Die bekanntesten Messkapselhersteller
verfügen über die G2B KOAX Kontur und/
oder Adapter, die zusätzlich auf die hersteller-
spezifische Kontur montiert werden, um die
HWW-Kontur G2B KOAX zu adaptieren.
Hinweis!
Werden zusätzliche Adapter (auf
G2B KOAX) auf die Messkapsel mit
herstellerspezifischen Anschlussge-
winde aufgebracht, verändert sich
die Aufbauhöhe der Messkapsel
vor der Wand.

Hinweis! Das Bauteil ist nicht für den Einsatz
im Freien geeignet, sondern nur für trockene,
geschlossene Innenräume.
Verwendung
Der WZ-Montageblock, einteilig gegossen,
dient zur optimalen Montage und Ausrichtung
von Absperrventilen in Verbindung mit Mess-
kapsel-Wasserzählern, speziell für die Vorwand-
installation.
Die eingeschäumten WZ-Strecken bestehen
ausschließlich aus hochwertigem und korrosi-
onsbeständigem Rotguss nach DIN 50930-6.
Der WZ-Montageblock ist gemäß DIN EN ISO
3822 (Schallschutz) in Armaturengruppe 1
eingestuft. Der WZ-Montageblock unterschei-
det sich in den Messkapselanschlussgewinden
Modell HWW mit G2B KOAX Gewinde (Figur
854 07) und in weiteren Konturen, die mit
herstellerspezifischem Gewinde im Bereich

Im Auslieferungszustand wird der WZ-Montageblock ´Rg 120 DUO´ als zusammen-
hängendes Bauteil geliefert. In diesem Zustand wird die Anwendung für die Kalt-
und Warmwasserzählung realisiert, wenn beide Leitungen parallel liegen. Soll die
Kalt- und Warmwasserzählung örtlich getrennt installiert werden, so kann der
Montageblock durch Zersägen in zwei Einzelblöcke zerlegt werden. Hierzu ist die
deutlich erkennbare Trennfuge im Schaumkörper vorgesehen.
Der anschlussbereite und auf Dichtheit geprüfte Montageblock wird durch die
in das Dämmmaterial integrierten Befestigungslaschen am Mauerwerk oder
Vorwandinstallationssystem positioniert. Die Fixierung des Montageblocks durch
die Befestigungslaschen ist zwingend vorgegeben.Wird keine Fixierung ausge-
führt, entfällt jeglicher Anspruch auf Gewährleistung. Durch die hohe Zug- und
Druckfestigkeit des PU-Schaums wird weitestgehend sichergestellt, dass sich die
eingeschäumte WZ-Strecke beim Anschließen nicht verdreht. Die zuführenden und
abgehenden Rohrleitungen sind spannungsfrei an den Montageblock anzuschlie-
ßen. Die Fixpunkte am Rohrsystem (Rohrschellen) sind entsprechend dem Stand
der Technik in der Form zu setzen, dass auf das Bauteil “WZ-Montageblock” keine
Zugspannungen einwirken können. Ein Ausrichten des gesamten Rohrsystems am
Montageblock ist unzulässig.
Alle eingesetzten Werkstoffe des KEMPER WZ-Montageblockes entsprechen der
DIN 50930-6. Die nichtmetallischen Werkstoffe entsprechen den KTW- und W 270-
Anforderungen. Die zu befliesende WZ-Blockfläche ist vor Anbringen des geeig-
neten Fliesenklebers grundsätzlich mit Waschbenzin oder Alkohol (mind. 60%) zu
reinigen! Niemals Verdünnung verwenden!

kinds of measurement capsule manufacturers.
The best known measurement capsule ma-
nufacturers all have the G2B COAX Contour
and/or adapters, which can be additionally
mounted onto manufacturer-specific contours
to adapt the HWW contour G2B COAX.
Note!
If additional adapters (to G2B
COAX) are attached to the mea-
surement capsules with manu-
facturer-specific connection threads,
the installation height of the mea-
surement capsule in front of the
wall changes.

Use
The Water Meter Mounting Block is cast in
a single piece and is designed for optimal
installation and alignment of cut-off valves in
connection with measurement-capsule water
meters, especially for pre-wall installation.
The foamed WZ sections are made of exclu-
sively high-quality and corrosion-resistant
gunmetal acc DIN 50930-6. The Water Meter
Mounting Block is classified according to DIN
EN ISO 3822 (noise insulation) in Valve Class
1. The Water Meter Mounting Block differs
from Model HWW in the measurement capsule
threads with G2B COAX threads (Figure 854
07) and in other contours that are offered with
manufacturer-specific threads in the measure-
ment-capsule connection thread area. The

In the as-delivered condition, the Water Meter Mounting Block ´Rg 120 DUO´ is deli-
vered as a contiguous block. In this state, usage for cold and warm water metering
is implemented when both lines run parallel. If the cold and warm water metering
is to be installed locally separated, the mounting block can be dismantled by
sawing into two individual blocks. To accomplish that, there is a clearly recognisable
separation joint in the foam body.
The ready to connect and leakproofness tested mounting block is positioned on the
masonry or pre-wall installation system through the mounting tongues integrated
in the insulation material. Fixating the mounting block with the mounting tongues
is mandatory. If no fixation is implemented, all claims to warranty expire.The high
tensile and compressive strength of the PU foam is secured as far as possible so
that the foamed Water Meter section does not twist during connection. Connect
the supply and discharge piping system to the mounting block tension-free. Place
the fixation points on the piping systems (pipe clamps) compliant with the state-of-
the-art so that no tensile stresses can act on the „ Water Meter Mounting Block „
component.
Straightening the entire piping system on the mounting block is impermissible.
All materials used in the Water Meter Mounting Block comply with DIN 50930-6.
The nonmetalliferous materials comply with the KTW and W 270 requirements.
Clean the Water Meter Mounting Block surface to be tiled thoroughly with naphtha
or alcohol (at least 60%) before attaching the suitable tile adhesive! Never use any
thinner!
