DO NOT PROCEED FURTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW
1) Always wear personal protective equipment
2) A minimum of two people is necessary to safely install the cab
3) This ROPS cab is heavy. A lift assist device such as an overhead
hoist or high lift forklift is required.
4) Ensure your work area is well ventilated. The installation
requires the starting of the tractor which will produce
dangerous carbon monoxide fumes.
5) Read through the entire installation manual first.
6) Follow the installation instructions in order.
7) Reading the operators manual prior to using the ROPS cab.

All directions provided are from the reference point of the tractor seat facing the steering
wheel. All left and right references are from this view point.
For reference, please fill in the information below. This will assist your dealer in providing

company as well in the event that the tractor is lost or damaged.

Installation Instructions:
1. Remove upper hoop of the two-post ROPS from machine. Take care during installation as
there will be a lot of pressure on the entire assembly.
2. Mark the wires going to both seat switches first, and then disconnect the wiring harness from
both switches.
3.Remove the seat from the seat track assembly tilt. Retain all fastening hardware.
4. Remove the seat track assembly completely from the tractor. Retain all fastening hardware.
5. Remove the toolbox as well as two bolts underneath toolbox. Retain all fastening hardware.
6. Un-bolt the left and right seat belt mounts. Retain hardware for re-installation after cab is
installed. Remove the left side seat belt mechanism from the mount bracket.
7. Take the pre-upholstered under seat shield and roughly position it in the under seat area.
Slide the wiring harness through hole in shield. Slide the upholstery slots around and through
the levers in order to achieve a decent seal under the seat.

8. Fasten shield into place with factory hardware at the front first.
9. Re-install the seat track assembly. TIP: When installing M8 bolts, use a small nut (ie 10-24) as
a spacer between the driver socket and the bolt to make installation easier and allow you to put
more pressure down onto the bolt while installing it.

10. Re-install the seat onto the seat track assembly with factory hardware.

11.For tractors equipped with the LA304 front end loader, take the left front bracket and bolt
to the outside of the loader mount plate shown with the provided 5/8” x 1 ½” hex bolts and
flange nuts. Loosely fasten only. See next photo. Repeat for the right side.

12.For tractors equipped with the LA354 front end loader, take the left front bracket and bolt
to the inside of the loader mount plate shown with the provided 5/8” x 1 ½” hex bolts and
flange nuts provided. Loosely fasten only. See photo below. Repeat for the right side.

13.For tractors equipped with no loader, take the provided left mounting bracket and four of
M12 x 35 flange bolts and bolt onto the tractor in the bolt pattern shown below:
14.For tractors equipped with no loader, take the provided right mounting bracket and four of
M12 x 35 flange bolts and bolt onto the tractor in the bolt pattern on the right side of the
tractor.
15.Return to the cab to install lift brackets next. To remove the gas shock on the left cab door,
slide a flat screwdriver underneath the small clip on the end cap that must be pulled UP order
to pop the shock off of the ball stud. The shock will release very easily when this is
accomplished. Lift the door assembly straight up and off of the cab and put aside for now.
