Assembly Instructions for F2008, F2010 Picnic Table
To prevent scratching on any of the finished pieces, we recommend assembling the unit on packing
material (paper and cardboard). Do not drag assembled unit on any surface. The assembly is a 2
person operation.
Cleaning Recommendations
For cleaning, use mild household cleansers or soap and water.
Do not use vinyl cleansers or protectants.
Parts List Hardware Included Tools Needed
2 – Table Supports 16 – 5/16” x 1 ¼” Bolts Ratchet with a ½” socket
2 – Seats 16 – 5/16” Nuts ½” Wrench
2 – Cross Braces 32 – Washers Rubber Mallet
1 – Table Top 4 – Rubber Feet Level

Note: Before assembling nuts onto bolts, we recommend that a light oil or petroleum
jelly be applied to the bolt threads.
1. Place table top on packing material, upside down.
2. Align table support with table top holes, as shown in Diagram #1.
3. Insert bolts into holes and attach nuts to bolts, using washers on both sides and
leaving nuts finger tight, as shown in Diagram #2.
4. Align cross braces to table support tab and table top holes on underside of table
top.
5. Insert bolts into holes and attach nuts to bolts, using washers on both sides and
leaving nuts finger tight.
6. Using rubber mallet insert rubber feet in outer most holes on bottom of table
supports.
7. Turn table right side up.
8. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the seats. (Note: There is a choice of two different seat
heights.)
9. Level all components.
10. Tighten all hardware. Retighten hardware two weeks after initial assembly.
