H

FlicFloc
works
:

Attach the flaker
to a flat surface
(
kitchen countertop, or
windowsill)
.

Use only well cleaned natural grains
.

If you want to roll oats we recommend using hulled oats, also
known as peeled oats
.
With
full grain oats the germ can be
damaged during peeling which decreases th
e nutritional value
a
nd can cause it to taste bitter
.

If possible freshly rolled oats should be consumed immediately
after flaking
.
Because of oats high oil content it can become bitter
over time.

Other types of grain such as wheat, rye, barley etc. should
be
soaked in water for about 4 hours after flaking.
This makes it
easier for the minerals to be digested.
What can you flake with the
FlicFloc?
