control. The cable management has been improved to make it easier to access and connect your Lifesize Link cables,
and they will stay put once they’re connected.
6. QUESTION: Can I use the Lifesize Phone HD as a stand-alone phone?
ANSWER: No. But when the Lifesize Phone HD is connected to a Lifesize Icon 400|600|800 video system, you can connect to an
IP-PBX and use it for voice conference calls. This is a key benefit for customers as they will need only one phone in
the meeting room for video, audio and web conferencing.
7. QUESTION: Can I use Lifesize Phone HD with other vendors’ video systems such as Polycom or Cisco?
ANSWER: The Lifesize Phone HD is optimized for use with Lifesize Icon 400|600|800 room-based video systems. It is not possible
to use the Lifesize Phone HD as an interface or audio device with a third-party video system.

additional phones to connect with their existing Lifesize Icon Series systems.
10.QUESTION: How many microphones does the Lifesize Phone HD have?
ANSWER: The Lifesize Phone HD has four beam-forming microphones placed in a 360-degree array for maximum voice pickup.
11. QUESTION: Are micpods available for the Lifesize Phone HD?
ANSWER: Yes. The Lifesize Digital MicPod is the perfect complement to the Lifesize Phone HD. The Lifesize Digital MicPod
automatically steers its three microphones toward the speaker and cancels distracting room noise for crystal-clear
audio in even the largest collaboration spaces. Up to two Lifesize Digital MicPods can be used with Lifesize Phone HD.
12. QUESTION: What languages does the Lifesize Phone HD support?
