Before You Begin
Leave these instructions for the consumer. They contain important information.
□Shut offthe water supplies to the fiing.
□Inspect the supply tubing for damage. Replace as necessary.
□Observe local plumbing codes.
□The minimum inlet water pressure for the diverter is 0.05 MPa (0.5 bar).
□The highest working pressure for the handshower and showerhead is 0.5 MPa (5 bar). If pressure exceeds this, a
pressure reducer is needed.
□The highest water and environmental temperature is 60°C. Keep handshowers, showerheads, and the shower arm
away from heat sources, as they may become damaged and can cause injury to the user.

Instalar la llave
NOTA: Para realizar la instalación, el instalador debe proporcionar accesorios de suministro de agua hembra G½", con
una distancia de 150 mm y nivelados. Los accesorios de suministro de agua deben estar verticales y no estar más allá de
la pared acabada. El suministro de agua caliente debe estar localizado a la izquierda.
□Enjuague o purgue las tuberías de suministro de agua a fondo para eliminar cualquier escombro.
□Instale dos conectores de compensación en los tubos de suministro de agua fría y caliente. Utilice los selladores de
rosca o cinta especial para las roscas del tubo.
□Ajuste la distancia centro a centro entre los conectores a 150 mm y nivele.
□Enroque los chapetones en los conectores a que estén contra la pared acabada.
□Fije las arandelas en las tuercas.
□Mantenga la salida de la regadera hacia arriba, enrosque las tuercas a los conectores.

Install the Faucet
NOTE: To perform installation, the installer must provide G½" female supply fiings, spaced 150 mm apart and
horizontal. The supply fiings should be vertical and not extend beyond the finished wall. Locate the hot supply pipe
on the left.
□Flush the water supply pipes thoroughly to remove debris.
□Install the two offset connectors into the hot and cold supply pipes. Use appropriate thread sealants or thread tape on
the pipe threads.
□Adjust the center-to-center distance between the connectors to 150 mm and horizontal.
□Thread the escutcheons onto the connectors until they are flush with the finished wall.
□Place the washers into the nuts.
□Orient the shower faucet outlet upwards, and thread the nuts onto the connectors.
□Tighten the nuts with a strap wrench, or soft cloth between the product and a regular wrench.

Instale el montaje de ancla superior (72678M-7)
□Ensaye la instalación del kit de la barra de desplazamiento para determinar la ubicación del montaje de la ancla
superior.
□Desplace la base en el conector que se inserta en la base alrededor de 26 mm.
□Atornille la base con la llave hexagonal y aprételos.
□Ajuste manualmente la tuerca con la arandela de goma a la salida de la grifería.
□Coloque la base de la grifería sobre la pared terminada.
□Marque el diámetro de la base con un lápiz.
□Afloje la tuerca manualmente, quite la arandela de goma y remueva la barra de regadera.
□Afloje los tornillos con una llave hexagonal. (NOTA: No pierda los tornillos.) Retire la base.
□Marque el punto central del diámetro de la base con un lápiz.
□Perfore un orificio en el punto central como el diámetro de las anclas.
□Presione un ancla en el orificio.
□Asegure la base, mediante un tornillo con arandela, asegúrese que los dos orificios del tornillo de la base estén hacia
debajo de forma vertical.
Install the Top Base Assembly (72678M-7)
□Dry fit the slidebar kit to determine the anchor mounting location.
□Slide the base onto the connector approximately 26 mm.
□Thread the setscrews into the base with the hex wrench and tighten.
□Hand-tighten the nut with the washer onto the faucet outlet.
□Place the base against the finished wall.
□Trace the diameter of the base with a pencil.
□Loosen the nut by hand, then remove the washer and slidebar kit.
□Loosen the setscrews with the hex wrench. (NOTE: Do not lose the setscrews.) Remove the base.
□Mark the centerpoint of the base diameter with a pencil.
□Drill a hole on the centerpoint to accommodate the anchor size.
□Press the anchor into the hole.
□Secure the base with the self-tapping screw and washer, making sure the two setscrew holes are facing downwards.

