studsinthewall.Theboltsforthewallcleatmustgointothesestuds;
thewallboardisnotstrongenoughtosupporttheweightoftheTV
standandcomponents.






Tofindstudsyoumayuseastudfinder.Ifyoudonothaveastudfinder
youcantaponthewallandmovehorizontallyuntilthefrequencyof
thesoundsbecomeshighest.Thiswillgetyouclose.Tobesure,takea
nailandhammeritintomakesureyouhavecontactedthewood,not
justthedrywall.Astudisjust1½”widesojusttapanailinuntilyou
aresureyouareinthecenterofthestud.Thestudsarealways16”
apart.Markthreespotsatthelocationofthestudand22”fromthe
floor.Ifyoumeasurecarefullyfromtheflooryouwillnotneedalevel.

Thisunitisdesignedtocoverawalloutletsotherearenounsightly
wiresprotrudingfromthebottom.Morethanlikelytheelectricaland
coaxialcableoutletsarewhereyouwillplaceyourTV.Ifyouwillnot
placetheunitovertheoutlets,thereisstillaholeinthebottompanel
toroutewires.





made.Takeapencilandmarkthethreeholes.










Drillthreeholesabout1½”deepwiththeincludeddrillbit.Second
safetywarning!Ifyoumarkedthestudscorrectlyyouwillseewood
shavingsinthedrillbit.Ifnot,youcanstillmovetheseriesofthree
holesslightlyonewaytohitthestuds.







Fastenthewallcleatwiththepointofthebevelfacingupandout.Last
safetywarning!Ifyoucorrectlyfoundallthreestudsyouwillfeelthe
screwdriveintothewood.Ifitisonlydrywallyouwillfeelthis.

onewayoranothertotrytocenteryourstandintherightpositionon
thewall.

SetupyourTVandcomponentsandrunyourelectricalwiresand

Installthetwobackpanelstocoverupwires.Thesejustslideupintoa
grooveinthebottomsideoftheshelf,andthenslidedownintoa
grooveinthetopsideofthebottompanel.Thereisafingerholefor
youtolifttheseupandoutifyouneedtomakeachangetoyourwiring.

