Thank you for buying a lantern from Life Under Canvas.
Our rechargeable lanterns are the perfect illumination for any outdoor settings and they will
hold their own on hardy camping trips.
We have included some instructions so that you can get the most our of your lantern.

Globe Lantern
- Press and hold the knob to turn the lantern on and off.
- To make the lantern at its brightest you will need to turn it four loops clock-
wise.
- To make the lantern its darkest, you will need to turn the switch knob four
loops anti clockwise.
- The lantern will not turn on when it is in need of charging. When charging,
make sure the lantern is in the OFF position.
USB
- The green indicator light flashes when the lantern is charging and stays on
when the lantern is fully charged.
- The USB output is available for external equipment charging and will show a
constant red light when charging.
- The USB output is not available when the lantern is charging.
Notes:
1. Only for DC+5V adaptor.
2. Should not be left out in rain.
3. To prevent battery damage, once the lantern runs out of battery it should
not be left for long periods of time uncharged.
4. The lantern should be charged once every 3 months if not used very often.
5. Make sure the waterproof cover is over the USB output at all times, to stop
water and dust from getting in.
6. Keep the lantern away from fire.
7. Store the lantern in a dry and ventilated place.

Ocean Lantern
- Press and hold the knob to turn the lantern on and off.
- The default lighting mode is warm light.
- To make the lantern at its brightest you will need to turn it four loops clock-
wise.
- To make the lantern its darkest, you will need to turn the switch knob four
loops anti clockwise.
- To switch between warm and cool light, short press the knob switch for
colour temperature change. This will change the light from warm light to
cool light.
- Clockwise rotate the knob switch for cool white light.
- Turn the knob switch anti clockwise for warm light.
- Once colour temperature is selected, short press the knob again to set it to
your chosen colour. Then it will take 4 clockwise loops to turn the lantern to
its brightest.
- The lantern will not turn on when it is in need of charging. When charging,
make sure the lantern is in the OFF position.

USB
