First, place the MAIN BODY onto the
BASE.
Next, open the BOTTOM COVER on the
nderside of the MAIN BODY. Then, insert
both TIGHTENING SCREWS into the holes
and rotate 90 degrees. This will sec re the
BASE to the MAIN BODY. Replace the
BOTTOM COVER.

The SLOW FEEDING BOWL and BOWL INSERT are already fitted into the BASE, b t
are removable.
Remove the BOWL INSERT to give smaller pets easier access to food, or to tilize
the entire SLOW FEEDING BOWL for feeding.

To fill the MAIN BODY, open the top cover and po r in yo r dry food of choice.
Once the bin is f ll, sec rely replace the top cover.

Once the Knox Pet Feeder is assembled, pl g the device in and t rn the power on
when yo ’re ready to start Pettion app & Wi-Fi set p. The power switch is located
on the back of the BASE.
Please Note – Each time the feeder is t rned on, a QR code will display for 1
min te while the feeder men loads in the backgro nd. This is to give yo an
opport nity to pair yo r phone to the feeder again if needed. At the end of the
co ntdown, the feeder men will have finished loading.

Download the Pettion app to yo r mobile device from the Google Play Store or
Apple App Store. J st search for “Pettion”. Once installed, open the app and
select “User Registration” to create a Pettion acco nt.
Please Note – Yo r acco nt sername and password m st be a minim m of 6
characters each.

Once yo ’ve created yo r Pettion acco nt, it’s time to pair yo r mobile device to
the Knox Pet Feeder.
Yo can do this either via Bl etooth or a QR Code (Tip – Bl etooth sets p faster!)
Bluetooth – On the app, tap “Searching Machine”. Then j st follow the steps to
pair yo r mobile device like yo wo ld with any other Bl etooth device.
Please Note – Remember to activate the Bl etooth f nction on yo r mobile
device first!
QR Code – T rn on the Pettion app and either tap “Scan QR Code” or the “Scan”
b tton on the lower left. T rn on the pet feeder ntil the 60-second QR code
displays on the screen, and scan it! If the pet feeder is already on, t rn it off and
back on to display the 60-second QR code.

Now that yo have paired yo r mobile device to the Knox Pet Feeder, it’s time to
connect the Knox Pet Feeder to yo r Wi-Fi network!
Go to “Setting > Machine Connection” in the Pettion app.
The Pettion app will search for available Wi-Fi networks. Select yo r network and
enter in yo r Wi-Fi password if needed. The Pettion app will do the rest. Once
connection is confirmed, yo ’re ready to start sing the Know Pet Feeder to
monitor, interact with and feed yo r pet – no matter where yo are!
