properlyaligned.Loosenthescrewof[PaperLengthBlock]
andhavetheblockalignedtotherearendofpaper.Tighten
thescrewtofixtheblock.Whencurlypapersareused,
keepthecenterofpaperpushedtominimizecurlingwhile
adjustingthepositionoftheblock.PaperWidthGuide
Note:Besuretohavethetipofpapersalignedwhensettingthem.
2. Turn[PaperWidthAdjustKnob]tobothdirectionsonce
ortwicetohavewidthofpaperssetinorder.
Closetightly[PaperHolderCove].
3. Turn[PaperFeedRollerKnob]tosendoutasheet
andseeifitisproperlylaminated.IfitisOK,
goonlaminating.Ifyoufindthefirstsheetnot
properlydone,resetpapers.

[PaperHolderLockLever]andslightlylift[PaperHolder]
byhandtoallowsmoothturnoftheknob.
Note.Lifting[PaperHolder]slackensthetapeandpaper.PaperHolder

Notes2 :Manualfeedingwith[PaperFeedKnob]tendstofeedtwosheetsofpapersatatimewhen[Paper
Holder]isnotsetcorrectly.
Notes3 :Whenalaminatingerrortakesplaceduringmanualpaperfeedingwiththe[PaperFeedKnob],[Space
SensorLED]maylightbutthemanualfeedingmaynothalt.Insuchacase,itcouldhappenthat
adhesiveonAdhesiveTapemaysticktotherollers.
Therefore,manualfeedingwiththe[PaperFeedKnob]mustbecarriedoutwithutmostcare.

willbestuckautomaticallyontothetape.Theprocessstopswhenandifthetapeslackens.

isaccordinglyessential.Papersofdifferent
thicknessrequiresrespectiveadjustmentthat
willbedoneasfollows:

[LaminatingRoller]istoolarge,twosheets
ofpapertendtocomeoutatatime,causing
faultylamination.
2.Whenthespacebetween[Separator]and
[LaminatingRoller]istoosmall,thepaper
maygetscratched. LaminatingTapeLaminatingRoller

2. Loosenslightly[PaperHolderLockLever]and

andthesheetofpaper.Tighten[PaperHolder
LockLever]again.
3. Drawthespacegaugeout.Ifitcomesoutwith
slightresistance(withlightnoise),thespace
isnormal.
4. Insertanddrawoutthespacegaugeatbothendsof LaminatingRoller
[Separator]tomakesurethespaceisevenlefttoright.SpaceGauge

Ifadjustmentofthespaceisnecessaryitwillbe
carriedoutbyslightlyalteringverticalpositionof SeparatorAdjustScrews(2pcs.)

1. Tightenlightlyapairof[SeparatorAdjustScrews]
(theymaysometimesgetloose).
2. LoosenapairofSeparatorFixScrews.
3. Loosenslightly[PaperHolderLockLever]and
inserta“0.05”spacegaugebetween[Separator]
andthesheetofpaper.
TightenPaperHolderLockLeveragain.