Instale el montaje de ancla superior (72678M-B7, 78298M-B7)

□Atornille el empalme de tubo con la llave hexagonal y aprételos.
□Ajuste manualmente la tuerca con la arandela de goma a la salida de la grifería.
□Coloque la base de la grifería sobre la pared terminada. (NOTA: La flecha en la base es hacia arriba como se muestra.)
Marque el punto central de los tres orificios del con un lápiz.
□Afloje la tuerca manualmente, quite la arandela de goma y remueva la barra de regadera.
□Afloje los tornillos con una llave hexagonal. (NOTA: No pierda los tornillos.) Retire la base y el empalme de tubo.
□Perfore tres orificios en el punto central como el diámetro de las anclas.
□Presione un ancla en el orificio.
□Asegure la base, mediante un tornillo.
Install the Top Base Assembly (72678M-B7, 78298M-B7)
□Select a location on the wall to install the shower column according to approximate dimensions.
□Dry fit the slidebar kit to determine the anchor mounting location.
□Install the tube to the base and tighten the setscrews with the hex wrench.
□Slide the tube and the escutcheon onto the connector.
□Thread the setscrews into the tube with the hex wrench, and tighten them.
□Hand-tighten the nut with the washer onto the faucet outlet.
□Place the base against the finished wall. (NOTE: Orient the arrow up as shown.) Mark the centerpoint of the three base
holes with a pencil.
□Loosen the nut by hand, then remove the washer and slidebar kit.
□Loosen the setscrews with the hex wrench. (NOTE: Do not lose the setscrews.) Remove the base and tube.
□Drill three holes at the marked locations to accommodate the anchor size.

Instalar la barra de soporte

□Aprete la tuerca con la arandela de goma a la salida de la grifería.
□Asegúrese de que todos los tornillos estén ajustados.
□72678M-B7, 78298M-B7: Atornille el chapetón hasta que toque la pared.
Install the Shower Column
□Remove and discard the guard from the tube kit, then install it into the slidebar kit.
□Install the nut onto the tube kit with soft cloth between the internal hole of the nut and the tube kit.
□Thread the nut onto the slidebar kit with a strap wrench or soft cloth between the nut and regular wrench.
□Hand-tighten the nut with the washer onto the faucet outlet.
□72678M-7: Install the connector onto the base.
□72678M-B7, 78298M-B7: Slide the tube and the escutcheon onto the connector. Secure the slidebar kit to the base.
□Tighten the nut with the washer onto the faucet outlet.
□Make sure all the screws are tight.
□72678M-B7, 78298M-B7: Thread the escutcheon until it is against the wall.
□Press the anchors into the holes.
□Secure the base with the self-tapping screws.

Termine la instalación
Instalar la regadera de mano y la manguera
□Gire el maneral del desviador hacia arriba en forma vertical y deje correr el agua fría y caliente durante un minuto
para eliminar cualquier residuo.
□Aprete la manguera a la salida con arandela de filtro.
□Aprete la manguera a la regadera de mano con una arandela.
Instalar el cabezal de regadera (cebollet)
□Gire el maneral del desviador hacia abajo en forma vertical y deje correr el agua fría y caliente durante un minuto
para eliminar cualquier residuo antes de instalar el cabezal.
□Ajuste la regadera/cebolleta en la salida del tubo con una palanca.
Verificación de la instalación
□Asegúrese que todas las conexiones estén apretadas.
□Asegúrese que el maneral este en la posición cerrada.
□Abra el suministro principal de agua y verifique si hay fugas. Repare conforme sea necesario.
Complete the Installation
Install the Handshower and Hose
□Turn the diverter handle vertically upwards and run hot and cold water for 1 minute to remove any debris.
□Secure the hose to the outlet with the screen washer.
□Tighten the hose to the handshower with the screen washer.
Install the Showerhead
□Turn the diverter handle vertically downwards and run hot and cold water for 1 minute to remove any debris before
installing the showerhead.
□Tighten the showerhead onto the tube kit outlet with a strap wrench.
Installation Checkout
□Ensure that all connections are tight.
□Ensure that the handle is in the offposition.
□Turn on the main water supply, and check for leaks. Repair as needed.

Cuidado y limpieza

Care and Cleaning
For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your KOHLER product:
• Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.
• Wipe surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after cleaner application. Rinse and dry any
overspray that lands on nearby surfaces.
• Do not allow cleaners to sit or soak on the surface.
• Use a soft, dampened sponge or cloth. Never use an abrasive material such as a brush or scouring pad to clean
surfaces.

Operating Instructions
□Both faucet handles open by turning downwards, and close by turning upwards.
Diverter Handle
□Turn the diverter handle vertically upwards to turn on the handshower.
□Turn the handle vertically downwards to turn on the showerhead.
□Turn the handle vertically between the up and down position to flow water from both the showerhead and the
handshower.
