KELLEYAQS‐900seriesarecustombuiltforeachapplication.InstallationproceduresarethesameforallAQS‐900
Series,regardlessofsize.Installationrequirestwopeopleandaforklifttruckorsimilardevicetoliftandpositionthe
frame.
Improperinstallationofanchoringdevicesorinstallationintoagedorunsoundconcreteorotherfaultyorinadequate
buildingwallconstructioncouldresultinseriousinjuryordeath,aswellasprematureproductwear,productfailure,or
propertydamage.
Inadequateliftingequipmentorunsafepracticescancausealoadtofallunexpectedly.Makesureliftingdevicesarein
goodconditionandhavearatedcapacityofatleast500lbs.attheliftinganglethattheyarebeingused.Neverallow
anyonetostandonornearthedockseal/sheltercomponentwhenitisliftedorplaced.Failuretofollowthiswarningcan
allowthedocksealtofall,tiporswingintopeoplecausingseriousinjuryordeath.Safetystandardsasdescribedinthis
installationmanualmustbefollowedatalltimes.Ifyouhaveanyquestions,contactyoursupervisororyourlocalKelley
distributorforassistance.
Assembly of components should be performed in such a way so as to maintain cleanliness of equipment before final
installation.Liftingequipmenttobedeterminedbyinstaller(manliftandforkliftorboomliftaretypical).Wearsafety
glasses,gloves,hardhats,safetyshoesandallnecessaryprotectiveclothing.
PREPARATION
Removeallofthecontentsfromthecontainersandcheckfordamage.Ifanyofthecontentsshowsignsofdamage,
contactyourlocalsalesrepresentative.

SEAL/SHELTERANDISINLIEUOFANYOTHERGUARANTEESORWARRANTIES,EXPRESSORIMPLIED.
Kelley®warrantsthatthisDOCKSEAL/SHELTERwillbefreefromflawsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormal
useforaperiodof(1)yearfromtheearlierof1)60daysafterthedateofinitialshipmentbyKelley®,or2)the
dateofinstallationoftheDOCKSEAL/SHELTERbytheoriginalpurchaser,providedthattheownermaintainsand
operatestheDOCKSEAL/SHELTERinaccordancewiththisUser’sManual.
IntheeventthatthisDOCKSEAL/SHELTERproveddeficientinmaterialorworkmanshipwithintheapplicable
LimitedWarrantyperiod,ownershallsonotifyKelley®andKelley®will,atitsoption:
1. ReplacetheDOCKSEAL/SHELTER,orthedeficientportion(s)thereof,withoutchargetotheowner
(excludinganycostofremovalorreinstallationwhichshallbethesoleresponsibilityoftheowner);
or
2. AlterorrepairtheDOCKSEAL/SHELTER,onsiteorelsewhere,withoutchangetotheowner
ThisLimitedWarrantydoesnotcoveranyfailurecausedbyimproperinstallation,abuse,improperoperation,
negligence,orfailuretomaintainandadjusttheDOCKSEAL/SHELTERproperly.Partsrequiringreplacementdue
todamageresultingfromvehicleimpact,abuse,orimproperoperationandnotcoveredbythewarranty.
Kelley® DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS ORDAMAGEOFANYKIND(INCLUDING
WITHOUTLIMITATION,DIRECT,INDIRECT,CONSEQUENTIALORPUNITIVEDAMAGES,ORLOSTPROFITSORLOST
PRODUCTION) arising out of or related to the use, installation ormaintenanceoftheDOCKSEAL/SHELTER
(including premature product wear, product failure, property damage or bodily injury resulting from use of
unauthorized replacement parts or modification of the DOCK SEAL/SHELTER). Kelley®’s sole obligation with
regardtoaDOCKSEAL/SHELTERthatisclaimedtobedeficientinmaterialorworkmanshipshallbeassetforth
inthisLimitedWarranty.ThisLimitedWarrantywillbenullandvoidiftheoriginalpurchaserdoesnotnotify
Kelley®swarrantydepartmentwithinninety(90)daysaftertheproductdeficiencyisdiscovered.
