This device is a switching type power supply and can work with supply voltages in the range 100 - 240
VAC For worldwide usability four different AC adapters are enclosed: Euro type, UK type, US/Japan type
and Australia/New Zealand type. Use the appropriate AC adapter as shown in the picture and ensure it
is firmly secured in place and does not detach by pulling before installing into a power socket.
To reduce risk of fire, electric shocks or damage:
▪Do not open the product nor its power supply. There are no user serviceable parts inside.
▪Only qualified servicing personnel may carry out any repairs or maintenance.

Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Lindy USB 3.1 Type C Notebook Docking Station. This product has been
designed to provide trouble free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year warranty and free
lifetime technical support. To ensure correct use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.
The Lindy USB 3.1 Docking Station features all the interfaces needed for a standard workstation making
it a great space saving addition to any hot desk environment. By connecting a single USB 3.1 Type C
cable to a notebook you can quickly access a variety of essential ports, which in turn can be connected to
one or two displays, keyboard, mouse, speakers/headset, external storageand LAN. The same USB Type
C cable is also able to provide power to compatible notebooks using USB power delivery. The Docking
Station can be connected to either a single HDMI, DisplayPort or VGA display, or if required, to two of
these displays (at a reduced resolution).

Installation
Connect the Notebook Docking Station to your computer, using the supplied USB 3.1 Type C cable. Any
required drivers will be automatically downloaded from the internet.
Connecting Devices to the Docking Station:
•Displays: Using an appropriate HDMI and/or DisplayPort and/or VGA cable as required, connect your
monitor/s to the HDMI/DP/VGA port on the docking station.
•Ethernet: Use a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable to connect the docking station to your network
•USB: Up to five USB devices can be connected to the Docking Station
•Using either a USB Type A cable (4 ports), with 2 USB Type A ports (next to the headset and host
port) supporting BC 1.2 standard for faster charging of mobile devices
•Using a USB Type C cable (1 port, for data and Power Delivery)
•Audio: Front stereo port supports both microphone and headphone, rear stereo port supports headphone
& speaker box.

Installation
Schließen Sie die Docking Station an Ihr Notebook an. Die aktuellen Treiber werden automatisch
installiert.
Anschluss von Peripheriegeräten an die Docking Station:
•Monitore: Schließen Sie Ihren Monitor mit dem passenden DisplayPort- / HDMI- /VGA-Kabel an der
Docking Station an.
•Ethernet: Mit einem RJ45 Netzwerkkabel verbinden Sie die Docking Station mit dem Netzwerk.
•USB: Sie können bis zu 5 USB Geräte anschließen
•mit einem USB-Kabel Typ A (4 Ports), wobei 2 USB-Ports Typ A (neben dem Headset und Host
Port) den Standard BC 1.2 zum schnellen Laden mobiler Geräte unterstützen
•oder mit USB-Kabel Typ C (1 Port, für Power Delivery und Datenübertragung)
•Audio: Am Stereo-Audioport auf der Vorderseite der Notebook Docking Station kann ein 4 Segment-
Headset oder Mikrofon angeschlossen werden, am Audioport auf der Rückseite ein Lautsprecher.

Docking Station USB 3.1 ha caratteristiche e interfacce necessarie per comporre una workstation
standard adatta in qualsiasi ambiente. Con la connessione di un singolo cavo USB 3.1 Tipo C al
notebook è possibile accedere a diverse interfacce e collegare periferiche quali uno o due display,
tastiera, mouse, casse/cuffie, memorie esterne e LAN. Dalla stessa porta USB Tipo C è possibile anche
fornire alimentazione al notebook collegato se compatibile con la funzione power delivery. Alla Docking
Station è possibile connettere un singolo schermo HDMI, DisplayPort o VGA, oppure anche due schermi
