Description :
The Transport full pack protects the Trinity system during transport. The Protection Pack and Cover
protect the Trinity system.

Transport full pack

Use of the Transport Full Pack:
•Unplug and store all accessories
•Install protection elements
•Load the system into the vehicle
•Transport the system
Note : The Transport full pack has been tested on 5 journeys of 31 miles (50 km) each and permits
the upkeep of syste’s specificatios.
Use of the Protection pack and of the Cover:
•Install protection elements
•Store the system
RECOMMANDATION
•Before use, read the chapter Mechanical safety, Volume 1 –Equipment and safety in the
Triity’s user manual (KMAN-3000-01).
•Koelis recommends use of an access ramp supporting a minimum weight of 155 lbs
(70 kg) to load and unload the system from the vehicle.
•For transportation, KOELIS recommends an area with a minimum height of 56 inches
(140 cm) .
•Inside the vehicle, the system should be fixed in order to prevent movement during the
transportation and the wheel brakes should be locked.
Transportation and storage conditions:
•700 hPa- 1060 hPa
•10 % - 90 %
•14 °F –131 °F (- 10°C –55°C)
WARNING
•Do’t use the Transport full pack if any of the pieces are damaged (deformation, tear …).
•The Transport full pack is not intended to protect the system from heavy impact, rain or
humidity. Always manipulate the system carefully.
•Never lay the system down.
•Always respect transport and storage conditions.

Accessories’ tidying:
•Uplug all aessories ad oeted ale fro the syste wires, pedal, proes…
•Organize all accessories in their box, in the document holder and/or in the transportation bag
•Put the user manual and the mouse in the document holder
Organizing protections:
•Fold the system protective cover and clip it
•Organize other protections in the transportation bag
Installing the system protective cover:
•Install the cover so that the open window is in front of
the trolley’s handle
Installing the screen protective cover:
•Place the cover over the monitor
•Fasten the support straps
Installing the bumpers:
•Place the bumpers as far as they will go o the trolley’s
corner
•Fasten the clip of the strap

Installing the arms protection:
•Place the arms maintaining protection
•Fix the support straps
•Put the mouse holder as far as it will go into the
protection
•Fasten the support strap

WARNING
•At each step, check that there is no slack of the arm protection and covers.
Removing protections:
•Follow installation instructions in the opposite direction
