Theory
Ultrasonic generator produces an electric signal with a
certain power and a certain frequency. This signal is sent to
a high-eciency energy converter which can convert electric
energy into mechanical energy and produce strong ultraso-
nic vibration.
The ultrasonic vibration can make the liquid in the container
produce large amounts of tiny bubble, which is named cavi-
tation. Bubbles appear and then disappear, it causes strong
wallop which reduces the adhesion between the dirt and the
object being cleaned and removes the dirt from the object
aer a while. Finally you can wash this object with clean
water for desired cleanliness. The property and temperature
of the washing solution aects the cleaning eect.
Function

circuit board.
2. Be able to clean all kinds of golden or silvern objects,

Its advantage is being able to clean the object with com-
plicated surface and many apertures.
2. No damage to the object to be cleaned. Traditional
cleaning methods including manual cleaning method and
chemical cleaning method may cause mechanical damage
or chemical corrosion to the object. On the contrary, ultra-
sonic cleaning doesn‘t do any harm to the cleaned object.
3. Be able to clean all kinds of solid objects. Depending on
the character of the object, you can use dierent cleaning
solution. Improved by ultrasonic, the penetration and
