FAQ
We suggest to keep both the left and the right earbud in the Bluetooth device list on your phone
Each time it's used, the earbud which is taken out first will become the master one automatically.
It will connect to your phone directly and transfer the audio signal to the other one. And the
master one can work as a signal headset.
Firstly, if any one of the earbud is not in the Bluetooth device list, when it's taken out, it can't
work independently.
Secondly, if both earbuds are in the Bluetooth device list, they can be the master one in turn to
balance the power consumption of them, which will extend the overall working time.
Playback is interrupted?
Normally, the working distance is 10m at a non-sheltered area. If the distance to the playing
device is more than 10m the music playback will be interrupted.
* Tips: Due to the characteristics of the true wireless earphones, there will be intermittent
playback in an environment with very strong wireless interference
The earphone cannot connect to the phone paired before
If you can't connect, please delete the earphone from the Bluetooth device list in the phone, press
the Function button for 2 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode and then pair with the phone
again.
Use a new earbud with an old one
If an earbud is lost and you buy a new one, you have to pair the two earbuds first. You put both
earbuds in the charging case, double press and press-and-hold the function button for 5s. When
the white LED blinks, the earbuds are paired. They will do an automatic factory reset and enter
pairing mode.
The earbuds cannot be displayed or accessed normally in the App
To ensure a stable connection between the earbuds and the App, we suggest to use a mobile
phone with BT4.2 or newer. You can check the BT version of your mobile phone on its official
website or other related channels.
