For safe and trouble-free operation, a few routine procedures should be performed
every day the lift is used.
• Visually inspect the lift and check for external damage or wear.
• Check that screws and lock nuts on the slingbar are tight.
• Check that the safety latches on the slingbar work properly.
• Check the handcontrol and the lift and width movements.
• Check the emergency lowering function.
• Charge the battery every day the lift is used, and check charger function.
If necessary, clean the lift with warm water or ethanol. NOTE! Do not use chemicals
containing phenol or chlorine, since this may damage polyamide materials.
Inspection
The lift must be thoroughly inspected at least once per year. Pay particular attention to parts that
show wear, for example, joints, bolts, etc. Service must be carried out according to Liko service
manuals and by authorized staff.
IMPORTANT!
Repairs and maintenance may only be carried out by authorized Liko service personnel using
original Liko spare parts.
Transportation and storage
During transportation, or when the lift is not to be used for some time, the Emergency Stop
button should be pushed in. Store the lift at a temperature exceeding freezing point and at
normal relative humidity (no more than 60%).
Service agreements
Liko invites you to sign a service agreement for regular maintenance and testing of your
LikoLight.
We always try to improve our products. Naturally, this means changes from time to time.

För problemfri användning bör vissa detaljer kontrolleras varje dag lyften används:
• Inspektera lyften och kontrollera att inga yttre skador har uppkommit
• Kontrollera infästningen av lyftbygeln
• Kontrollera urkrokningsskyddens funktion
• Kontrollera manövreringen av lyftrörelsen och breddinställningen
• Kontrollera att nödsänkningen (både den elektriska och den mekaniska) fungerar
• Ladda batterierna varje dag lyften använts och kontrollera då att laddaren fungerar
Vid behov, rengör lyften med varmt vatten eller tvättsprit och se till att hjulen är fria från smuts och hår.
OBS! Använd inte rengöringsmedel som innehåller fenol eller klor, då detta kan skada aluminium
och polyamidmaterialen.
Transport och lagring
Under transport, eller då lyften inte skall användas under en längre tid, bör nödstoppen vara intryckt.
Lyften bör förvaras frostfritt samt ej över normal luftfuktighet (ca 60%).
Tillsyn och kontroll
LikoLight skall genomgå kontroll av förslitningsdetaljer minst en gång per år.
Utföres i enlighet med Likos servicemanual och av auktoriserad personal.
VIKTIGT!
Reparation och underhåll får endast utföras av Liko auktoriserad personal och med original-
reservdelar.
Serviceavtal
Liko erbjuder möjligheten att teckna serviceavtal för underhåll och återkommande provning av er LikoLight.
Likos produkter utvecklas ständigt varför vi förbehåller oss rätten till ändringar i produkter utan föregående

• Adjust the twist casing until the mounting bush
slides easily.
• Drill a 11-mm deep hole, located 4 mm above the
edge of the twist casing. Use a drill with the
diameter 2,7 mm.
• To countersink the screw into the twist casing -
drill with a 5,5 mm drill on the head of the screw.
