1. Turn[PaperWidthAdjustKnob]tohave[PaperWidthGuides]         FixingScrew
alignedtothewidthofpaper,andsetadeckofpaperswithtips
properlyaligned.Loosenthescrewof[PaperLengthBlock]
andhavetheblockalignedtotherearendofpaper.Tighten
thescrewtofixtheblock.Whencurlypapersareused,
keepthecenterofpaperpushedtominimizecurlingwhile
adjustingthepositionoftheblock.PaperWidthGuide

Note:Besuretohavethetipofpapersalignedwhensettingthem.




2. Turn[PaperWidthAdjustKnob]tobothdirectionsonce
ortwicetohavewidthofpaperssetinorder.
Closetightly[PaperHolderCove].


3. Turn[PaperFeedRollerKnob]tosendoutasheet
andseeifitisproperlylaminated.IfitisOK,
goonlaminating.Ifyoufindthefirstsheetnot
properlydone,resetpapers.



willdetectitandautomaticallystopoperation
ofthemachine.
Thefigureontherightshows[PaperHolderCover]
isopened.Setanewpaperandcontinuetheoperation.

sacrificesheetslaminated.





1. Open[PaperHolderCover]andwidenthespanof
[PaperWidthGuides]with[PaperWidthAdjustKnob]
onthebacktomatchthewidthofthepapertobeused.
Iftheknobishardtoturn,removeHookbyturning
[PaperHolderLockLever]andslightlylift[PaperHolder]
byhandtoallowsmoothturnoftheknob.
Note.Lifting[PaperHolder]slackensthetapeandpaper.PaperHolder
Set[PaperHolder]whileslightlypullingpaperbyhand.PaperWidthGuides


2. Setthepaperfollowingthestepsin“5-2”.






1. Open[PaperHolderCover]andsendthepaperbyturningSeparator
[PaperFeedRollerKnob]toabout1cmbefore[Separator].

2. Unlock[PaperHolder]andliftitslightlybyhandand 
disengagethepaperfrom[PaperWidthGuides].


thewidthofthepapertobeused.

Laminating."Thebuzzerremainssilentduringmanualfeedingwith[PaperFeedKnob],while[LED]
indicatorislightingon.
Notes2 :Manualfeedingwith[PaperFeedKnob]tendstofeedtwosheetsofpapersatatimewhen[Paper
Holder]isnotsetcorrectly.
Notes3 :Whenalaminatingerrortakesplaceduringmanualpaperfeedingwiththe[PaperFeedKnob],[Space
SensorLED]maylightbutthemanualfeedingmaynothalt.Insuchacase,itcouldhappenthat
adhesiveonAdhesiveTapemaysticktotherollers.
Therefore,manualfeedingwiththe[PaperFeedKnob]mustbecarriedoutwithutmostcare.
Notes4 :Adoublemonitoringsystemisappliedtothe[DetectionoftheEndofpaper];eitherbyasensor
detectionorbyamechanicalstoppingmechanismtoholdtheoperation.

Intheprocessofmakingphotostickers,drawingthetapetriggerslaminatingjobandphotopapers
willbestuckautomaticallyontothetape.Theprocessstopswhenandifthetapeslackens.
② [AutomaticFeed]usingthe[AUTO]switchwithoutusing[START/STOP]switch:
Automaticlaminationgoesontillsetpapersrunout.
PlugACAdaptersecurelytoanoutlet.
Depressthe"|"endof[POWER]switchtoturnontheunit.

spacebetween[LaminatingRoller]and[Separator]Separator
sothatonlyasheetoutofadeckofpapersgoesPaper
throughit.AppropriateadjustmentofSeparator 
isaccordinglyessential.Papersofdifferent
thicknessrequiresrespectiveadjustmentthat
willbedoneasfollows:

Notes:1.Whenthespacebetween[Separator]and
[LaminatingRoller]istoolarge,twosheets
ofpapertendtocomeoutatatime,causing
faultylamination.
2.Whenthespacebetween[Separator]and
[LaminatingRoller]istoosmall,thepaper
maygetscratched. LaminatingTapeLaminatingRoller

3. Whenthespacebetween[Separator]and
[LaminatingRoller]isunevenlefttoright,
itmaymakethepapermeander,resulting
infaultylamination.

CheckingthespacebetweenSeparatorandLaminatingRoller
1. Setunderneath[Separator]asheetofpaper   SeparatorPaper+LaminatingTape
withlaminatingtapealreadypastedandlock
[PaperHolder]with[PaperHolderLockLever].
2. Loosenslightly[PaperHolderLockLever]and
inserta“0.05”spacegaugebetween[Separator]
andthesheetofpaper.Tighten[PaperHolder
LockLever]again.
3. Drawthespacegaugeout.Ifitcomesoutwith
slightresistance(withlightnoise),thespace
isnormal.
4. Insertanddrawoutthespacegaugeatbothendsof  LaminatingRoller
[Separator]tomakesurethespaceisevenlefttoright.SpaceGauge




Adjustingthespacebetween[Separator]and[LaminatingRoller]
Ifadjustmentofthespaceisnecessaryitwillbe
carriedoutbyslightlyalteringverticalpositionof SeparatorAdjustScrews(2pcs.)
[Separator]throughfollowingprocess:
1. Tightenlightlyapairof[SeparatorAdjustScrews] 
(theymaysometimesgetloose).
2. LoosenapairofSeparatorFixScrews.
3. Loosenslightly[PaperHolderLockLever]and
inserta“0.05”spacegaugebetween[Separator]
andthesheetofpaper.
TightenPaperHolderLockLeveragain.
4. Asdescribedintheabove-mentioned
Checkingthespace…article,drawthespace
gaugeoutbyhandandadjusttheverticalpositionSeparatorFixScrews(2pcs.)
of[Separator]with[SeparatorAdjustScrews].
Notes:
1.Towidenthespanof[Separator]turn[SeparatorAdjustingScrews]counterclockwise.
2.Tonarrowthespanof[Separator]turn[SeparatorAdjustingScrews]clockwise.
3.Turn[SeparatorAdjustingScrew]about10degreesatatime,whichwillmove[Separator]
0.02mm.Testingaftereachturnwillberequiredtofine-tune[Separator].

5.Tighten[SeparatorFixScrews]tofirmlyset[Separator].
Checkthespacebetween[Separator]andthepaperagainusingthegauge.
Doitatbothendsoftheseparator.Shouldtheresultbeunsatisfactory,followtheprocessall
overagain.
Note：Adjustmentofthespacebetween[Separator]andpapercallsforveryintricatework,
whichhastobedonerepeatedlylittlebylittle.

5-5ATTENTIONATTHEENDOFJOB
Whenajobends,leavingthemachineunusedforawhile,
make[PaperHolder]slightlyraisedtopreventpossible 
deformationof[PaperFeedPressRoller].
Howtoraise[PaperHolder]:
1. Unlock[PaperHolder]byturning[PaperHolderLockLever]
Clockwise..
2. Lift[PaperHolder]slightlybyhandandreplace[PaperHolder PaperHolder
LockLever.(Thespringautomaticallyreplacesthelever.)PaperHolderLockLever
3.Gentlylower[PaperHolder].Hookwillkeep[PaperHolder]slightlyraised.
