CAUTION: USE THIS DEVICE ONLY WITH COPPER OR COPPER CLAD
WIRE. WITH ALUMINUM WIRE USE ONLY DEVICES MARKED CO/ALR OR
CU/AL.
TO INSTALL:
1. WARNING:TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH; TURN OFF POWER AT
CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE AND TEST THAT THE POWER IS OFF
BEFORE WIRING!
2A. TO SIDE WIRE: Remove insulation approx. 5/8" (1.6 cm). Connect wires per
diagram as follows: Loop wires clockwise 3/4 turn around terminal screws.
Firmly tighten screws over wire loops.
2B. TO BACK WIRE: Remove insulation per strip gauge on device approx.
1/2" (1.3 cm). Connect wires per diagram as follows: Insert wires into holes
next to appropriate terminal screws. Tighten screws firmly.
3. Back and side wire terminal screws accept up to #10 AWG copper or copper
clad wire.
4. Mount device using long mounting screws. Attach wallplate.
5. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse. Installation is complete.

INSTALLATION :
1. AVERTISSEMENT : POUR ÉVITER LES RISQUES D’INCENDIE, DE
CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE OU DE BLESSURE MORTELLE, COUPER LE
COURANT AU FUSIBLE OU AU DISJONCTEUR ET S’ASSURER QUE LE
CIRCUIT SOIT BIEN COUPÉ AVANT DE PROCÉDER À L’INSTALLATION.
2A. CÂBLAGE LATÉRAL : dénuder les fils d’environ 1,6 cm (5/8 po).
Raccorder les fils selon l'illustration comme suit : enrouler de 3/4 de tour les
fils sur les bornes à vis et serrer ces dernières fermement.
2B. CÂBLAGE ARRIÈRE : dénuder les fils conformément au gabarit sur environ
1,3 cm (1/2 po). Brancher les fils selon l'illustration comme suit : insérer
les fils dans les orifices jouxtant les bornes appropriées. Serrer fermement
les vis.
3. Les bornes de câblage arrière et latéral acceptent les fils de cuivre d'un calibre
pouvant atteindre 10 AWG.
4. Fixer le dispositif au moyen des longues vis d’assemblage. Fixer la plaque
murale.
5. Rétablir le courant au fusible ou au disjoncteur. L’installation est terminée.

NOTE: The White lead of the switch must be connect to Line Neutral in
order for the Pilot Light to function.

PARA INSTALAR:
1. ADVERTENCIA: PARA EVITAR DESCARGA ELECTRICA, FUEGO, O
MUERTE, INTERRUMPA EL PASO DE ENERGIA MEDIANTE EL
INTERRUPTOR DE CIRCUITO O FUSIBLE. ¡ASEGURESE DE QUE EL
CIRCUITO NO ESTE ENERGIZADO ANTES DE INICIAR LA INSTALACION!
2A. PARA CABLEADO LATERAL: Pele los cables aprox. 1.6 cm (5/8").
Conecte los cables según el diagrama y como sigue: Enrosque los alambres
3/4 de vuelta hacia la derecha alrededor de los tornillos terminales.
Apriete firmemente los tornillos sobre el alambre enroscado.
2B. PARA CABLEADO POSTERIOR: Pele los cables según la medida
dibujada detrás del producto, aprox. 1.3 cm (1/2"). Conecte los cables según
el diagrama y como sigue: Inserte los cables en los orificios a lado de
los tornillos terminales correspondientes y apriete firmemente los tornillos.
3. Los tornillos terminales para cableado lateral y posterior aceptan cable de
cobre o revestido de cobre AWG hasta #10.
4. Monte el producto con los tornillos largos provistos. Ponga la placa mural.
5. Restablezca la corriente con el fusible o interruptor de circuito. La instalación
está completa.
