
Thisproductiswarrantedtobefreeofdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipundernormaluseand
service,foraperiodofoneyearfromthedateofpurchase,whenoperatedandmaintainedin
accordancewiththeoperatingandmaintenanceinstructionssuppliedwiththisunit.Thiswarrantydoes
notcovermisuseornegligence.

Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaserwarrantyisvoidifrepairsareattemptedby
anyonethananauthorizedservicecentre.

Ifdifficultydevelopswiththisproduct,youshouldcontactyournearestauthorizedservicecentre,or
JOHNBROOKSCOMPANTLIMITED.Onlytheselocationsareauthorizedtomakerepairstotheproduct
oraffectsreplacementofdefectiveparts,whichwillbedoneatnochargewithinareasonabletimeafter
receiptoftheproduct.Unitsorpartsshouldbereturnedatthecustomer’sexpensetothenearestJOHN
BROOKSlocationorauthorizedservicecentre.Packunitinastrongcartonandpadtightlytoavoid
damage.Damageintransitisnotcoveredbywarranty.Includeoriginalpurchasereceiptwithanyclaim
(keepingacopyforyourfiles)

replacementofpartsandisgiventothepurchaserinlieuofallotherremediesincludingincidentand
consequentialcharges.Therearenoexpressincidentalandconsequentialcharges.Therearenoexpress
