Please read the instructions carefully and completely before using this appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet if it is left unattended, and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out
of reach of children.
• Only use this product for its intended purpose. Any misuse may result in serious
injury.
• Before plugging into a power outlet, check whether your voltage corresponds to the
rating label of the appliance.
• Do not plug the appliance into the power outlet until it is fully assembled, and
always unplug before disassembling the appliance or handling the blade.

• This appliance is intended to be used in households and in similar applications

– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential-type environments
– bed and breakfast-type environments
• Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch any
hot surfaces.
• Always handle the appliance carefully, as the blades are very sharp.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of
severe injury or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when the
blender is not running.
• To p r o te c t a g a i n s t the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the motor unit, cord
or plug in water or any other liquid.
SAFETY & WARNINGS

• This appliance should not be used by children and care should be taken when used
near children.
• Do not touch any moving parts.
• Do not blend hot liquids.
• Operate the appliance for no longer than 10 seconds at a time and avoid operating
for more than 3 cycles.
• To r e d u c e t h e r i s k o f i n j u r y , n e v er place the cutting blade on the base without first
putting the bowl properly in place.
• Be certain that the cover is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
• Clean the hand blender with a dry cloth and avoid using harsh detergents or
solvents.

Hand blender
The hand blender is suitable for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food,
as well as for mixing and milkshakes. The hand blender can be used in the measuring
beaker, and any other suitably sized vessel.
1. Attach the blender stick onto the motor unit until it locks securely in place.
2. Place the hand blender into a stable container.
3. Press switch II for maximum power, or adjust the fine-tuning switch between
speeds 1-5 and press switch I.
4. Remove the blender stick from the motor unit after use.
OPERATION

Whisk
The whisk attachment is suitable for whipping cream, beating eggs and ready-mix desserts.
1. Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, then slide the whisk holder onto the motor
unit until it locks.
2. Place the whisk into your container.
3. Press switch II for maximum power, or adjust the fine-tuning switch between
speeds 1-5 and press switch I.
4. Once finished, remove from container and detach the whisk and whisk holder.

Masher
The masher attachment is suitable for processing soft cooked food such as potato, pumpkin
etc.
1. Attach the masher onto the motor unit until it locks securely in place.
2. Place cooked food into a stable container. Avoid processing more than 500g at a
time.
3. If desired, put some salt, sauces etc., onto the cooked food.
4. Place the masher into your container and press switch II for maximum power, or
adjust the fine-tuning switch between speeds 1-5 and press switch I.
5. Stop once the food has been mashed to your desired level.
6. When finished, unplug the appliance from the power outlet and press the release
button to remove the masher.
• Do not operate the appliance for more than 30 seconds at a time. Allow at
least 3 minutes before the next operational cycle.
• Do not use the masher to process uncooked food. If a hard vegetable like
pumpkin is to be processed, first peel the skin and then cut it into cubes.

Chopper
The chopper attachment is suited for harder foods, such as meat, cheese, onion, herbs,
garlic, carrots, nuts, prunes etc.
To a v o i d d a m a g i n g t h e a p p l i a n c e , d o not process extremely hard foods such as ice cubes,
coffee beans or grains.
1. Carefully remove the chopping bowl lid from the blade.
2. Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopping bowl. Press down on the blade
and lock it into the bowl. Always place the chopping bowl on a stable, level surface.
3. Place the food into the chopping bowl.
4. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopping bowl.
5. Tu r n the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks securely in place.
6. Press switch II or switch I to operate the chopper. During processing, hold both the
motor unit and the chopper bowl.
7. After use, take the motor unit out of chopping bowl lid by pushing the release
button.
8. Remove the chopping bowl lid.
9. Carefully take out the blade.
10. Remove the processed food from the chopping bowl.

PROCESSING GUIDE

• Clean the motor unit, whisk holder and chopping bowl lid with a damp cloth only.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
• All other parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher. However, after processing very salty
food, rinse the blades as soon as possible.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, solvents or acidic materials to clean the appliance.
• When processing food with colour, the plastic parts of the appliance may become
discoloured. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the
dishwasher.
• The blades are very sharp. Always be aware of their position and avoid touching the
blades directly.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Disposal

other household waste. To prevent possible harm to the environment or
human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle the appliance
responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
