Position Adjustment
A
•Step 1:
Prepare M2 hex wrench, T10 torx screwdiver and a niddle.

First, check the number of current position of blade. Second,
unscrew a blade screw counterclockwise with T10 torx
screwdriver.
Use a needle to rotate the blade to next number position
(Counterclockwise)
Hold the blade with thumb while using T10 torx screwdriver
to tighten the screw (Blade position shouldn’t move while
tightening the screw). Finally, put the guide cover back to the
original position with M2 hex wrench.
•Step 2:
Remove the guide cover with M2 hex wrench.

•Step 2:
Remove the guide cover with M2 hex wrench.
Blade Height Adjustment

•Step 1:
Prepare M2 hex wrench and T10 torx screwdriver.
•Step 3:
Unscrew a guide screws counterclockwise with T10 torx screwdriver (Shown circled above).
In order to change the height of blade, rotate the M3 screws (Right screw). Rotate screw to clockwise to make it higher and
counterclockwise to make it lower. Use HG-78 (Blade Height Adjustment Gauge) to adjust the height of blade. Make sure to
clean the cleaver according to this manual instructions (“Cleaning the Cleaver”) before using HG-78.
•Step 4:
First, tighten the
side screws (T10 hex
screws) then tighten
the T10 hex screw
which is located right
next to M3 screw.
•Step 5:
Put the guide cover back
to original position and
tighten the M2 screws.

Cleaning the Cleaver

•Step 2:
Wipe the both elastomer clamp pads with cotton swab soaked
in an alcohol.

Wipe the guide surface with a cotton swab soaked in an alcohol.
Wipe the both magnet surface and outskirts
of magnet with a cotton swab soaked in an
alcohol.
Wipe the blade
with a cotton swab
soaked in an alcohol.
Wipe the Fiber
holder with a
cotton swab
soaked in an
alcohol.
