PRIMING THE BREWER
1. Unpacking the B50 Brewer
a. Carefully remove the Brewer by placing the box on
its side, and pulling the Brewer out of the box and
removing the protective materials.
b. Place the Brewer upright on a flat surface.
c. Plug brewer into a grounded outlet.
2. Priming
a. Place a cup or mug on the Drip Tray Assembly.
b. Remove the Water Reservoir, rinse and fill with cold
water, and replace on the Brewer.
c. Press Power Button to turn the B50 on and the
green light will become illuminated.
d. The LCD Message Center will indicate ‘PRIME’ and
the Large Cup Icon will flash.
e. Press the black button below the Large Cup Icon.
f. The Brewer will automatically fill the Brewer (priming
it) and then the water will be heated. This will take
about 3 minutes. During the heating period the
‘NOT READY’ indicator will be on. When the water is
heated, the ‘READY’ indicator is displayed.
g. Press the black button below the flashing Large Cup
Icon to start a cleansing brew, during which hot
water will flow into your cup or mug. Pour the hot
water into the sink.
h. The brewer may take 15 seconds to reheat water to
temperature and then the ‘READY’ indicator will
again be displayed.
i. The one-time priming process is now complete and
you are ready to brew!
3. Choose
a. Place a cup or mug on the Drip Tray Assembly.
b. Select a K-Cup.
Please do not remove the foil lid.
4. Brew
a. Lift the Handle, place the K-Cup in the K-Cup Holder
Assembly and then push the Handle down to
puncture the K-Cup. Please be careful to avoid the
sharp needles in the K-Cup Chamber.
b. Select a brew size by pressing the black button
below the flashing Large or Small Cup Icon.
5. Enjoy!
a. In about 40 seconds you will be able to enjoy your
first cup of Keurig Brewed™ gourmet coffee or tea.

PRÉPARATION DE VOTRE CAFETIÈRE
1. Déballage de la cafetière B50
a. Placez la boîte sur le côté et retirez-en la
cafetière avec soin. Enlevez ensuite les matériaux
de protection.
b. Placez la cafetière debout sur la surface plane.
c. Branchez la cafetière dans une prise mise à la terre.
2. Préparation
a. Placez une tasse sur le plateau à tasse.
b. Retirez le réservoir avec de l’eau, rincez-le,
remplissez-le et remettez-le en place sur la cafetière.
c. Pour mettre la cafetière B50 en marche, appuyez
sur le bouton de mise en marche et la lumière
verte s’allumera.
d. L’afficheur de messages indique ‘PRIME’
(PRÉPARATION) et le voyant Grande tasse clignote.
e. Appuyez sur le bouton noir sous le voyant
Grande tasse.
f. L’infuseur se remplit automatiquement (préparation)
et l’eau est chauffée. Ce processus prend environ
trois minutes. Durant la période de chauffage, le
voyant ‘NOT READY’ (PAS PRÊT) reste allumé.
Quand le chauffage de l’eau est terminé, le voyant
‘READY’ (PRÊT) s’allume.
g. Appuyez sur le bouton noir sous le voyant clignotant
Grande tasse pour lancer une infusion de nettoyage,
durant laquelle de l’eau chaude coulera dans votre
tasse. Jetez l’eau.
h. La cafetière prend environ 15 secondes pour
réchauffer l’eau. Quand l’eau est assez chaude, le
voyant ‘READY’ (PRÊT) s’allume de nouveau.
i. Le processus de préparation est maintenant terminé
et vous êtes prêt à faire votre première infusion!
3. Choix
a. Placez une tasse sur le plateau à tasse.
b. Choisissez une K-Cup.
N’enlevez pas le couvercle d’aluminium.
4. Infusion
a. Soulevez la poignée, placez la K-Cup sur le support
à K-Cup puis abaissez la poignée pour perforer la
K-Cup. Veuillez prendre garde de ne pas toucher aux
aiguilles pointues dans le compartiment de la K-Cup.
b. Choisissez le format désiré en appuyant sur le
bouton noir situé sous le voyant Grande ou Petite
tasse qui clignote.
5. Savourez!
a. Dans 40 secondes environ, vous pourrez savourer
votre première tasse de café gourmet ou de thé
Keurig Brewed.™
