USED OIL RECEIVER
OWNER/OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITY
It is the owner/operator responsibility to properly use and main-
tain this equipment.
The instructions and warnings contained in this manual shall
be read and understood by the owner/operator prior to operat-
ing this equipment.
If an owner/operator does not understand English, the contents
of this manual shall be explained in the owner/operator’s native
language to ensure that the owner/operator comprehends.
The owner/operator shall retain this manual for future refer-
ence to important warnings, operating and maintenance
instructions.

USED OIL RECEIVER
NOTICE
This device dispenses uid using pressurized air, and complies
with the specications of the Uniform Fire Code, Standard Fire
Prevention Code and the National Fire Protection Association,
(NFiPA-30). It does not comply with current provisions of
BOCA section F.5.3. You should consult your local re marshall
concerning code compliance of this device.
GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS
The standards listed below must be observed for prevent injury
to operators and damage to the Waste oil receiver.
• Read all labels on the Waste oil receiver carefully, do not
cover them and replace them immediately if damaged.
• The Waste oil receiver must only be used by authorized
personnel trained in its use.
• NEVER leave unit unattended when operating or
evacuating.
• NEVER use near open ame or heat source.
• ALWAYS disconnect air supply after emptying.
• NEVER use unit for handling highly volatile fuels and
uids.
• Use only the nozzle assembly provided.
• Pay attention to other people in the vicinity while the
Waste oil receiver is operating, especially children.
• Do not use the Waste oil receiver in an environment
Subject to explosion hazard.
• Do not use the Waste oil receiver as a means of transport.
• Do not use acid solutions which could damage the Waste
oil receiver and/or injure persons.
• The Waste oil receiver will remain in place up to a
maximum gradient of 0.5%, before beginning to slide.
• If the Waste oil receiver malfunctions, contact the dealer or
send it to the nearest service center.
• When replacing parts, always demand ORIGINAL
replacement parts from an authorized Lincoln dealer or
retailer
• IMPORTANT! The Waste oil receiver must not be used at
more than 10.0 PSI (0,69 bar).
INSPECTION
Prior to operation or maintenance, a visual inspection shall
be made. Check for worn parts, air leaks, damaged, loose or
missing parts.
Check tank operation by connecting air to air nipple and
closing ball valve. Verify that there is sufcient air ow coming
from nozzle/hose assembly.
If the unit is damaged, badly worn or operates abnormally, it
should be removed from service. Contact a factory authorized
service center for repair.
An annual tank/component inspection is recommended to be
performed by a factory authorized service center.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The Waste oil receiver does not require any special
maintenance, other than normal cleaning, which should be
done with a damp cloth (water and alcohol or normal detergent
for household appliances).
IMPORTANT!
The Waste oil receiver must not be cleaned with nitrocellulose-
based solvents
DRAIN OIL INTO TANK
1. Air line must be disconnected from tank. Do not overll
tank. Check sight gauge tube frequently. Do not ll above
hose strap.
2. Raise drain bowl/tube to desired height and lock in place
by turning knob clockwise.
3. Main valve must be fully open, with valve handle in vertical
position.
REMOVING OIL FROM TANK
1. The tank should be wheeled to the main oil collection
reservoir.
2. Place drain nozzle securely into reservoir opening.
3. With drain bowl raised, main valve must be fully closed,
with valve handle in horizontal position.
4. Connect air supply to tank (maximum supply pressure of
150 PSI [10.3 BAR] ).
5. Oil will drain from tank into reservoir. Disconnect air supply
when nished.

Lincoln Industrial Standard Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
Lincoln warrants the equipment manufactured and supplied by Lincoln to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year following the date of purchase, excluding there from any special, extended, or limited warranty published
by Lincoln. If equipment is determined to be defective during this warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, within Lincoln’s
sole discretion, without charge.
This warranty is conditioned upon the determination of a Lincoln authorized representative that the equipment is defective.
To obtain repair or replacement, you must ship the equipment, transportation charges prepaid, with proof of purchase to a
Lincoln Authorized Warranty and Service Center within the warranty period.
This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only. This warranty does not apply to equipment damaged from
accident, overload, abuse, misuse, negligence, faulty installation or abrasive or corrosive material, equipment that has been
altered, or equipment repaired by anyone not authorized by Lincoln. This warranty applies only to equipment installed, operated
and maintained in strict accordance with the written specications and recommendations provided by Lincoln or its authorized
eld personnel.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WARRANTY ON ITEMS SOLD BY LINCOLN, BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY LINCOLN ARE
SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY CONSIDERATION, IF ANY, OF THEIR MANUFACTURER (SUCH AS HOSES, HYDRAULIC
AND ELECTRIC MOTORS, ELECTRICAL CONTROLLERS, ETC.) ASSISTANCE IN MAKING SUCH WARRANTY CLAIMS
CAN BE OFFERED AS REQUIRED.
In no event shall Lincoln be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Lincoln’s liability for any claim for loss or
damages arising out of the sale, resale or use of any Lincoln equipment shall in no event exceed the purchase price. Some
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Lincoln Industrial Special Limited Warranties
SPECIAL LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY- SL-V Series, Single Injectors-85772, 85782, and Replacement
Injectors-85771, 85781Lincoln warrants the SL-V Injector series to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two
(2) years following the date of purchase. If an injector model (single or replacement) is determined to be defective by Lincoln,
in its sole discretion, during this warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, at Lincoln’s discretion, without charge.
SPECIAL LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY- Series 20, 25, 40 Bare Pumps, PMV Bare Pumps, Heavy Duty and 94000
Series Bare Reels Lincoln warrants series 20, 25, 40 bare pumps, PMV bare pumps, Heavy Duty (82206), Mini Bench (81133,
81323), and all 94000 LFR series (single arm and dual arm) bare reels to be free from defects in material and workmanship for
ve (5) years following the date of purchase. If equipment is determined by Lincoln, in its sole discretion, to be defective during
the rst year of the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at Lincoln’s discretion, without charge. In years two (2) and
three (3), the warranty on this equipment is limited to repair with Lincoln paying parts and labor only. In years four (4) and ve
(5), the warranty on this equipment is limited to repair with Lincoln paying for parts only.
SPECIAL LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY- Limited Oil Meters, Limited Fluid Control Valves, AOD (Air-Operated
Diaphragm Pumps)- Lincoln warrants the 712 series Control Valves, 912 series Lube Meters, Electronic Lube Meters (980. 981,
982 series), our Universal Inline Digital Meters (812/813 series), and our AOD Pump offering to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for ve (5) years following the date of purchase. If either is determined to be defective by Lincoln, in its sole
discretion, during the warranty period, they will be repaired or replaced, at Lincoln’s discretion, without charge.
Special DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) Limited Warranty- DEF products are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase. The following exceptions to the
standard warranty period are in effect-
-85700-30/85700-50 DEF hose reels (bare reel only), 277251/277252 AC DEF pumps, and 277256 and 277257
DEF meters are warranted for two (2) years from date of purchase,
-85623 DEF AOD (air operated diaphragm) pumps are covered under the standard ve (5) year AOD pump warranty.
If either is determined to be defective by Lincoln, in its sole discretion, during the warranty period, they will be repaired or
replaced, at Lincoln’s discretion, without charge.
