or
death. The anchor point must conform to the requirements of the EN 795
standard and the minimum strength of it must be 12 kN.
6.3 Various Situation
* A energy absorber lanyard is the only device allowable for supporting the
body in a fall arrest system.
* In a fall-arrest system, it is essential to check the required clearance
under the user before each use, to avoid any impact with the ground or
an obstacle in case of a fall.
* Make sure that the anchor point is correctly positioned, in order to limit
the risk and the height of a fall.
* When using multiple pieces of equipment together, a dangerous situation
can result if the safety function of one piece of equipment is affected by the
safety function of another piece of equipment.
* Users must be medically fit for activities at height. Warning, inert
suspension in a harness can result in serious injury or death.
* The instructions for use for each item of equipment used in conjunction
with this product must be respected.
* The instructions for use must be provided to users of this equipment in
the language of the country in which the product is to be used.
* The product only be allowed to use in fall arrest systems, not for heavy
weight loads.
* High temperatures, sharp edges, chemical influences, abrasion, electrical
hazards can influences the product negative.
* When a risk analysis before using the product shows, that a fall over an
edge is possible, adequate preventive actions are necessary.
* The user shall avoid slack of the energy absorber lanyard every time and
in situations where a fall is possible.
* The user shall not adjust the length of the energy absorber lanyard in
situations where a fall is possible.
* If neccessary lanyard can not be used choke hitched.
* The knot on rope is not allowed.

During the working at height if you need to use this product connected with
other systems, make sure that all pieces of equipment in the system are
correctly positioned with respect to each other.

7. General Information
7.1 Life Time: Although the potential life time of a KAYA SAFETY ONE LEG
Engery Absorber Lanyard is 10 years from the date of production, it is very
difficult to define the exact service life of it as it varies according to the
frequency and intense of use, environmental conditions, correct
maintenance and storage. Recommended life expectancy of this
Lanyard with energy absorber is 5 years from date of first use.
If the product has one of the deviations below, it should be withdrawn from
service immediately and should be destroyed to prevent further use.
• It has suffered a high shock load or has had a load dropped on to it.
• There is discoloration, stiffness, cuts and tears, glazed or fused areas on
the webbing or ropes.
• There is cracks, deformation, corrosion, excessive wear on the metal
parts.
• It fails to pass inspection (before use or detailed inspection)
• Labels (markings) are illegible or absent
• It is extremely dirty does not respond to normal washing.
• It has come into contact with chemicals and especially acids or is even
suspected.
• Its history is unknown.
• Its life time stated in the user’s manual has expired even it has never
been used.
• There is a slightest doubt that the products is no more safety and reliable.
7.2 Storage:
Product is sold with storage bag and user guide. Additionally model and
applied standards are supplied on the product.
During the storage keep the product it’s own bag. Storage area of the
product should meet following requirements;
- Dry, no direct sun light, room temperature
- Do not store together with acid, solvents etc.
- Keep away from direct heat sources.
- If the product humided during the storage, dry the product in room
temperature before usage
7.3 Maintenance: Personal protective equipment should be maintained
regularly to help make sure that the equipment will operate properly when
needed. To clean your Lanyard with energy absorber you can wipe with a
wet sponge. For difficult stains you can use a mild soap and warm water
not exceeding 30ºC. After cleaning it should be thoroughly rinsed in clean,
cold water and hung up to dry in a dark, cool place away from direct heat
sources.
Lanyard with energy absorber should be hung up or placed loosely in a bag
or other container to protect it from exposure to harmful fumes, corrosive
agent or light (artificial or sunlight).
Do not use acidic or solvent chemicals!
7.4 Changes and repair: Changing a part, repair and addition to any
component to product is strictly forbidden withouth written authorisation
of KAYA SAFETY. Any repair to our products can be made only by us (KAYA).
Athorwise KAYA has no responsibility.
7.5 Transportation of product:
The product should be transported in a bag, protecting from humidity,
chemicals and connecting to any solid parts.
7.6 Periodical inspection of product:
Lanyard with energy absorber should be inspected by the user before each
use and an additional detailed inspection must be carried by a competent
person (preferably to producer) other than the user at intervals of no more
than 1 year (12 months).
During the inspection of product following information should be recorded;
Type of the product, model, contact information of producer, serial
number, date of production, date of purchase, date of first use, next
inspection date, problems, recommendations, name and surname of

7.7 Guarantee: This product has 3-year guarantee against all material or
manufacturing defects under proper usage and storage conditions.
Guarantee is no more valid if; product is used wrong, tears, cut, corrosion,
unauthorised repair of changes on the product, damages caused by
accidents.
8. Certification: This product is certified in accordance with 89/686/EEC
directive by TUV-SÜD Product Service (n°0123) Notified Body after tests
according to EN 355:2002.
* KAYA SAFETY has TUV-SÜD Product Service (n°0123) Notified Body
89/686/EEC 11 B Quality System certificate and commit to produce each
product same as tested sample.
