Througha network of retailers and resellers, Laser will provideyou with yourchoice of arepair, exchange (wherepossible) or refund(within Dead on
Arrivalperiod) forthis productif it becomes defective within the warranty period.Thiswarrantywill no longerapply where thedefect is a resultof
alteration, accident, misuse,abuse, normalwearand tear,neglect or improper storage.Pleaseretain your receipt as proof of purchase
How to makea productwarranty claim:
Step 1: Findyourreceipt whichprovesthe dateof purchase. Where the dateof purchasecannot beverified,your placeof purchase orLaserwill make
an assessment based on thedate ofmanufacture,thecondition of theLaser Productand the typeof defect.
Step 2a): Contact your placeofpurchase. They will assess the nature of the faultand repair,replaceor fund theproductas per their storerefund or
warrantypolicy.Step 2b): If your placeof purchase cannot becontacted, then you can contact Laser. CustomerServicewith details of your defective

to contact you. Oncewe have received your defective Laser Productfor inspection, we will inform you of our assessment of your claim within 7 days.
Whenwecontactyou, wewill firstly let you knowwhether you havea validclaim underthis Warranty, and if so,we willinform you whether your
defective Laser Productwill be replaced or repaired, together with thenumber of days you can expect to waitto receive your replaced or repaired
