ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2B9007 EVOLUTION PRIME GOAL
1. Unpack all parts and check for damage that may have occurred during shipping. If damage has occurred,
notify Kwik Goal immediately. Lay out all parts. Remove all cardboard and packaging immediately. Wet or
damp packaging may damage contents.

IMPORTANT GOAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2. Safety/Warning labels must be clearly visible.
4. Always instruct players, managers, coaches, trainers, teachers, maintenance
workers and all other personnel who might come in contact with the goal,
on the safe handling of and potential dangers associated with movable
soccer goals.
5. Always exercise extreme caution when moving goals and provide adequate
manpower to move goals of varied sizes and weights. Movable soccer goals
should only be moved by authorized personnel.
7. Movable soccer goals should only be used on LEVEL fields, NEVER on a slope
or hill area.
3. Securely anchor movable soccer goals at ALL times.
6. NEVER allow anyone to climb on the net or goal framework.
8. Remove nets when goals are not in use.
READ CAREFULLY
1. Check for structural integrity and proper connecting hardware before every
use. Replace damaged or missing parts or fasteners immediately.
10. Fully disassemble goals for seasonal storage.
9. Most of the tip-over injuries occurred when goals were unattended. Anchor
or chain one goal to another or to nearby fence posts, dugouts, or any other
similar sturdy fixture when not in use. If this is not practical, store movable
soccer goals in a place where children cannot have access to them.

4. Hardware for steps 4 through 12 is in Goal Hdw pack.
Attach left post and right post to crossbar using channel spacers and 3/8” hardware. Note direction of decals
on crossbar before fastening. Place a 3/8” square nut in each side of the crossbar and both posts before
inserting channel spacer. Be sure connections are pressed firmly together before tightening hex bolts.
5. Insert two 3/8” square nuts in slot located in each of the assembled posts.

6. Attach left base and right base to bottom bar using channel spacers and 3/8” hardware. Note direction of
decals on bottom bar before fastening. Be sure connections are pressed firmly together before tightening hex
bolts.
7. Insert four 3/8” square nuts into the left base and four into the right base. Secure square nuts in bases by
threading a 3/8” x 1” hex bolt in the front 3/8” square nut approximately 14” from the back corner as shown.

8. Lift and insert assembled bases into assembled posts. Fasten using channel spacers, front post braces, 3/8”
hardware and 3/8” square nuts as shown. Be sure connections are pressed firmly together before tightening
hex bolts.

9. Using the 3/8” square nuts, attach each backdrop to goal frame with 3/8” hardware shown, then attach
backdrop brace with hardware shown. Fasten 5/16” X 1” eye bolts with 5/16” washer to backdrops at
location shown.

10. Turn goal onto its bases and secure backdrop to bases using the two 3/8” square nuts closest to the corner
with 3/8” hardware as shown. Remove 3/8 X 1” hex bolt used to temporarily secure square nuts to base.
