Other ways of troubleshooting with a hard reset or factory reset:
Hard reset (in order to fix possible battery issues)
1. Place the two TRACK Air+ earbuds in the charging case.
2. Hold down the multi-function button in the charging case and connect the charging case to a
power supply (important: the button must remain pressed while the charging case is connected to
the power).
3. The hard reset is now completed. TRACK Air+ is ready for use.
Factory reset (in order to solve possible connection issues)
1. Place the two TRACK Air+ earphones in the charging case.
2. Press the multi function buttom in the charging case twice. The second time you must press and
hold for at least 7 seconds (until the LED starts to blink continuously).
3. The blinking indicates that the factory settings have been reset. Now TRACK Air+ can be
connected to a device again.
