SAFETY WARNINGS
1. Study, understand, and follow all instructions before operating this
device.
2. Drill press vise must be properly and safely attached prior to use.
3. Any drill press vise that appears to be damaged in any way, is found to
be worn, or operates abnormally SHALL BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL REPAIRED. Inspect before every use.
4. Do NOT use this equipment/lift without first reading and understanding
all instructions, precautions and warnings. Failure to do so may result in
injury and/or property damage.
5. Keep drill press vise clean, free of dirt oil and other debris that can inhibit
use.
6. Use only as intended.
7. Because of potential hazardous associated with this type of equipment,
NO ALTERATIONS SHALL BE MADE to this product.
8. Keep children away. Children should not be in the area where you are
using the drill press vise. Do not allow children to play with drill press vise.
9. Keep bystanders at a safe distance while using drill press vise.

10. Dress properly. Do not wear loose or ill-fitting clothing or jewelry as it can
be caught on moving parts. Keep hair contained or covered to prevent
it from getting caught in moving parts.
11. Wear ANSI approved safety goggles and heavy- duty work gloves
during use.
12. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
13. Stay alert. Do not use the drill press vise if you are tired or under the
influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescriptions to
determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If
there is any doubt, do not use the drill press vise.
14. Inspect drill press vise before each use.
15. Keep work area free of clutter and well lit.
16. Maintain product labels, nameplates and manual. These carry
important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact customer
service for replacement.
17. Failure to heed these markings/warnings may result in personal injury
and/or property damage.

The warnings, cautions and instructions discussed in this owner’s manual
cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be
understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors,
which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
ASSEMBLY
Please make sure all parts and components are included and product is
intact when unpacking for the first time. You will need hardened bolts, with
matching washers and nuts (not included) to secure vise to work surface.
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning
of this manual, including all text under subheadings therein before assembly,
set up or use of this product.
1. Locate a level surface, free from dirt or clutter to attach the drill press
vise.
2. Place the drill press vise on clean, lightly oiled drill press table. Move the
drill press vise in a circular motion a couple of times to get a firm set on
the table.
3. Clamp or bolt the drill press vise to the table.
NOTE: Do not over-tighten the clamps or bolts. Over-tightening
could cause damage to drill press vise or table.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! These are basic instructions. Operator should use common sense
when using this vise.
1. Make sure work area is clean, clutter-free and well lit.
2. Place item you want to secure between the jaws.
3. Turn the handle clockwise until the jaws are firmly holding the item.
MAINTENANCE
1. Use the drill press vise for your application. The correct drill press vise will do
the job better and safer for the application which it was designed.
2. Check for misalignment, breakage of parts and any other condition that
may affect the drill press vise’s use.
3. Make sure the drill press vise, jaws and lead screw are clean and free of dirt,
oil, grease and any other debris.
4. Check all clamping or mounting bolts to insure they have not become
loose.
5. Use this drill press vise in accordance with these instructions and in the
manner intended for this particular type of product, taking into account the
area, conditions and task to be performed. Use of the drill press vise for
applications different from those intended could result in a hazardous
situation.
NOTE: Do not over-tighten the handle. Over-tightening could
cause damage to vise or item placed in vise.

Must provide copy of receipt for Warranty –Keep receipt in safe location.
Larin Corporation warrants this product for a period of one year from date of
purchase against manufacturer or material defects as long as you own this
product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or
tampering/altering of the product and a charge will be made for such repairs.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary, from state to state.
This warranty excludes all consequential damages. Some states do not allow the
exclusion of consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusions may not apply
to you. For warranty service, please return the product prepaid to Larin
Corporation, 5651 Schaefer Avenue, Chino, CA 91710. Be certain to incl ude your
name and address, phone number, proof of purchase date and description of
the problem and the repaired or replaced product will be sent to you freight
collect.
IMPORTANT
No liability is accepted for incorrect use of product.
RETURN POLICY
DO NOT return unit to store where purchased if upon receipt and inspection you
discover missing or defective parts. Please call toll free (800) 875-2746, Monday –
Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm PST. We will send you the parts free of charge with proof
of purchase. In case the unit needs to be returned, it should be packed in the
original box. The serial number on the unit and box should match.
