USE LIMITATIONS:
1. DO NOT use the respirator or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstances:
Where gases or vapors, sandblasting, paint-spray operations, or asbestos in any concentration are
present.
Atmosphere contains less than 19.5% oxygen.
Contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health.
Concentrations or contaminants exceed maximum use concentrations in applicable OSHA
standards or applicable government regulations or 10 times the PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit),
whichever is lower.
2. DO NOT alter, modify, wash, abuse, or misuse the respirator.
3. DO NOT use the respirator with beards or other facial hair that interferes with direct contact between
the face and the edge of the respirator, or any other conditions that may prevent an effective face-seal.
4. DO NOT use this respirator for the healthcare market or healthcare personnel.
5. Respirators can help protect your lungs against certain airborne particulate contaminants. They will not
prevent entry through other routes such as the skin, which would require additional personal protective
equipment (PPE).
6. This respirator is designed for occupational/professional use by adults who are properly trained in its use
and limitations. This respirator is not designed to be used by children.
7. Individuals with a compromised respiratory system should consult a physician and must complete a
medical evaluation prior to use.
WARNINGS:
Failure to follow all instructions, limitations, and warnings on the use of this respirator may reduce
respirator performance characteristics and user protection and may result in illness, injury, or death.
Materials which may come in contact with the wearer’s skin could cause allergic reactions to
susceptible individuals.
Biological Particles and Contaminants: This respirator can help reduce inhalation exposures to
certain airborne biological particles and contaminants of ≥0.3-microns but cannot eliminate the risk of
contracting infection, illness, or disease. OSHA and other government agencies have not established
safe exposure limits for biological particles and contaminants.

The model number RA3830V filtering facepiece respirator has been manufactured by FIDO Mask Co.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the respirator over your nose and mouth. Be sure the nose shape position in on top.
2. Pull the bottom strap over your head until it rests below the ears at the back of your neck. Untwist the
strap.
3. Pull the top strap over your head until it rests on the crown of your head above your ears. Untwist the
strap.
