
PARASOL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The two upright poles of your parasol push together and are held by means of a spring
loaded button. Push the lower pole into the upper pole and insure that the button is located
in the hole. To release the poles press the button and pull the poles apart.
2. Do not use the parasol until the two poles are securely fixed. Periodically check the tightness
of the fixings.
3. Do not modify this parasol in any way.
4. We recommend the use of a parasol base for added stability.
5. Use on a flat and level surface.
6. Do not use in windy conditions or thunder storms.
7. This parasol does not provide complete protection from the sun / UV light.
8. Care must be taken when opening or closing the parasol to ensure that you do not trap or pinch
your fingers or clothing.
9. Please ensure that any visitors that use this parasol are aware of its safe use and operation
as shown in these instructions.
10. Your parasol can be opened and closed by the crank handle. To raise or lower the parasol,
slowly turn the crank handle in the correct direction as shown on the handle.
11. If your parasol has a tilt action, the following applies. To tilt the top section, support the top
section and press the locking button, tilt the parasol to the desired angle. To return the parasol
to the upright position, press the locking button and push the parasol to the upright position.
Take care not to trap your fingers in any of the parts.
12. To clean the fabric, use a damp sponge or for stubborn stains a suitable fabric cleaner, spot
test a small area first and follow the manufacturers instructions. Do not use bleach, acid,
solvents or abrasive cleaners on this parasol.
13. If the parasol is not to be used for long periods or during the winter, store inside or under a
Suitable cover. Before putting into storage, insure the parasol is completely dry.
FOLDING CHAIR INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unpack the chair and discard any surplus packaging with care and consideration for
others and the environment. Keep plastic bags away from children or animals.
2. Care must be taken when opening or closing the chair to avoid entrapment of fingers or
clothing. Always ensure that the chair is fully erected in its intended position before use. If the
chair features any safety catches or clips, insure that these are properly engaged before use.
3. Always use the chair on level ground ensuring the legs remain in contact with the ground at all
times, do not lean back on two legs of a chair.
4. To alter the position of the back rest, both arms need to be raised and moved forward /
backward depending on the required position. When the back rest is in the required position,
please make sure the arms are rested back onto the ratchet so that the arms are securely
fixed.
5. Do not modify or alter the chair in anyway.
6. This chair is designed for private and domestic use only e.g. in the garden. This chair is not
designed or intended for commercial use e.g. pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels etc.
7. Do not climb or stand on any part of this chair or allow children to stand or play on or around
this chair.
8. Do not sit on the arms of the chair.
9. Take care when using this chair near other outdoor products such as barbecues, candles,
lanterns and heaters.
10. Please ensure that any visitors that use the chairs are aware of their correct use and
operation.
11. Maximum weight limit per chair is 110Kg / 240Ibs.
