The sailplane flight manual has been pr epared to provide pilots with
information for t he safe and eHicient op e ration of the L 23 SU PER- BLANIK
sailplane . Tills manual inc ludes t he mater ial required to be furn i shed to
the pilot by JAR • 22. II also contains su pplemental da ta supplied by the
sailplane man uf actu rer .
1.2 CERTIFICATION BASIS
This typ e of sailplan e has been approved by the Ci vil Aviation I nspec t orate
of the Cz ech Republic in accordance whh JAR - 22. C hange 4 Iss ued Ap ril
1, 1980 including Amendment 22 /86/1 Elf . Oct. 22. 1 986 and AC 21.17 -2.
