Power light is not lit 1Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet and then from the printer.
2Plug the cord all the way into the power supply port on the printer.
3Plug the cord into an electrical outlet that other electrical devices have been using.
4If the Power light is not on, press the . button.
Software will not install The printer supports these operating systems:
• Windows 98
• Windows 2000
• Windows XP
1Remove the software CD.
2Restart the computer.
3When the desktop reappears, reinsert the software CD.
4Follow the instructions that appear on the computer screen.
