W arranty Against Defects
Laser Corporation Pty Ltd (“ Laser”) warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and wo rkm anship for 12 m onths, f rom the dat e of
purchase, provided t hat the product is used in accordance with accompanying recomm endations or instructions where provided. The benefit of t his
warranty is in addition to your rights under the Aust ralian Consumer Law and to other rights and rem edies of the consum er under a law in relation t o
the goods or services t o which the warranty relates.
Through a netw ork of retailers and resellers, Laser w ill provide you with your cho ice of a repair, exchange (where possible) or refund (within Dead on
Arrival p eriod) for t his pr oduct if it becom es def ect ive wit hin t he w arr anty perio d.This w arrant y will no longer apply w here t he d efect is a r esult o f
alt eration, accident , m isuse, abuse, normal wear and t ear, neglect or improper storage. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase
Ho w to m ake a product warrant y claim:
Step 1: Find your receipt which proves the date of purchase. Where the dat e of purchase cannot be verified, your place of purchase or Laser will make
an assessm ent based on t he dat e of m anufacture, the condition of the Laser Product and the type of defect.
Step 2a): Contact your place of purchase. They will assess the nature of t he fault and repair, replace or fund the product as per their store refund or
warranty po licy. Step 2b): If your place of purchase cannot be contacted, then you can contact Laser. Customer Service with details of your defective

Our business address is at 1/6-8 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW 2113. Step 3: Laser w ill issue you wit h a Return Aut horisat ion (RA) number w it hin 48
hours. When requested, send us the defective Product and a copy of your receipt. Laser w ill co ver the cost of the return d elivery. Step 4: Wait for us
to cont act you. Once w e have received yo ur defective Laser Product for inspection, we w ill inform you o f our assessm ent of your claim within 7 days.
When w e cont act you, we will first ly let you know w hether yo u have a valid claim under this Warrant y, and if so, we will inform you whether yo ur
defective Laser Product w ill be replaced or repaired, to gether with the number of days you can expect to w ait t o receive your replaced or repaired

Our goods come w ith guarantees t hat cannot be excluded under the Australian Consum er Law . You are ent itled to a replacem ent or refund for a major
failure and com pensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss o r damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repair ed or replaced if the
goods fail to be of accept able quality and the failure does not amount to a m ajor failure.
