Safety Instructions
1. Read Instructions: All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the equipment is
operated.
2. Retain Instructions: The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. Cleaning: Unplug this equipment from the outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or
aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for cleaning.
4. Water and Moisture: Do not use this equipment near water.
5. Ventilation: The openings on the enclosure are provided for ventilation to ensure reliable operation of
the equipment and to protect it from overheating. These openings should never be blocked.
6. Power Sources: This equipment should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on
the rating label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply, consult your dealer or local power
company.
7. Heed Warnings: All warnings on the equipment and in the operating instructions should be adhered
to.
8. Object and Liquid Entry: Never push objects of any kind into this equipment through openings as
they may touch dangerous voltage points or shout-out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock.
Never spill liquid of any kind on the equipment.
9. Servicing: Do not attempt to service this equipment yourself as opening or removing covers may
expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel.
10. Damage Requiring Service: Unplug this equipment from the outlet and refer servicing to qualified
service personnel under the following conditions: a) if the power cord or plug is damaged; b) if liquid
has penetrated into the equipment; c) if the equipment has been exposed to moisture; d) if the
equipment does not work well, or you cannot get it to work according to the user’s manual; e) if the
equipment has been dropped and damaged; f) if the equipment has obvious signs of breakage.
11. Do not leave this equipment in an environment where the storage temperature is below -10°C or
above 70°C. It may damage the equipment.
12. Do not open the sealed enclosure / case of equipment. Once enclosure is disassembled without
approval, it will lead in abnormal operating of water proof gel. For Guarantee of water proof function,
please make sure configuration / peripheral has been confirmed to install before shipping.

Introduction
Brained with Intel 6th Intel i3/i5/i7, SP/HP-NL/NN Series is a mid-level device and intended for
manufacturers providing a cost-effective solution to their automation, monitoring, control or data
processing systems.
Equipped with Full-size Mini PCIe (one w/ m SATA) , it provides you possibility to expand more
applications.
In addition, the waterproof sponge design and an external antenna, USB and
RS-232/422/485 are offered optionally for advanced protection from water intrusion and I/O for
connecting other devices.
You can also choose to integrate a RFID sensor into the device for RFID technology
application, such as logistics, warehousing, distribution or industrial automation (identification of
work piece carriers on assembly lines, material flow control, identification of containers and
other receptacles).

※Before Installing, make sure the number of clips are correct. 8.4", 10.4", 12.1" are 8pcs;
15", 17", 19". 15.6", 17.3"18.5”,21.5" are 10pcs

Step 1: Insert the panel pc in the cut out.
Step 2: Fasten all clips and screw them on the wall tightly.
Step 3: Check all clips are hooked around the panel PC and screwed on the wall tightly to avoid it falling.

BIOS Setup
Main
The Main menu is the first screen that you will see when you enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
System Time
The time format is <hour>, <minute>, <second>. The time is based on the 24-hour military-time clock. For example, 1
p.m. is 13:00:00. Hour displays hours from 00 to 23. Minute displays minutes from 00 to 59. Second displays seconds
from 00 to 59.
System Date
The date format is <month>, <date>, <year>. Month displays the month, from January to December. Date displays the
date, from 1 to 31. Year displays the year, from 1980 to 2099.
※Caution: Setting incorrect field values may cause the system to malfunction.

Advanced
ACPI Settings
This section is used to configure the system ACPI parameters.
Wake on LAN
This field use to enable or disable the LAN signal to wake up the system.
State After G3
This field is to specify what state to go when power is re-applied after a power failure (G3 state).
S0 State The system working state.
S5 State Off, except for trickle current to devices such as the power button.

CPU Configuration
This section is used to configure the CPU.
Intel(R) SpeedStep(tm)
This field is used to enable or disable the Intel Enhanced SpeedStep Technology.
Turbo Mode
Enable or disable the turbo mode.

Video Configuration
This section configures the video settings.
Internal Graphics
Keep IGFX enabled or disabled based on the setup options.
Always Enabled PEG
Enable or disable the PEG function.

Boot display
Set the display device combination.
Backlight Control
Select the Normal/Inverted.
Panel Color Depth
Select the LFP panel color depth: 18 bit, 24 bit, 36 bit, and 48 bit.
LVDS Mode
Select the PWM/DC Mode.
Note:
In order to control "Primary Display" & "Boot Display", you need to go to Boot tab and select different "Boot Type"

Boot Type : UEFI Boot Type -> Show Primary Display & Hide Boot Display
